After Han-gyong revealed that he and Seung had been sharing dreams, the mothfish was determined not to share another. One of those nightmares had been plenty. And if she could have the same dream as one person, couldn't she share them with others?
At first it didn't seem so. Despite trying desperately to steer her mind away from her fiance's, she ended up in two more of his dreams that night. She'd tried to reach Nimaina and then Arilin, obviously with no luck. The second time around she hadn't been quite as sucked into Han-gyong's dream and had some control over herself, so she wasn't giving up yet.
Maybe another Fa'e would work better. Bracing herself in case the next dream ended up being Han-gyong's again, Seung tried to go back to sleep. As she drifted off, she focused as best she could on the Fa'e she knew despite her thoughts becoming more inchoherent as she got sleepier.
The person she thought of the most and the last one to stick in her mind before she feel asleep was Mik...

Mikhail, of course, was having no such problems with his dreams - harmless and inane, they were usually barely remembered if not entirely gone by the time he woke up. Tonight was nothing special so far, either...just incredibly frustrating. He was stuck chasing his guardian's fat, cantankerous old cat around the house, and couldn't seem to catch up to it no matter what he did. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he was distantly aware that there was no way Conan could move that fast anymore, which made it somewhat unfair that he was.
Evnetually, however, he managed to corner him under the bed, but that only resulted in a new problem - Mik couldn't fit far enough under the bed to reach him.

Seung ended up lying down in a small, dark, cramped space. She panicked, thinking this was some new twisted fantasy Han-gyong had come up with. She tried to get up, only to hit her head on whatever it was above her. "Aigu!" she groaned, grabbing her skull and hitting the knuckles on both her hands in the process.
Then she realized she could move. This couldn't be Han-gyong's dream then! The mothfish was just starting to feel relief and elation when something fat and furry slammed into her. "Ow!" she yelled as whatever-it-was hit her in the nose. "Bad...thing!" she scolded it, trying to push it away from her face.

Even in a dream, there were some things you just didn't expect to happen while you were groping around for a cat underneath a bed, and the sudden appearance of someone else under the bed was definitely one of those things. With his cheek to the floor, Mik had a a bit of bad angle, but that was definitely a mothfish.
"Seung?" Well, as long as she was here... "Grab him! Don't let him get away!"
Making noises of protest at being pushed away by the girl who had most certainly not been under the bed when he'd darted under it for safety, the cat hunkered down in the space between the two Fa'e and looked for a way out.

"Mik?" Seung called back. Well, there was more proof if she needed it that her idea finally worked. It was kind of hard to feel happy about that with a lump on the head, scraped fingers, a sore nose, and a yowling cat in her face. Even if her idea was working, she still had to talk to the other Fa'e and convince him this wasn't just his imagination. Which would be rather hard around the vocal cat.
She grabbed the cat by his back and pushed him out at arms length, worried that he might scratch her. Even if they weren't real, she didn't want to add cat scratches to her list of injuries. "What do I do with him?!" she yelled, trying to lean her head back from possible swipes and not hit her head at the same time.

...that was a really good question. Mik reached under the bed as far as he could to try and judge just how far away the cat was now, and found that Conan's lashing tail was just close enough to brush his fingers. "Just, uh...push him this way?"
Grabbed and then pushed again, the housecat made a low, angry noise. He couldn't back out of Seung's grasp, because then he'd be backing right into Mikhail. If he could just get her to let go, he might be able to make it out from under the bed on the side that wasn't up against a wall or blocked by Fa'e...hissing, he tried to swipe at the child and make a break for it.

Easier said than done. She already had the unhappy feline at arms length. Seung would have to wriggle towards Mik (and the cat) before she could push him any farther. "Can try."
The mothfish pushed herself forward about six inches just when the cat decide swiping at her would be a good idea. His claws made four scratches across her nose. "Aigu!" she screeched, jerking her head back to avoid anymore retaliation from the cat. Except she bonked her head again where she'd hit it earlier. She shoved the creature away and grabbed her head instead.

No! Mikhail made a grab for the cat when Seung - understandably, of course - shoved it away, but didn't get so much as a piece of fur. Conan bolted out from under the bed and was gone in a flash of gray. "Aww, man," the teen groaned, "I'm never gonna catch that cat."
Oh well. Now that his friend was here, he didn't feel the compulsion to go chasing after the cat again quite so strongly. "Sorry. Did he get you?"

"Ouch...sorry." Even if it wasn't real, she felt bad about the cat getting way. Her head throbbed less and she managed to squint out from under the bed at Mik. "Got myself more," she replied sheepishly. She tried to wriggle out more, but it was slow going. "Help?" the mothfish asked, holding out a hand to the teen.

"It's alright," he said, taking Seung's hand to help her while he back out from underneath the bed himself. "I'm...not really sure what I would have done with him, anyway." Chasing the cat had made sense at the time, somehow, but dreams were weird like that; you did all sorts of things that seemed perfectly normal until you woke up...or, well, got interrupted by another dream. Or something.

Seung could think of some very uncharitable things to do to that cat. She figured she should feel bad about thinking that, but since the cat wasn't real anyway, did it really matter? "Maybe get it next time," she said once she was out from underneath the bed and started to dust herself off. Dream or no, it was not pleasant under there. One good thing about this dream, her scratches weren't bleeding even if they stung.
She started to beat the dust off her long sleeves when she remembered why she was really here with a gasp. "Mik!" Seung grabbed onto his arm. "Gotta help me, I'm in trouble!" She shook his forearm in both hands, as if that would stress how dire this was. "In the real world, the awake one," she elaborated, hoping he'd believe her.

Once they were both out from under the bed, Mik had stood, rolled his shoulders, and cracked his neck...and was promptly grabbed onto and had his arm shaken. Bemused, he blinked down at Seung. He had sort of been wondering why she'd just popped up under his bed all of a sudden.
"...really?" He wasn't disbelieving, precisely, but this was a dream. Not that he hadn't had dreams that were more than dreams before.

Seung nodded rapidly. "Really!" Her false eyes were disconcertingly calm with the rest of her face looking stressed bordering on panic. "Got taken to Heaven, and they said they wanted me to be Queen, but I gotta get married, but he wants to kill me once we are, and I really really need help," she said so quickly she almost stumbled over the words trying to explain. It wasn't until she finished that she realized how crazy and probably dream-like her explaination sounded.

"Are you sure?" Mik asked, now a little skeptical. "That doesn't sound at all like Heaven." It seemed pretty nonsensical, actually. Still, what was the worst that could happen if he went along with it? As dreams went, it probably beat chasing an angry cat all night.
"So...if you really are in Heaven and, uh, all that, what exactly do you need me to do?" Was he supposed to bust in and rescue her or something?

"Uh-huh!" she nodded vigorously and immediately regreted it as it made her head throb again. "Very sure. It's Heaven, but not like Heaven with angels and everything." She wasn't sure how to explain the difference herself really. She was sure this wasn't making any sense.
"I need help getting home. There's lots and lots of guards here and they'll stop me if I try to go." Although how Mik (or anyone else for that matter) was supposed to get to Heaven and help her was problematic now that she thought about it. "Maybe...maybe go talk to Oma. I tried to talk to her but couldn't."
