So I've participated in debates that have gone on for days (weeks, months) about what's the best ring, the upshot of which is: there isn't one.
So I'm asking the question the way it should be asked: what's your favorite ring? You don't have to justify it, although if you give reasons it'll make your post more fun to read. Of course, a perfectly valid reason is: Because I Like It. Good enough.
I'll start because I'm here and I am so far avoiding work successfully today: Mine's Solar Rays.
Why? Because it's about the perfect middle of the road combat ring, and I'm a middle of the road kind of player. It has reasonable range, deals reasonable damage, has reasonable stamina cost, and reasonable recovery time. It doesn't have the best or the worst of anything - it's balanced somewhere in the middle.

Hack!! Hack pwns all! The ring with the strongest attack, fast and deadly. My second favorite would be solar, long range, short delay time xd
Guns guns guns have this nice sound effect when used but the delay is too long and attack is weaker than solar. I used to use it 3nodding

Teflon is and I'm pretty sure will always be my fav .. at least soloing.
Even in a crew I still carry it because my fellow (random) crewmates usually don't use buffs unless of course I'm on a run with clan members. Then I use Rock too.
Teflon + Meat = heart !!
