(For the sake of discussion, this is going to be one sided, unreasonable, and borderline troll like. Please know that I am more reasonable)
First off, pay levels. Females should not get equal pay to males. Not because you're any less competent at your job, but rather because, in the event you get knocked up, the company is required to give you 3 months paid maternity leave. For this reason alone, females are a financial liability.
Secondly, females should not be employed in the military. It's a known fact that males instinctively protect females. It's part of survival of the species. This means that a female team member can jeopardize an entire team's safety. This doesn't even address the fact that males are physically stronger than females on average, and have a higher peak strength than females.
And I'm not going to get started on how you girls can turn into absolute bitches periodically, making the workplace an uncomfortable place to be. neutral

I disagree. I think that men don't deserve equal pay. They are stronger, physically, but they lack mental substance and ability. They follow the pack and more specifically the pack leader. Ever heard "that behind every strong man is an even stronger woman"? Well it's very true. Women control men and need to go back to the proper status.
Their ability to use emotions and persuasion makes them a much more useful tool in battle as they are multipurpose.
