Hatake Kakashi. I was watching Naruto the other day and noticed I heard Kakashi's voice somewhere before. I kept watching and realized he sounded just like Michael. @_@ I later went on the internet to see if they were played by the same actor and it turns out.. I was right. eek
Has this ever happened to you?
Are you sick of listening to the same voice actors playing different roles?

crying I've never watched Naruto..well, I tried on cartoon network, but I couldn't stand the dub so I gave up on it. =_= so there's not really much I can say for that except that it's so awesome!..sorry!
hmm..well, I love hearing the same voice actors in different places because it's fun to see what kind of character they're being portrayed as and how it's different and similar to another character they played. Alongside that, it's also bad because that new character may seem so contrasting with the one you've been used to seeing, so it sort of distorts your look on the voice actor a bit. ..if that made any sense >.<
The same happened many times with me.. Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop is the same voice actor as Makoto Shishio from Rurouni Kenshin, who's also the same as Darcia from Wolf's Rain (I think; don't take my word for it on that one) and he also did Mugen from Samurai Champloo. I know he did countless others, but I can't remember them at the moment >_<.
Anyway, it was wierd seeing him as the protaganist in a futuristic anime in Cowboy Bebop to the antagonist back in the Revolutionary days and later in the Meiji Era in Rurouni Kenshin.
Another voice actor I see all over the place is (I don't know the name!) Motoko Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex who also did Helba in .hack//sign, who also did ... scream my mind is going blank! that's all I can remember!...when it comes back to me, I'll edit this.
Anyway, and the last I can remember is Richard Cox, the voice of Inuyasha, is also the pilot of the new mobile suit for the Earth forces, near the end of Gundam SEED..he had green hair..I don't remember his name.. I'll go find a picture real quick.

Lemme see... some noteable ones are in the original anime Revolutionary Girl Utena, the dub actor for Touga is Crispin Freeman, which is Amon in this guild's own, Witch Hunter Robin! =D And it actually took me a few episodes to realize that... >_>'
Oh, and in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. The dude with the light brown-esque hair is also Crispin Freeman. I completely forgot the character's name, so sorry about that. sweatdrop
But yeah... I love Crispin Freeman's voice. Bless his voice, people, bless it. xd !
As for Michael...
I'm not exactly certain, but I think the character with the purple hair in s-CRY-ed is him as well... *thinks* It sounds like him... [I'm talking about dubbs, by the way. >_o]
And I think, not exactly sure [once again], that Kari Wahlgren [voice actor that dubbed Robin] also did something in Gungrave: Beyond the Grave. Maybe I was just imagining it. >_<;; ugh. I hate my crap memory. Can anyone clear this for me? I'd go look myself, but I don't exactly have time. -_-

I didn't know that Amon's voice was played by Freeman until I noticed that Alucard from Hellsing sounded a whole lot like Amon, and then I realized that they shared the same voice actor. I think that Hediki (can't spell) from Chobits also has Crispin Freeman as his voice actor.

oh! and I saw a preview for Gungrave! it looks so awesome! ..now I need to decide on what to buy this weekend..Gungrave of Elfin Lied..

It is awesome. O_O;; seriously. I have to send you an AMV someone made of it once... just sort of highlights the whole series in a nutshell... it really is awesome. [And the AMV is to Ayumi Hamasaki's song: Evolution, which is my favorite one ever by her o_o]. That reminds me... I'm not sure if you've seen it or not, but there's this WHR AMV I found once that has to do with the Amon//Robin pairing. It's to Coldplay's song: "Scientist." If you haven't seen it, I'll sure as anything send it to you, because it's basically the best WHR AMV I've ever seen. ^.^;; I cried to it a couple times, though... sweatdrop I made the mistake of watching it right after seeing that episode Time to Say Goodbye. gonk

And see?! I don't lie! xd Crispin Freeman does do the voice acting of the Ghost in the Shell dude! xd And he does a damn good job at that. xD I seriously love his voice, though. o_o;; I've fangirled over it many times. [I know I'm a dork. >_@]

I listened to him really closely when I was watching the second gig last weekend and it was him. I just did think so because his personality is so different that it hardly crossed my mind that it would be him. You've got a good ear!
You're not a dork! A dork is someone like me who recorded all the episodes, plans on getting all the dvds, has almost all the songs onto the computer, and watches WHR practically everyday. I think that definitly qualifies for being a dork. =_=;
