During my scowering for my missing issue #146, I finally came across my old Sega Game Gear! And it WORKS! surprised
And to my delight, my favourite Game Gear game was still in the cartridge slot! "Sonic & Tails". It's a copy of "Sonic Chaos", but on the front of the cartridge the label says "Sonic & Tails" both in English and Japanese (Sonikku & Teiruzu). It's a totally different label than Sonic Chaos, and it doesn't say "Sonic Chaos" anywhere on the label. But when you play the game, it plays the same as Sonic Chaos. I picked up this little bauble many years back, for, like, $6. A total steal!
Just wondering if anyone else has this "version" of Sonic Chaos. Speak up if you have it, too, or at least have heard of it.

Sonic and Tails and Sonic and Tails 2 were the Japanese names for the two Sonic Chaos titles. You must have an imported cartridge.

I've only got the Master System version (normal, English Sonic Chaos). I prefer that one because the level tunes are different for Aqua Planet and (I think) Scrambled Egg. I loathe the GameGear version of Aqua Planet, which, alas, is what I'm stuck with on the Mega Collection / Sonic Adventure DX (whichever one I unlocked it in).

I wish I could have a Game Gear. I'm too young it seems. I'm just 16. But anyways, you have a relic over there. Keep it. Don't sell >.<

I intend with all my heart to keep my Game Gear and my Sonic & Tails cartridge! But I would be curious to see how much they'd be worth! ninja
