The regular T-51b can't be repaired except through shopkeepers. Its really better if you give it to someone like Charon, because it won't degrade when he's wearing it.

Uncle Roe in Canterbury Commons will allow you to invest in the caravans, giving them more goods and higher repair skills.
If you invest high enough then they can almost repair your gear to 100% (Probably more like 90%)

Sorry dude, T-51 can't be repaired by anything except shopkeepers.

You can't, unless you use the other unique armour; the prototype medical one. Other than that, there's no way to do it.
I just gave it to Cross to wear, that's a much better option.

The others have stated it before, but the only way you can repair T-51 is through shopkeepers.
But - if you have Operation Anchorage expansion, I believe the Winterized T-51 Battle armor does not need repairs. The winterized armor I have is still at max DR and I've been wearing it for a long while '_'

shopkeepers every one has said it.
though i could have sworn that i fixed the t-51 by my self. i swear to good. but this is before my360 broke (peice of s**t toy. its going back for the 3rd time)

... U should go to the caravan's trader and repair it, it doesnt have another way to repair

Only for the Winterized undestructable version of this armor, then you'll want Anchorage.
But for the original armor no, just get the special keys, give them to the Ghoul in the Underworld (Optional for a quest), get them back and go to the Fort

I never knew that quest was for the original T-51 power armor. ********. means i might need a new xbox and skip the new computer.
