Name: Mitsukuni Sara
Aliases/ Nicknames: Sara-chan, Little Hawk, Morning Star
Physical Description: Sara is nearly nineteen when she was killed. She is short and slight (5’3”), though her frame is wiry with lean muscle hidden beneath soft skin. She has English blood from her mother’s side, so she doesn’t look particularly Japanese. Sara tans easily and keeps the color all year round. Her hair, a bronzed-brown color, falls just below her shoulders in long curls that are often difficult to tame. When the sun hits it just right, small gold streaks are visible. As Rhia’s reincarnation, her eyes don’t change either their shape or their dark, dark brown color. In addition, her general build and facial structure is the similar to Rhia’s, so the resemblance is evident to those who knew Rhia well. Sara has small scars around her right eye which she did not have when she was alive. In theory, these wounds were sustained at the time of her death.
Zanpaku-to: Angel's Ledger (or Tougenkyou)
Appearance:: Angel's Ledger is a normal katana with a black guard bound in dark blue and highlighted with silver accents. The base of the blade is etched in a riot of butterflies. The sheath, complimentary to the katana, is a simple affair of black lacquered wood. Again, it has carvings of butterflies inset in silver.
Release phrase:: "Mark, Angel's Ledger,"
Shikai: A brilliant, deep blue second skin covers Sara from head to toe, and her eyes glow the white-blue of her reiatsu as it spills from her irises. Intricate, henna-like tattoos bloom at her wrists, ankles, shoulder blades, hips, and collarbone. These tattoos glow silvery, white-blue as they release her reiatsu in a highly controlled manner. These base tattoos lend to Sara's strength, speed, and reaction time.
*It should be noted that Sara's shikai transformation is extremely painful. She has described it as "white-hot knives" being dragged over every inch of skin. Dropping her shikai form is just as painful. The reason for this has been explained by her zanpaku-to's spirit. The conversation can be found in her Shikai Training (link below)
Sara's blade does not change much during her body's transformation, but the very base of the hilt rearranges itself to form a detachable silver stylus that can be removed from the blade's hilt. Although this creates a hole in Sara's blade, the reishi particles that compose the blade are strengthened to prevent the weakening of the sword's structure.
Sara can use the silver stylus to carve new tattoos into her skin. Depending on the designs, pictographs, symbols, and phrases (often Latin phrases) she incorporates into her tattoos, her reiatsu can be molded to a variety of uses. Because she has just come into her powers, she knows only a few designs, mostly to enhance her swordsmanship. As time passes, her zanpaku-to spirit will teach her new marks and she will eventually be able to make up her own. Although this would make her power limited merely by her ingenuity, a mis-drawn mark could cost her her life.

In this circle is written the Latin word nihil (nothing). This design creates a cero-like technique reminiscent of the arrancar cero. Sara can control the energy output of the cero, but extreme amounts of power causes her pain and can tear the skin of her palm.
Special Accessories: Though Sara claims no religious affiliation, she has a small iron cross on a length of chain, as though it’s been ripped from a necklace. The small pendant gives off several energy signatures, none of which Sara recognizes. She thinks she’s had the cross since she arrived in the Seireitei, but, in truth, she isn’t positive since she has only a vague recollection of her death and arrival in Soul Society.

There is literally nothing that Mitsukuni money cannot buy and their desire for luxury knows few bounds. Though Sara attempts to downplay this, her clothes hint at designer origins as do her smaller accessories including a cell phone-- one of only ten or so unique pieces in the entire world.
As an only child, Sara is the heir apparent to the Mitsukuni line, but she has no intention of assuming any such title. Though it was intended that she be groomed for her future, she clearly has other ideas.
Maybe because she was born to privilege, Sara has a penchant for flouting authority. She was enrolled in a prestigious all girls’ school for the upper-crust sort (the kind where students take off to Paris for the weekend and visit each others’ Swiss chalets…). In a trite, yet well-loved act of teenage defiance, she took up with a yankee gang (yes, long skirts, surgical masks, and lengths of iron piping).
Running with a gang presented its own set of rules and codes as well as intriguing dangers. Sara played with all sorts of drugs-- though she never did care for smoking-- eventually settling upon angel dust (PCP) as her drug of choice as she finds it gives her the most fascinating hallucinations. When with her gang, she never flouts or even mentions her family's wealth. Strangely, the harsh reality of drugs, petty crime, and delinquency appeals to her. It provides a sharp contrast to the false smiles and pretentions of the “high society” to which her family belongs.
Sara was recently murdered by the vaizard Feiy. Although shinigami arrived to collect her soul and bring it back to the Seireitei, it was no where in sight. No hollow activity was detected, so the fate of her soul remains a mystery to the Seireitei.
The same cannot be said for those in Las Noches who have gained their very first pure, whole soul, courtesy of the Primera, Jes Morinozuka. Sara is currently being raised and trained in Las Noches, slowly being molded by the darker arrancar arts to become a potent weapon against the Seireitei.
