Rules for the advice forum
This place is for asking advice, for sharing sources, and for asking questions. If you find something you think someone might find helpful, you can feel free to post it here. Links, resources and lessons are also appropriate here.
Keep in mind:
- You may receive some information that you don't like. If you are genuine in your desire to learn, you will have to find a way to accept this. We all have to learn unfortunate truths in our search for knowledge, and we all come to painful realisations. Such is life.
- If you post a link, a lesson, or a resource, be aware that people may question its validity. Feel free to defend your work or source, but this is a place to share information. Misinformation should be recognized and caveats and warnings will be issued on articles that may not be up to par.
Rules:
- This forum isn't witch-specific, but if you want advice on magic or on spells, you can ask it here, but do not ask for spells. If you're casting 'em, you should know how to write 'em.
- If you are asking a question genuinely, accept the answer. If the answer seems wrong or confusing, ask for clarification.
- As always, cite your source if you are reproducing something from another site or essay. If you are making a point or asking assistance on something in particular, quote a segment and link to your source, don't just quote the entire essay. If you want to replicate something in full and permission to repost isn't given in the essay, please seek permission from the author before posting it here.
