Now I understand that we only have two Crew but still! >.>
Bleach 12 is going in a whole new direction, MEANING LEANER AND A KILLING MACHINER!
Well seriously. We are not going to tolerate idiocy within our Crew members, that includes inactivity and such. All crew members are going to be informed about everything always, everyone is going to be up on everything with each other, no one is going to be left in the dark! We are going to really pull together as a team in this guild, team players only! That's the slogan. If you don't want to work as a team then your OUTTA HERE! No joke at all, you will be banned if you start ignoring your fellow Crew members, don't believe me? Try it then and see what happens.
Now, lets get inspired, the guild might be just starting but who cares! We can do lots, we are getting members and activity is actually not so bad.
Lets do our best! Lets make bleach 12 so f'n good that every other bleach guild explodes from our awesomeness!!!!!!!

I was thinking of an idea with a rank higher then captain but we shall put this aside for now and I will discuss it in a higher volume later on.

I was thinking of an idea with a rank higher then captain but we shall put this aside for now and I will discuss it in a higher volume later on. I wouldn't say that no ideas are coming forth, if that was what you were implying that is. A rank higher then Captain? That somewhat sounds similar to Central 46? Or do you mean that a captain might be the second in command of a squad now? Further detail on this would be appreciated as it sounds like a very interesting idea ^^

Higher than captain... like the Zero Squad?
As for the ideas, I'm thinking of making a point system. Something like Kishimoto's Data Book for the captains. The reason for this is so it will be easier to see which character is stronger or faster, because of the point system.
I'm still working on it, and I hope I'll be able to polish it better so that we can implement it. I think it's better than just saying 'Character A is strong, or Character B is fast.' now we can see HOW strong or fast.

@ Shinzo: Something like the Central 46 or Zero Squad would be nice. But what special duties would they be doing? Protecting the "King" that doesn't seem to exist?
@ Dante: Those web chart things that have the certain person's skill points in it? I was supposed to introduce something similar to that before but I thought it would be a little complicated [the way I was planning it], so I let it go. If you can pull it off without making it complicated though, I don't see why not. :3
