Entering the now liberated Squad Seven Training grounds. Shunpoing to the center, he turned towards the entrance, waiting for his Squad Members to follow. He crossed his arms as he waited, the wind picking up his haori.

The newly pointed lad had just entered the seventh squad, confused at what he should do. It was the first time the young lad had ever stepped in the grounds of the Gotei 13, tidying up his uniform as he wonders around the grounds. Seeing his captain waving his hand, the young Shinigami ran immediately towards his captain. I wonder what we are going to do here? , he wondered. Out of breath, shouted "Good morining! Bull-Taichou!" Holding on his sword hilt tighly, the young Shinigami was hoping that he could train so he could attain his Shikai. There were a lot of new faces the young lad had never seen before. Nervously sweating, hoping to make a good first impression.

[[character entrance]]

Svetlana's entrance to the squad's training grounds was as measured and controlled as always. She was pleased to once again be back in the Sereitei, on her own squad grounds, but kept her excitement carefully buried deep inside her heart, where the emotion would, hopefully, be soon forgotten. There were too many parts of the Sereitei still under enemy control, and the Arrancar were, no doubt, still lurking about unknown parts of the worlds.

She wet her lips in anticipation, now having fully recovered her energy. She could use a shower and a good night's sleep, but didn't complain. She had no doubt she would be given time to rest and relax her muscles and body later. Victory had been achieved in this small skirmish, but she suspected it was far from the end.

Like always, her arrival was quiet and unannounced. She took time to straighten her oddly-cut uniform, wipe away dirt and dust, re-knot her hair, then wipe her face with the hem of her short robe. The more she preened herself, however, the more she found herself wishing for her own quarters, her own bath, her own comforts of beauty. Like her hope and excitement, however, she swiftly boxed the thoughts away the moment she reigstered they came into existence. She needed to train more than she needed to clean, and the fact she was, for all practical purposes, working with a horde of men meant that grime and sweat would probably go unnoticed.

Satasfied with her own satasfaction, she stood a good fifteen paces away from her captain and said nothing. Her eyes flickered to the young Shinigami who entered from her left, then back to her captain. I don't recognize his face, she thought mildly.

[Entrance]

Aizakku sighed inwardly as he finally arrived at the Training Grounds, having followed the only woman he saw. He had given her twenty paces, something he thought was definitely respectful enough and perhaps she wouldn't even think he was following him. "I doubt it. What should I do when I get there? Wait off to the side, see if I can make a friend, cry in the corner?" Aizakku thought, bouncing ideas off of himself. "Ideally I meet some of them if not all of them. Connections are good everywhere you go. Even if you're dead, I guess..."

These were some of the thoughts that ran through his head as he followed Svetlana. From what he had seen of her in the few moments he had participated in the battle, he would certainly never cross her. And he always seemed to feel a vibe closely related to bloodlust for some reason whenever he was near her. "Maybe I'll wait for someone else." (Flashback kinda thing. On to more present matters.)

Looking around the Training Grounds, so far it was only the Captain, the woman, and someone that had ran to the Captain. He didn't so much as seem vaguely familiar. Perhaps someone more new than himself? That or it was just more proof to how little Aizakku actually knew, squad-wise anyway. He had let himself wander a little away from the woman he followed, his captain, and the new shinigami that was oddly happy. "Perhaps oblivious?" Aizakku thought. He wasn't appearing to be one for speech so far. He noted that all he had said was that he was reporting in, nothing beyond, not even a grunt.

He shrugged his shoulders, excited that he might actually get in some training. He needed it horribly. Instinct and the Academy could only get you so far. His excitement was shown by a twitch of his foot, it was like he was running in place on one foot, that never fully left the ground. Very odd, but he needed to burn a little energy too.

Bob followed Svetlana, standing next to her though with a good 5 feet of space in between them. He glanced at her noticing that she had straightened up, "Hmmm, fights like a warrior yet still acts lady like, she is very interesting indeed. Though for some reason she tries not to draw attention to herself, though I doubt it's a lack of confidence she definitely knows she's stronger than me" Bob thought as his gaze returned to his captain.

Bob's golden eyes surveyed the captain, studying his pose, facial expression, basically everything about him. If this was going to be Bob's sensei for a bit he would need to know and observe his captain. "Hmmm, he seems stern and focussed, as if he thinks we are watching for weakness, though I suppose if we have arrogant squad members it would be good for him to assert his dominance right away" Bob thought, he was very good at concealing his thought so no one would really be able to tell what was going on in his gray matter.

[Rokera enters the Squad 7 Training Grounds.]

Rokera's footsteps whispered as they hit the grass. In his ears, they sounded like roaring waves and crashing thunder. Lately, he had been very sensitive to his surroundings; no doubt a result of his constant inner "dialogues", self-reflections that had him thinking he had begun to go insane.
His eyes absorbed the scene before him.

Bull-taicho, his reiatsu a banner for this gathering, had rooted himself in the center of the field. He had an impatient look on his face, his haori humorously reflecting his mood by flapping infuriatingly in the wind. It reminded Rokera of an old friend of his, who liked to flail about when they were displeased.

His squadmates began to enter the field as well. Svetlana, the 3rd seat, stood straight and tall, always proud, even when she didn't look her best. I know she cares about her looks, too. Must take some confidence on her part. And there was Bob, the 5th seat. He was trailing Svetlana, and it looked like, well, he was scanning everyone. Analyzing for weaknesses, no doubt. He's a smart man, for sure. I guess that's an idea to keep in mind, too.

Who're they? Rokera suspiciously eyed the shinigami he didn't recognize, until his memory caught up to him. Oh, that's right. I remember their seating promotions now. Aizakku and Lephisto. A shred of power lust brushed his conscious, a toothy grin spreading across his face. More sparring partners..more people to learn from. Knowledge is power, after all. Rokera shook his head, the smile fading from his face, along with darker thoughts. Your allies. Treat them well, and help them grow stronger and flourish.

Rokera slowly walked past Aizakku and Lephisto. He raised his right hand, and jerked a little wave, followed by a small smile. "Beautiful day, isn't it?" His hazy eyes, slightly closed, gave a piercing glare right into both Shinigami. He kept on walking for a few more seconds, stopping near Bull-taicho. He tilted his head back, and to the left, just so that the corner of his mouth was visible to the two newcomers. "It's nice having you both here to train with us all. If you don't know, I'm Rokera. 4th seat."

"Good day to you all." Bullene said to his Squad Members, calling for order. "I am proud to say that we have flushed all of Aizen's forces out of our squad." Bull inhaled once more, gathering his thoughts. He scanned the crowd of his Squad Members. "For those of you who I have not had the distinct pleasure of meeting, I am Bullene Katsurou, your Captain." His dialogue was quite calm for somebody who had only recently escaped from Las Noches, fought two different Espada, and obliterated several hundred hollow.

"We are here today to do one thing." He said, his voice growing deeper. "You are here to learn how to fight." He crossed his arms, continuing his point. "You may say, 'But Captain, I already know how to fight!'" He paused momentarily, trying to catch any changes in his Squad Members' facial expressions. "Well, you are sadly mistaken. This squad would have been reclaimed twice as fast if you truly knew how to succeed on the field of battle.

"There are some of you who cannot defend themselves at all without their sword." He indicated his 6th and 8th seats. "Well, that is changing today." He began to walk among the Squad Members, examining them. Stopping at Bob, he cleared his throat. "You, Bob, 5th Seat. You are too stiff. Your movements are blocky. You are to learn Baguazhang."

Continuing his walk, he came upon Svetlana. "You are too messy." He eyed her. He had met this one before. She was overconfident. "You are to learn Snake Kung Fu. Then you shall know true close combat." He said before continuing to Rokera.

His eyes rested upon Rokera for a moment. He tried to analyze him. It took him a moment, but he found it. "You need to rely on your blade less." He saw his vacant expression at times. He knew what Rokera was going through. "You need to learn how to come at an enemy with confidence in your empty hands." He smirked. "Kenpo Karate."

It was then that he looked towards Aizakku and Lephisto. "I will be teaching you basic Jujitsu. It is a good basis for close combat." He turned back to the rest of the Squad. "Excuse me for a moment. I need to get materials for you." He left in a split second, only returning a minute later with three scrolls in his hand.

Distributing the corresponding scrolls to his 3rd, 4th, and 5th seats, he gave them instruction. "Read up on the basics and begin form training. I will circulate later and give you pointers." Looking back at his 6th and 8th seats, he gave one last order. "You two, follow me." He said, walking a few hundred yards away from the others. He would allow his Vice-Captain to be late, as he was finishing up the cleanup of the Hollows.

[Instructions for 3, 4, & 5: Do a long post of Solo RP, trying to learn the very basics of the style, keeping in mind what I have told you. I'll come around and critique you eventually.

Instructions for 6 & 8: Follow Me. I will fight both of you at once, showing you the basics of Jujitsu. Then, you shall fight each other and I will give pointers.]

Aizakku watched as one by one the other members of Squad Seven started to show up. Bob, Rokera, then Captain Bullene. He had been working up the dialogue to start a conversation with one of the members. Aizakku was mulling whether or not to choose Bob, Rokera, or Lephisto. Not that he had known his name yet. He waved at Rokera a little as he walked by. At least he was friendly.

He turned his attention then to Katsurou Taichou, whom was speaking. He smiled a little at the announcement that they had defeated the Las Noches forces that had been their responsibility. He had to suppress a cheer, there was no way he was going to embarrass himself just yet. With time, he was sure that he could give every member a scare and probably provoke at least one of them to try and kill him. All while using something fun, he smiled a little again, just thinking about it made him happy.

Listening as his Captain spoke, he couldn't help but think, "He's only saying things about their weaknesses. Rather than actually having something to play their strengths... Besides, they did well enough, better than me at least. I wonder..." His smile had faded by then, mind wandering to the work to come. "Jujitsu? I think I've seen that somewhere before. Oh, that show my father always used to watch... The guys that would beat the crap out of each other. Never figured I'd go with something like that in a fist fight." Of course, now he would have to.

Following Captain Bullene, Aizakku bowed his head slightly to the 'other new guy.' Aizakku then started to untie his zanpakuto from his waist, it would only be a burden to learn something with it attached to him for no reason. He was mentally preparing as well, in case Captain Katsurou decided to 'assess' them further than what he already saw.

(Bah, this post seems odd...)

Bob nodded as he heard what the captain said, "Hmmm, I suppose he is right my attacks are rather rigid" He thought as he let out a deep sigh. Bob glanced at Svetlana then to Rokera as he pondered the idea of learning Baguazhang. "Fluid movements are quite important in combat, it would allow the user to defend and attack without being knocked off balance so I suppose it will be a good asset" Bob thought as he walked off, stopping about 15 yards in front of Svetlana and Rokera. He then sat down crossing his legs as he began to read the training style and history of the Baguazhang style. "Interesting so if I master this defeating multiple enemies should become easier, or at least surviving until someone can come to help" He assessed as he continued to read up the style he'd be learning.

"Alright, I suppose I'm ready to begin" Bob whispered to himself as he stood, "Hmmm, so it says I should make a circle six to twelve feet in diameter. I suppose I'll start with six and work my way up" He said as he looked around he saw a thick wooden pole used for training around 15 feet away. "Perfect" He said as he walked over while unsheathing his zanpakuto. He set it down perpendicular to the pole so he could measure out six feet. Once he made the four marks he then picked up his zanpakuto and cut a circle in the dirt before sheathing his zanpakuto and putting it off to the side since sword fighting wasn't necessary in the training.

He then picked up the scroll and read up on the correct stance, "Awesome there's a little diagram" He said as he continued to read down, "It appears that some other basic methods include walking with bricks or blocks of wood to so that both the movement and structure are strong" He said as he read aloud what the scroll said, He then surveyed the area and smiled as he saw a pile of bricks, "Ah ha" He said as he walked over and grabbed four figuring he'd start out light and gradually work his way up. He returned back to his little training area and set the brick down.

"Ok, I'm gonna have to start in a different stance since I can't carry bricks in the original one" He said as he opened the scroll and noticed that there were multiple stances, he picked the one out that best allowed him to carry bricks, "Here goes" He mumbled as he set the scroll down inside the circle as he held the bricks, he then examined the diagram of the stance and widened his leg's bending them so they were at about a 120 degree angle. He then lowered his upper arms while raising his forearms. He let out a sigh as this would get tiring pretty quickly.

He then began to walk on the outside of the circle. Every twenty steps or so changing direction while alternating inside and outside directional changes, he made inhale and exhale periodically so that his arms muscles could get plenty of oxygen. This art of Circle walking was very challenging for Bob, he was being forced to walk in a circle while changing directions fluidly at first he seemed of balance and stumbled on a few of the directional changes but after about 2 minutes he was beginning to get the hang of it. His eyes were intently staring at the pole that jutted from the center of the circle so that his concentration could be kept on walking fluidly and his legs flowing one after another without brushing up against each other which caused the original stumbling.

After about 10 minutes Bob's arms began to wobble every one in a while, "This is quite rigorous. I have to be completely focussed on balance or else I'll stumble, but holding these bricks up like this does make it hard for concentration to be kept" He thought as he did an outside change in direction. He was beginning to tire and anyone who was watching could clearly see he had slowed down, though his movements were continuing the fluid nature that he had just become accustom to. He did an inside direction change still focussed on the pole now completely ignoring everyone else in the area so that his whole mind and body could be zoned in on the training at hand.

After 20 minutes Bob's arms were now steadily shifting up and down about 10 degrees during each directional change. A bead of sweat ((Do shinigami sweat?)) rolled down the left side of his face as his slow easy breathing's had now become a quick panting that expressed that he would soon tire out. Though his mind did not falter he stared at the center pole determined to continue this now rigorous training until his captain allowed him a break.

((Sorry about the last paragraph I felt if I typed more about the circle walking it would get redundant sweatdrop ))

Lephisto saw many of his squad members turn up one by one to the training. The young Shinigami was excited that to meet new people, his eyes immediately attracted to the beauty of the girl Svetlana; not that he knew her name. he couldn't stop looking at her, there was a immediate attraction between him with her.

Eager to make a start, he started to greet and bow to people and talking to them. "My name is Lephisto Atsuko, It is a great honor to be this squad!", many of the people were very friendly towards the young lad. This squad seems pretty friendly, he thought.

He suddenly heard the captain spoke and stood at ease ready to do whatsoever his Captain commanded to do so. As the Captain spoke, Lephisto was very interested what the Captain had to say about everybody's fighting style. I want to be able to adapt to other people's style when I fight, the young man thought.

The eager man heard that him and the 'other new guy' were going to learn the basics of jujitsu, Lephisto couldn't stop thinking this when he heard this, "I hope we don't only just learn that Martial Art, I don't want to be restricted to just one style of fighting", the young lad thought. Lephisto followed his captain and started to untie his Zanpakutou from his waist hoping that the Captain would give them a good training lesson.

There was a rush of wind as the captain shed his haori. The white cloak landed in a small pile a few feet away from the three Shinigami grouped together. Two small clunks signaled that Bullene removed his zanpakuto from his belt as well. Far more toned and muscular than any of the other Shinigami nearby, Bullene's body stood out. His hands were always wrapped, ready to fight. It was his duty to protect the Sereitei at any cost, so he had to be on-guard.

"To be able to protect yourself is the first step in being able to protect others." Bullene said to the eager Shinigami. Though, they wouldn't be so eager once he completed their first 'lesson'. "If you cannot protect yourself, what stops the people you care about from getting hurt?"

He left them with that question for a moment. Letting the meaning of his question sink in, he continued. "That is why it is my duty to help you." Bull stretched his shoulder and back, bringing his right arm across his chest. He followed by doing the same with his left. "Now, I want you both to attack me." Before he let them say anything, he continued. "I promise you that you will not hurt me. It will most likely be the opposite." Knowing that he was going to teach the two how to use Jujitsu, he readied his stance. He widened his legs, lowering his center of gravity. He kept both of his hands open. Keeping closed fists does not provide defense. "Come at me, then!"

The young eager Shinigami followed his Captain, he heard him spoke about why he had to teach them the basics of Jujitsu. Lephisto agreed that it was their duty to always be on guard and to protect the ones he loves. Lephisto started to put on his wraps on, the young man was also prepared for the training. He also took into consideration what his squad captain said earlier on, he promised that he would never take off the wraps from his body to ensure the safety of his fellow men in Sereitei.

This guy wants to take both of us on at the same time? He must be nuts!, Lephisto thought. The cautious young man didn't want to start attacking his Captain straight of the bat, he knew that they would fall into his trap. The cautious man started to spread his legs shoulder apart and foot apart from each foot, he also put his guards up. Nervously sweating, "Ball-Taichou! Why don't you come and hit us, we are ready for it", the young man proclaimed. Lephisto was trying to act tough to impress the captain but inside he was petrified, Oh man, I'm going get my a** beaten down like a little pig, he thought. he was eager to fight the Captain but not getting his a** taken down.

He turned to the other guy and smirked at him saying, "Are you ready?"

{(I will wait for the other guy to reply, seeming that your character is taking both of us at the same time)}

"I'm sorry," Bullene said to Lephisto. "Did you want to die?" He clenched his fists only for a moment. Every single one of his knuckles cracked threateningly. "Because that can easily be arranged." Bull's stare pierced the Shinigami's look of disbelief. "Any more questions?" He said, his voice becoming harsh. He pulsed his reiatsu for a moment, only as a warning. He had once broken Mikhail's elbow only to prove a point. Without waiting for a reply, Bullene spoke once more. "Follow your damn orders!"

Bob sighed as he continued to walk in the circle. As the training progressed it seemed that he was slowly returning to his natural blocky movements. "No stop this is exactly what I'm trying to prevent" He thought as he began to move faster so that his moves could flow into one another. Small little beads of sweat began to glimmer as they raced down his cheek. After another few agonizing minutes a darker circle had formed from the beads of sweat seeping into the dirt of which Bob treaded upon.

After about another 15 minutes Bob lost feeling in his arms. He now smiled with his arms now numb he can focus on changing his stiff, blocky movements to more fluid and circular motions. Inside change, outside change Bob began to weave back and forth around the circle now looking more like a ritual than training. He continued steadily but surely his movements were becoming less and less robotic and more like water now. He smirked at this realization and his pace quickened as a rush of excitement coarsed through his veins now exhilarated to complete his captains wishes.

His eyes widened snapping out of the ritualistic trance he was in as his right hand twitched, he stepped to the right instinctively doing an inside direction change so that he could keep hold of the brick, He sighed as he resumed walking the circle his movements still a bit blocky but there was a noticeable change in his movements. "Gotta keep focussed. If I drop these bricks I'll definitely look like an idiot in front of my captain" He thought as he walked around the circle going at a turtles pace now so that focus and concentration was maintained.

This training continued to get harder as time went on. The more tired Bob got the more he wanted to return to his instinctual blocky and stiff movements, it was like fighting your own mind while trying to play chess. He sighed as he shook his head releasing the sweat above his brow so that it wouldn't get into his eyes. He continued walking in the circle with on intent to stop until his captain gave him permission.
