Morgan was milling around the lake again. The air of late spring was warm and comforting. He much preferred this time of year to mid summer when the heat was deplorable. He figured he felt heat more heavily than the others in his teepee because of the fact his body was bigger than them all. He inherited that from his mother.
He contemplated to himself that it felt forever since he had seen his mother. He noted he needed to go see her. Then as he thought about that; he also realized he was in the mood to go off visiting. Who could he go see?
What was that filly's name? The one who lived on the other side of the lake? That wasn't very far. He could go... visit... and return in time for those apple treats the human gave those of their herd who was around in the late evening. With his uncle Balgen off and abroad, he was sure to get an extra helping.
Casually, he took off towards the other side of the lake.. off towards that girl who reminded him of a summer night sky just passed twilight.

Starwielder stepped out of her tepee, yawning softly and stretching. She's been spending way to many late nights, chasing fire flies. She shook her mane when she came up from her stretch. She sniffed the warm spring air, before she decided on what she was going to do today.
She grabbed an apple from one of the nearby trees, near her home. Eating it as she walked along the lake. Star wasnt a usual day time mare, she preferred the dark night skies, which shimmered with its stars. Enjoying her favorite past time chase. Why she was up so early, is beyond her.
Maybe exciting was going to happen? That is what she thought, or gave excuse to begin up before the night skies has appeared. She laughed to herself Not likely... she muttered to herself. The last time was her reunion with an old family friend. One she found hard to ignore.

He grew from a slow gallop to a much faster and enthusiastic gallop. He turned half sideways to skid his hind legs down as he approached her teepee. He then spotted her coming out of it. So she was here....
"Hey lady! Top of the morning to ya... I was just coming on my way to see you." He gave a friendly smile. He hoped it would be received well. His father's sense of optimism wasn't lost on Morgan, no sir.

Star turned suddenly, when she heard someone coming. Her eyes wide open, but then dropped. Lady....? She thought to herself. Giving a half frown and a flick of her tail. She didnt see who it was at first and was about to scold him. Til she saw it was 'HIM!' she blushed, with wide eyes once more.
But, got sadden when she remembered she was called Lady. She sighed softly and looked away "My name is not Lady... It's Starwielder..." saying, hoping it well stick. She was happy to see him again tho. It had been awhile since their last encounter. I wonder how many mares he's come in contact with? thinking in her mind.

He looked at her a bit confused at first. Then he thougth he figured it out. Oh, she thought he forgot her name? He had to correct this. "Oh hey now. I was just greeting you. I wasn't using 'lady' as your name. Would this have gone better had I said 'friend' instead?"
He flicked his tail. He started to feel rather awkward. He hadn't meant to offend her at all. Well, maybe if he persevered, he could maybe help her to see to forgiving him for upsetting her. It sure wasn't his intention.
