"Blah, blah blah. Blah blah." Othello sat back in boredom as his master ranted on about some random thing that he didn't care two cheri berries about. She seemed to be lecturing him on something about their last mission. That was what he was never able to understand about these humans. Why the fixation with pokemon battles? Why would he want to fight his own kind? Though it seemed like he could never get away with not doing it. He sighed.

Othello found his chance when SEA turned her back on him and he stood up, quietly slipping out the door of their dorm room. Freedom at last. Now what to do. He clapped his hands together, a mischievous gleam in his eye. He hurried down the corridor towards the busier parts of TRHQ to see what kind of fun he could find.

Azra had been resting peacefully in the room he shared with his trainer. Indeed they did share it, as they were more so family than just trainer and Pokemon. They had been together since Claris was little and both had suffered together, as well as for one another. Azra was not like other Absols, he preferred to get into the thick of things than remain hiding in the mountains. He also knew when to retreat or when to be discreet. It seemed at this point that Claris wanted him to remain a mystery to the other Rockets, at least until Claris had decided to reveal him.

Azra began to become slightly agitated, something was not right here, and he felt the need to investigate. While he rarely wandered off without Claris, he did need to go about things on his own from time to time. His sense for possible disaster was acute, as was his paranoia about things, and thus he justified lifting himself from the pillow he rested on and walked over to the door. As he did not have hands, opening doors was a task he was not really suited for. He did however have a bit of practice and so he rose onto his hinds and hooked his horn on the handle before pulling it down and then back to swing the wooden contraption open. As he lowered himself he stuck a clawed foot in front of the door to prevent it from closing before he moved out into the hall. He wanted to avoid people for the most part, especially the newer rockets that his partner had worked with recently, so he slipped into the shadows of the hall and wandered off, following his nose and seeking out what had begun troubling him.

As he made his way through the halls he encountered a few roaming rockets who eyed him with a bit of confusion and envy. His response was to growl at them to warn them of attempting anything with him before wandering on. Finally he came upon what seemed to be the cause of his senses responding, a lone Squirtle who seemed to be interested in causing some mischief. In most cases mischief was all in good fun but in a place like this it could spell disaster for someone or something.

Othello walked up to one door he noticed few humans coming and going from. He looked from side to side before carefully opening the door and sneaking in. Othello found himself inside one of the many rooms that he heard SEA refer to as a 'laboratory,' whatever that meant. He wasn't to sure as to the exact purpose of the highly equipped room, though it seemed as though the humans of this place valued their 'laboratories' highly. He looked around curiously at all the blinking lights and buzzing machines. Most of the humans in this room, and there weren't many, seemed to busy to notice him and any who did figured he belonged there anyways.

Othello found one rolling chair off to the side and climbed into the seat. He spun around a few times before coming to a stop in front of one of those computer things. He looked over his shoulder once more to see if anyone was watching, then began pushing random buttons on the keyboard, imitating the moves he saw others do before.

He followed the Squirtle into the room, but stayed far enough behind him to be less conspicuous. As he entered the room he noticed the Squirtle had begun slamming his grubby little hands on the buttons of a keyboard. Azras fur bristled and he let out a low snarl before speaking.

"Are you totally incompetent?! Do you have any idea how much damage you could do by pressing those, to others or yourself!?"

The Absol charged the chair and slammed his head against the side of it. While mildly painful, it wouldn't have been enough to hurt himself. This was an attempt to remove the Squirtle from the chair and nothing more.

"Imbecile!! You do not know the consequences your actions could reap!!!"

Othello looked over in surprise at the absol's harsh voice before going flying as the pokemon's attack knocked the chair sideways. He withdrew quickly into his shell and clattered to the floor. "You didn't have to do that!" He came out again, suddenly very defensive though he knew that the other pokemon was most likely right. "It's none of your business!" He noticed a red light blinking on the corner of the computer screen, probably his doing. He reached up and pressed one more button and a door nearby swooshed open. He gave the absol a glare before stalking into the room. Inside there was row upon row of used pokeballs, and the young squirtle stood by and inspected them as if he had every right to be in there.

Azra shook his head at the little Squirtle and followed him as he wandered into the other room. He did not however, enter the chamber with the Pokeballs. His one good eye narrowed angrily on the Squirtle and he let out a low snarl once more.

"If your idiocy has the potential of destroying this place, then yes it is my business. What precisely do you think you're doing? Is it just you that's completely incompetent or is your trainer just as stupid?"

Azra lowered his head and sharpened his horn on the floor with a couple of quick scrapes. He was watching the little Squirtle like a hawk and it was unlikely that he would be taking his gaze off the smaller Pokemon anytime soon.

"Whatever could you be talking about?" Othello said in a childish effort to ward off Azra's comments. He was slightly compelled to agree with the absol about the 'stupid trainer' crack, though thought better of it. Only Othello had the right to tease his master and he didn't want to give the other pokemon any ammunition to use against her later. He was beginning to get irritated at Azra's attacks on him, but one look at the pokemon told him that Othello should stray away from any type of physical confrontation. The battle scarred absol could probably whoop his butt in a heart beat. At least he had some small sense on who to pick his fights with.

However, he was still a bit too proud to jut leave it at that. He pressed the small button on the front of one of the pokeballs, releasing one of the pokemon from within: a venomoth. The bug pokemon fluttered about in confusion, obviously never been outside of the ball since being captured. Delighted with the outcome Othello began releasing more pokemon, since of course freedom was his middle name.

At that moment Azra let out a long, drawn out sigh. The Venomoth was flitting about like a twit and the Squirtle had decided to be a complete fool and open up more Pokeballs. If he was even remotely associated with this Claris would get into big trouble and that was not going to fly. He didn't care so much about Othello's trainer, but his was his priority.

The Absol bolted into the room and opened his mouth to latch onto the back of the Squirtles shell. If he was going to get anyone in trouble, he'd regret it really quick, because Azra planned to throw him out into the middle of the humans congregating in the room they had just left.

"Wah! Hey, let go!" Othello cried out as he was lifted into the air. He flailed his arms and legs in an effort to get free, but he was physically incapable of reaching the area on his back that the absol had grabbed on to. As Azra threw him into the group of humans, Othello used his usual defense mechanism and withdrew into his shell. He slid past the scientist's feet and hit a wall, ricocheting off it. The humans shouted out in astonishment and some scrambled to catch the out of control squirtle before it broke something. Others looked towards the direction he came from to see the released pokemon escaping from the room in a frenzy.

And as some were escaping, Azra shrunk into a corner and hid until the coast was clear for him to vanish out the door. He was not in the mood to get blamed for any of this. The moment he was out the door he wandered down the hall a little way and slipped into a storage room, using the same little trick with doors he had used earlier.

"Idiotic Squirtle... It's one thing to want to free all those Pokemon, it's another to go about doing it... I'll have to go back for him..."

He let out a heavy sigh, this would definitely warrant a reprimand the Squirtles Trainer, and if Azra wasn't careful, he'd get caught and Claris would get in trouble to. That is of course, if any of them actually knew that he belonged to Claris. No Rockets had encountered him yet, and thus this was a good thing.

Othello used the momentum from his slide to come out of his shell and run straight out of the lab, leaving the humans to chase after the other pokemon. His thinking was that now that they were out, they would have to fend for themselves, otherwise they might just deserve to stay in those little balls. He definitely would not be caught by the likes of them and if he was lucky SEA never would hear of this 'little incident' and Othello would be home free.

Meanwhile, SEA had long found that her naughty pokemon was missing and was angry as a beedrill's nest. She was looking up and down the dorm area, checking anywhere she thought the squirtle might be playing and hoping to high heaven that he wasn't getting himself into too much trouble.

Azra went to peek his head out of the room he had retreated to, and saw the Squirtle skidding down the hall. Shaking his head he left the room and trotted after the rampant turtle pokemon. He figured at this point, just keeping an eye on the Squirtle might be a better idea, confronting the little scamp seemed to do absolutely no good.

As he followed, the commotion behind them faded away due to their distance from the source. He was annoyed at the whole situation, and yet was somewhat amused internally.

The two Pokemon weren't as slick as they thought they were though.

Their path was suddenly barred by a towering Tyranitar and an indignant Luxray. The former of the two Pokemon let out a roar that was akin to that of a T-Rex off of Jurassic Park. In other words... he was not happy. Between the two Pokemon stood a man who glowered down at the pair of trouble making Pokemon.

"What is the meaning of this?!" he bellowed. For the releasing of all the Pokemon had caused quite a commotion and it seemed that he may have found the culprits. "Luxray! Go!" he shouted, pointing at the Absol and Squirtle.

With a snarl the spikey lion-like electric 'mon lept forward and bristled. Electricity shot into the air towards the two with intent to paralyze them if not knock them out completely. The attack used was Discharge.

Seth would not have Pokemon running rampant through the halls of HQ if he had anything to say about it.

Here was another human spouting its jibberish, but it was angry jibberish and Othello didn't want to stick around long enough to find out what would happen if the man got his hands on him."I'm innocent!" he was shouting, trying to get away from his pursuers. He skidded to a stop and ran in the other direction, but not before getting zapped by the tail by Luxray's attack. The shock ran through the length of Othello's tiny body, paralyzing him. The attack was much more effective with the fact that it was electricty against a water type The last thing that went through his mind before he passed out was 'dang'.

Azra snarled as he jumped at the wall, digging his claws into it before launching himself away from the Luxray, a loud snarl escaping his throat as he did. This was even less amusing and now that the Squirtle had gone and gotten in trouble, he would of course be faulted for it as well. He had no play in the release of the Pokemon, and in fact he had stopped what of it he could.

"Stop! I've been trying to keep this imbecile at bay, not cause trouble myself!"

His anger was evident as he readied himself for more attacks, he was definitely not as tough as either Pokemon that he was facing, but he was not about to back down. His trainer would never forgive a sign of weakness here, even if he was completely outmatched. He simply hoped that either the Luxray or Tyranitar would understand his position in this, but it was unlikely considering who they worked for.

It was at this time that Claris was coming down the hall, the commotion had reached his ears and he was very aware that Azra was NOT in their room like he was supposed to be. He could see an unconscious Squirtle in the hall and a Rocket, who was obviously a superior staring down his own Absol. The Tyranitar and the Luxray that were obviously partners of the Superior Rocket did look rather powerful, and he was sure that Azra, though skilled, would not be able to handle them.

"Excuse me... Perhaps I can make this easier..."
