as You may all know, I am a geek, and have been searching for the greatest and best software out there. So, I will be hosting a little thread here, and I will review different software.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My first review will be browsers.

At the moment, I am trying out Google's Chrome. While it is faster and more efficient than Firefox in speed... I am reluctant to switch. Firefox so far seems the better browser. While it is better with Jscript, Java, and the memory and resources, Chrome may very well be faster.

And then there is IE and Safari, both have been competing with each other for some time now, and Safari may be great on resources, but in overall speed, especially tabbed browsing, IE may be faster, by milliseconds. Now, on an Apple architecture, meaning hardware, Safari may be faster, since it was developed for Macintosh computers. Unfortunately, if you are a Windows user, you may want one of the other browsers.

Overall, the browser you may want, depending on your preferences, will be Firefox. The UI is simple, and skinnable, , much like all of Mozilla's programs, meaning without third party software, which both Safari and IE need third party software to skin and look good. Chrome may be skinnable, but so far, there is very few you can find that are Credible by Google, meaning safe, and non interfering with the browsers capability. Opera is also skinnable, but I would rather not mention Opera, because I have yet to test this browser.

If you want speed, do Chrome, if you want overall quality, Firefox is your answer. Jscript handling is IE, and if you want stable releases and low resource consuming go Safari. Its up to you on what you want.
