Thought i'd advertise here first as the responses in the artists sections are oh so reliable...
I've been working on a comic in my head for some time now. Only problem is, i cant draw proper stick figures. would anyone be interested in entering this project with me?

That depends, will I have to just draw stick figures? oO
I've just recently gotten a new scanner as a present from my boyfriend (Weeee!), so if you would like to see some of my stuff, please just say the word and I'll post my stuff up here.

Im actually leaving that up to the artist. I have a comedic nonlinear (you know, a new joke almost every comic) or a dramatic linear story. Nonlinear could go on for a long time, depends how much fun we both have with it. Dramatic would not be terribly long. Personally im leaning toward the comedic.

I have a link to my deviantart in my sig if you wanna check out my stuff. I would love to do something for you though I can't really commit right now, since I am leaving for a month next week razz But if you have short things or ever want some filler art I love doing WoW fanart so hit me up. If you have a short story or funny I can take a shot at that.

shezu Well the person above me draws better but if you need an artist still i can if you want. Well, Vena can't commit and Checkers isnt letting me onto her friend's list so I can answer her tells. Do you want to try a test comic, see how you like drawing comics before you agree to the project?

Haha, I forgot I had my account settings set to "Friends Only". I might have to change that.
Anyways, Here is one sample from my Myspace.
I would give you more, but I'm kind of fighting with this new scanner/copier/printer/fax thing.

I would give you more, but I'm kind of fighting with this new scanner/copier/printer/fax thing. I must admit, for a comic style, I like yours better. Stereotypical Japanese style is a little overdone, even in webcomics -- this is more original, something I was really looking for. Once you and your scanner stop chewing at each other's throats, do you think you'd be able to commit?

Sure, I would love to. (: I'm a bit amateurish at comics though, but nothing that I can't learn.
