Dreamer had been lagging behind when she had returned to The Papillon, she'd all but forgotten she'd fired the last manager for letting Trystan in. She'd also forgotten that the things that needed her attention, such as making sure the media didn't try to infiltrate the bar. And once they had it was over, to the irritation of the regular's people were going around with camera's taking pictures of people. They knew they had free reign since the mistress hadn't shown up, Kaosu she scowled had wasted quite a bit of her time. But now she was back, and had decided to just simply not hire another manager. It was pointless, she may as well do the job herself and get it done correctly. There was also the fact that Zelia had point the oh so obvious fact that people already thought she was managing, when in fact she was just the owner. Dreamer knew it was only because Zelia knew how to manage so well, that she wanted D to take up the position of manager. She already didn't like getting dragged around in a suit case, nor could she go most places Dreamer could. Zelia had all, but given a sour nod and obliged, she knew she was something illegal. She'd looked it up in the dictionary, which Dreamer had offered with a bright smile. She had absorbed all of it in less then a week, using the impressive vocabulary to Dreamers entertainment. Indeed, Dreamer always enjoyed seeing the proto pausing and looking through the list of words it had learned, she felt almost... Proud. The only thing it was missing was some sort of personality, which it had yet to build up.
Dreamer, this bill seems to not have been compensated for it's services. The tiny figure held up the bill to her face, small hands grasping the sheet in both hands. Another thing that was weird about Zelia, was the fact that she still hadn't spoken out loud. She always spoke through thoughts, well that's what Dreamer thought, she'd never heard the proto's voice out loud even when she continued to reply without thought. " How many are unpaid? " Dreamer glanced to the tiny stack of papers Zelia was coordinating into pile. Fifty-six with this one. Rubbing her eyes, she yawned and glanced at the clock. I can stay here and finish the remainder of the work if you are tired, I do believe this is the reason as to why you bought the couch. Zelia pointed to the corner of the room, where a dark red velvet couch was stationed. " I don't want to leave you do all of this alone. " Grabbing Dreamers hand, Zelia jumped down from the desk and dragged her to the couch. You cannot help if you are sleeping in the chair, I will only take an hour. Dreamer mumbled something and dropped onto the couch, her shoes coming off the moment she was settled and finally she drifted to sleep. Zelia could have laughed, Dreamer sometimes could be such a little child, though she was glad to finally be able to help her. Climbing back onto the desk she continued to walk around, separating paid bills and the one's that needed payment.
Even though the proto was extremely tiny and only came up to her owner's knee's, she was quite capable. Dreamer had even installed a rock climbing wall when she had first emerged, George had never wanted to give away his secret of how he got up to the secret room, and Dreamer sometimes forgot about her. The wall had also been what she spent her days entertaining herself with, at first Dreamer had not wanted Zelia to come anywhere with her. That soon changed when she realized that she could no longer wait for George, and had tried teaching Zelia everything she knew. She'd never told her proto about her history, although Zelia had made the note and would remind herself to ask her later on. Turning the to look at the clock, Zelia timed herself and started on the work again, she was getting her owner's god away habit of day dreaming.

Faolan had arrived at the nightclub, Keagan telling him the woman that owned it had paid for a private fortune telling session. These sorts of gigs always made him a little wary and he'd left Zia at home to help Ellandra out. Walking to the bar, he informed the bartender--just as he had with the doorman--who he was and why he was there. The bartender pointed to the office door and told him to go on up, busy with customers.
The young man nodded and walked over to the door, opening it and going up the stairs. At the other door, he knocked loudly.

Zelia paused in mid stride and turned to the door, Dreamer was still sleeping on the couch. Taking a breath, Zelia jumped down from the desk once more and made her way over to the door. " Yes? " Had she forgotten and appointment? Or maybe Dreamer had taken up an appointment and never left a note for Zelia. Whatever the reason it was troubling, things that didn't go according to plan never ended up going well. She'd also had to talk, much to her annoyance. People couldn't work fast if they were talking, it slowed down their progress and Zelia wasn't the type to slow down. This detour would need to be fix, things would need to get rearranged, mentally the proto was already setting up a new schedual. At least Dreamer was getting some sleep, it seemed she wasn't made to work long hours.

Faolan called through the door, "My name's Faolan Grady. I'm from Farstep. I was sent over to do a private readin' of the tarot for a Miss Dreamer Eversong." He shuffled his feet a bit. Had he gotten the appointment time and date wrong?

Zelia bit her bottom lip, she`d have to wake up Dreamer now. " One moment please. " She called back before walking over to the couch and climbing onto that as well. Making sure not to walk over Dreamer, Zelia stuck her face into the banshee's and yelled. Dreamer, you have an appointment. Dreamer's eyes flew open, and she yelped noticing Zelia watching her right near her face. She rolled back, fell off the couch and sighed loudly. " Zelia's how many times do I have to tell you NOT to just place yourself so close to my face? Jeez, you gave me a heart attack! " Gathering herself up Deamer glanced at the door. " Oh crap I forgot about him, I forgot to tell you. " Zelia rolled her eyes and went to her ususal hiding spot, a draw in Dreamer's desk. Passing a hand through her hair to fix it she went to open the door, she blinked a few times as she looked Fao over. Holy smokes... Zelia rolled her eyes. What's wrong? She murmured as if Fao could hear her. He's... Not exactly what I expected... " Hi! I'm Dreamer, come on in. " She must really have looked out of the ordinary, her hair was probably slightly messy from sleeping, yet straight. She had worn a loose silver blouse which now needed a bit of buttoning, then a high waisted black skirt with no shoes. Once he would walk inside, she would turn her back to him and button herself up, just a little.

The young man tilted his head, taking in the woman's state of dress--or perhaps undress--and looked at her, golden eyes meeting silver. "Is this a bad time? I could come some other night if you'd prefer." His voice could only be described as a deep purr, soft and somewhat sensual.
He shifted his weight, only slightly uncomfortable in his boots, really having preferred to just go barefoot. And also maybe remove the snug well-worn t-shirt he had on in favor of just lounging in his loose-fitted jeans. That, however, would not have been proper, and so he suffered on.
Leaning in the doorway, he gave her a playful sort of grin that was only mildly seductive. "But if I'm t'stay, lass, where do you want me?"

Dreamer met his golden eyes with her own silver ones and a smile, one that could be described as a shy smile, her features though gave away a sleepy coquette expression. One that Mavrick would have loved to toy with, if he had been around. " I just forgot about you that's all, I'm still not used to telling my manager everything or I would have remembered. " Indeed, Dreamer still wasn't very used to telling Zelia any appointments that had come up during the day when she wasn't around. It seems now she was paying the price, and Zelia could only grin as Dreamers actions caught up to her. The the man was definatly going to mess with the intended plan, Zelia wasn't to happy about it. Leaning on the door itself, Dreamer waved a hand towards the desk where two deep red velvet chairs were, the walls were of the same shade while the floor was lacquered black and even her desk was of the same shade. " Please take a seat I insist. " And she left him at the door to make her way over to the swiveling chair behind the desk, a lazy grin still on her lips. Zelia could only roll her eyes, Dreamer could be so... Possessed sometimes.

Faolan nodded appreciatively at the decor. "It's a nice place you got here, lass." He walked in, shutting the door behind him, and headed for the desk in what could only be called an easy swagger. He sat down at the chair in front of the desk, almost sprawling back in it, and watched her through half-closed eyes. "Afore we get started, lass, I'm gonna need to ask a few things just so's I know what method of fortune tellin' will be best."

" Thank you. " She murmured just loud enough for him to hear her, she certainly hadn't though a boytoy would stride right into her hands, but she did have to remind herself that business came before playing, htough she was still sleepy and getting her to play would take a little bit more then cute smiles and a good looking face. Walking over to the couch, Dreamer bent to grab her heels and promptly put them on, they elevated her to a nice 5'9" and helped her fell not so dwarf like. Moving around and back to her desk, Dreamer dropped into the chair and crossed a leg over the other one. " Alright, go ahead. Though, some questions may go unanswered. " If this guy was a reporter playing a prank to get information out of her, she was going to be severely pissed off. The media twisted the information they received through numerous connections, and used it to their advantage, even if it was to destroy someone's personal life. Actors and actresses were usually the one's who kept the spot light, though they eventually got boring and people needed to be feed a bunch of other crap to keep the flow of money going. leaning back and putting her hands together, she smiled. " Go ahead shoot me up. " Zelia smacked her head with her palm, she wished the man would just go away so she could finish her work. Though Dreamer had said this was an appointment, and the curiosity of knowing what he may have come by for churned in her. When Dreamer glanced down at her through the open crack , Zelia smiled and waved, Dreamer bit down on her bottom lip to stop herself from laughing outloud.

Faolan regarded her quietly, ears twitching a little, catching sounds from downstairs and outside. He grinned a bit, one of those seductively playful smiles that usually always got him into trouble with the ladies. He sprawled even more, legs spread almost invitingly, one arm draped over the back of his chair. "Well, lass, th' question's will be easy, t'be sure. I just need t'know what all you're interested in learnin' from this. My skills are best with th' cards, but I'll be more than happy to try . . . other methods." He half-closed his eyes, expression almost like a pleased cat.

Dreamer could only perk an eyebrow was she watched him, making sure to check herself, if her eyes did decide to roam elsewhere. Dreamer definitely had a wandering eye for pretty things, though with the glare Zelia was giving her from her drawer, she knew she'd be getting a talk to later on. Passing a hand through her hair, Dreamer tilled her head slightly, expression going into her more serious and thoughtful one's. Why had she called him? Her mind was a little fuzzy from sleeping, though she did remember it regarded her family. She'd always wondered if she had any family at all, and wondered if Zelia would now be part of said family. " I was wondering about my family... " She started softly, bringing her eyes back to Faolan, they'd wondered back onto Zelia after a little day dreaming on her part. " I was just thinking, well I want to know if I have anyone. " Her memory couldn't return to her much earlier years, when she'd been some wild teenage banshee doing whatever she pleased when she pleased, the picture perfect image of a rowdy adolescent. Though through all her thinking, his last comment had somewhat gotten her to pay more attention. Was he serious? As if Faolan had turned up the head, Dreamer gave him a flirtatious smile. Her words a slow purr. " And what other methods do you offer? " Hm, maybe he could get her to be playful.

Faolan nodded at her comments of family. He knew well the importance of family and didn't blame her a bit for wanting to know more about her own. He regarded the woman across from him silently a while, then nodded. "It's a good field to be wantin' information in." The question had him grinning, though. "Depends, lass, on what you prefer."

" Indeed. " Then Dreamer was dreaming again, trying to clear the fog of her mind, and maybe sneak a peek into her younger years. It was easier said then done, and right now with Faolan looking like melting ice cream, her sleepyness and Zelia pushing on her foot, it was rather hard to keep her focus. " I'd just like to know if I have any, if they're somewhere out there or something. Or... " She paused to glance down at Zelia, who was watching her carefully. " Or if I just recently gained a family member. " Oh yes, just gotta sound awkward. Dreamer thought bitterly, Zelia giggled silently. Dreamer sometimes cursed the day the proto was ever born, she seemed unable to keep her own thoughts to herself. Then she moved on to his next question, this one seemed to be getting more and more interesting. " Well... " Dreamer still wasn't sure if he was kidding or not, though maybe if she joked about it she'd figure it out eventually. " I'm tired from working all day, and quite sleepy, I wouldn't mind if you had something to wake me up. In a very, very good way. "

Faolan gave a lazy sort of grin, moving from his sprawl to lean forward. "Wake you up, eh? What sorta ideas did you have on how I might do that for you?"
