I dont like salsa, too spicey for me. I cant eat anything spicey or my body will retaliate with major heart burn and then I cant sleep so when it comes to nachos I eat em with cheese. Mmm nachos and cheese.

@ Nikki - I love it spicy. And... nachos = chips with cheese. So, nachos with cheese is a bit redundant, unless you like extra cheese. smile

Lojak @ onecrazyasian - It was, delightfully so. smile @ Nikki - I love it spicy. And... nachos = chips with cheese. So, nachos with cheese is a bit redundant, unless you like extra cheese. smile I love my nachos with lots of cheese. I like to get a bag of tortilla chips and shreded american and motzerela(sp?) cheese and then put the cheese on the chips and microwave it. Its accually really good. My friend showed me a ghetto version of it thats accually really good too, she takes plain Lays chips and puts slices of american cheese that she rips into small pices over it and microwaves it and its accually really good.
