Horror Inc. Art Contest - Open to All

I've had my ghost shrimp since November.

The puffers are Dwarf Puffers and I love them to death. They're my favorite.

The filter in the frog tank is just a standard 10g hang on back filter. I'm not sure of the brand, I think it's top fin. I actually want to put a 20g filter in there when I have the extra money because I like to over filter my tanks. The puffer tank is 5.5g but it has a filter rated for 10g because they're messy eaters.

WOW my ghost shrimp died in a month, it was so sad.

Oh, I was wondering if it was a tube or one of those flat filters.
Yeah, I've been doing reserch on some fish and have decided to upsize the filters for now on

Flat filter like an undergravel? I use the hang on backs in all my tanks. When I move out and get bigger tanks I'll be switching to using a canister filter. Glad to hear that you're gonna overfilter. Most fish do very well with some extra filtration.

No not the under gravel. Instead of a tube its small and faces upwards

Oh no! A tip I learned from the axolotl people is filling a water bottle up and freezing it. Then whenever your tank gets too hot, just pop it in to lower the temp a few degrees. I have an AC in my room so I don't need to worry about overheating, but it's a good tip anyway for if the power goes out in the summer as well.
