Quite simply the center of the police force for the world. Although not a prison, there are holding cells used for those staying only a few nights or for fines that must be payed off. People are treated rather well here and with good civility, though there is the occasional police officer on a power trip.
Welcome to the Police station! You must have done something wrong.

Raquel had spent the rest of the night in the hospital, while doctors did tests, asked her questions, bandaged her up, and gave her s few medications to take to stabilize her system. She was terrified the whole time, mostly from Damian not being there. Though part of it was they would find out about her questionable past and lock her up as well, only for a lot longer than Damian. But one of the doctors was quite aware of Damian, knowing him through someone else. He assured her they would not run background checks, making her rest just a bit.
When morning finally came, she hadn't really slept a bit. She had been too worried about Damian to sleep. Even though she was drained in every way possible. When the hospital finally discharged her, She got a ride to the police station. She was still in her gown from the night before, not having the time or thought to return home first.
She found Damian's speeder parked outside the station, obviously moved there for his convenience if he was released. Raquel made her way to the front desk of the station, receiving many strange looks from officers and other criminals at her appearance. But she paid no notice. "I'm h-here for a Damian Centurion?" She asked, a pleading look in her eye, to one of the few policemen who seemed to be in charge.

The man she had spoken to was a rather large, muscular older man with a distinguished mustache. His appearance spoke of years in the force, but the true ordeals were in his eyes. And yet, for all the things he'd seen, they softened at the sight of Raquel in her beaten dress searching for the man who had been speaking of her as well.
"I suppose you're here for the Damian Centurion... never dreamed I'd have him in one of my cells, that's for sure. Come on." He motioned for her to follow as he walked past the front desk and towards the back where they held delinquents and other trouble-makers for short periods of time.
Damian had his own cell. The force wasn't stupid and knew that if any uncomfortable situation was made, he would do something about it, either while in holding or out of it. It was like appeasing a small child who was already spoiled enough, and prone to epic tantrums. He was too tired to rant and rave, though. Damian sat upon his small cot deep in thought, asking nearly officer who passed by if they had seen a woman walk in for him, and if they had, how she was. It was becoming the annoyance within the hours he was there, to the point where officers were tempted to just tase him into silence.
The soft swishing of familiar fabric made his head pick up. He rose so quickly his head spun but the bars keeping him kept him steady. "Raquel..."

Raquel looked about as haggered as he did, the only exception was she had a few bandages here and there. She had a bruised rib from Chase's violent attack, and a few torn muscles but nothing too permanent. When she saw him, tears began flowing steadily. "Damian-" She rushed to him, trying to hug and kiss him through the bars. She was too impatient and far too emotional to wait long enough for the officers to unlock the door for her. She just needed to touch him, feel him, know he was alright. "Darling, are you alright?" She asked just to make sure of the third thing. She had slipped her slender arms between two of the bars, taking his face with her hands and crying.

Her touch was the greatest comfort he'd received in the time he'd spent alone in the cell. It didn't matter if he had to press his face through the small opening between cold metal to catch her lips or fight the steel to hug her. She was there, his Raquel, in this prison.
"Alright, miss, alright..." The guard was nearly embarrassed at the showing of affection, but it would give him a story to tell once he was back out front. He wasn't allowed to leave them completely alone, even if his conscience wanted to. The door was slid open once they were both clear of it, allowing Raquel to enter the cell.
Damian caught her again in a hug so tight he feared he'd hurt her, and perhaps did. "Darling," he whispered. "Did they hurt you? Are you alright, did you receive the proper treatment?" Those were his questions for her. He'd answer hers once he knew everything was fine on her end.

Raquel hugged him back as tightly as she could. But she was a bit sore and let him know with a slightly pained intake of breath. She pulled back only slightly so she could answer. "I'm fine, I'm fine darling, now at least...." She said quietly, burying her head into his chest, trying not to cry. "I was so scared... I was afraid they wouldn't let me see you again..." She said, even though there wasn't really too much substance to that fear. Just watching him get taken away scared her. She wanted him near her. Now more than ever. "I'm sorry- for...Oh God I dont know...Damian..." She cried softly in his arms, absolutely intoxicated and comforted by his smell, his touch, his heartbeat, breathing and voice.

It broke his heart and struck the officer standing watch over them both. Other inmates tried to ruin their moment with catcalls and crude words, but he paid them no mind. "Shhh... It is all over. I will only be here for another day, and then we can both be at home again. Another day, that is it... perhaps by now it is not even that long."
The words for his own apology spun, trying their best to force their way out. Nothing seemed right, though. Nothing could properly express just how much he regretted leaving her to the Ball Room, if only for a few minutes. Obviously it was long enough for chaos to unfold. "Have you been home yet?" he asked with a kiss upon her forehead.

"No..." She breathed, not loosening her hold on him. "I don't want to leave you here alone Damian-" She said softly, kissing his face gently, as if she would hurt him instead of the other way around.

"I'm never alone. Not when I know you are so close to me..." That made the officer roll his eyes. "They will make you leave, though, at some point. And when they do, I want you to take the speeder out front, and use the automatic pilot system to direct you home. It will guide itself, you only need to select your destination from the list..." It was very easy, so he knew she could do it in her frazzled state. "And then tomorrow around this time you may come and fetch me yourself. How does that sound, love?"

Raquel pulled back, giving him a frustrated, sad look. She didn't want to leave him hear. But what could she do? She looked back to the officer, a sad, begging tone to her voice. "How much longer can I have with him?" She asked softly, not sure if she'd like the answer.

"About ten more minutes, miss." Really, she had about five, but he would drag it out for her sake. He wasn't too sure of the entire story. Only that Damian had assaulted a man as an act of defense for a woman, but had gone too far. This, he knew, must have been the woman, bruised and bandaged as she was.
"Raquel," Damian said, taking her face in his hands. "It is the law. I have to stay here for assault. But it is only for a small amount of time, and then we'll have all the days we want together... Please. When we are done, you must go home." He hated being so firm with her, but he had a dreadful feeling that she was too unstable to comply with even the law.

Raquel was silent for a moment before nodding and promising him she would quietly. She just wanted to hold him for as long as she could.Part of her jsut wanted to apologize for 'leaving' him when they were at the house before the gala. She felt horrid that they had been on such negative terms. But for some reason she couldn't say it. She just wanted to get every kiss and coddle she could into 10 minutes as humanly possible.
When the officer finally, politely told her that her time was up, Raquel felt her heart break. It was a ll too soon for her. She still hadn't come to terms with herself over being assaulted, because she had been too busy dealing with the aftermath. she could feel a breakdown coming on and she didn't want to be alone. She wanted to be home. With Damian. But she knew she'd have to wait. She gave him one last long, passionately deep kiss, pulling back reluctantly as she was escorted out of Damian's cell. She looked back longingly to him, sending a silent prayer that he be OK, laced with affection with her eyes. She was so distracted she accidentally bumped into someone being escorted back to the cells. She didn't pay any mind till she saw who it was. A still rather bloodied up and bruised Chase was practically being dragged to the back cells, giving Raquel a malicious smile as he went by. "See you soon Bibleot." He cooed in a soft voice before forced into a cell near Damian's. Raquel stood momentarily in fear, but her face was calm. She wanted to look back to Damian again though was ushered back out front by the Officer.
After signing some paperwork regarding the speeder, Raquel did exactly as Damian told her. She set the speeder on autopilot straight home, despite her strong desire to disobey. She knew Damian was right. That she would be safe at home and could come get him tomorrow. It still didn't mean it didn't sting to watch the police station quickly get smaller nad smaller as she headed home.

It pained him just as much to see her walking away, but what she didn't see until it was too late was Chase being dragged in. He was full of stitches, and seemed to have had some kind of minor surgery to heal his face properly. There were words exchanged, ones he couldn't hear or make out, but even then they made the anger within him burn. To Raquel, he mouthed that he loved her, but to Chase, he directed all his hatred.
"Well look what the badge dragged in," he sneered loud enough for Chase to hear. All courtesy was chucked out the proverbial window. His footsteps followed Chase for as long as they could before walls and bars kept him at bay. "How long have they put you in here for? Long enough, I hope."

Chase merely smirked, swinging back his white blond hair with a little pain. "Not too long...Long enough to 'rethink my life' and 'make a difference within myself'." His words were dripped in sarcasm as he was thrown into A cell sort of diagonal to Damian's. He took a seat on the cot provided, sending Damian a devious glare as the officer walked off. "Oh...by the way..." He fished through his pocket, rolling a small shiny object towards Damian's cell from between the bars of his. it was one of Raquel's bright green earrings. "I took it off with my teeth..." he said witha smug demonic smile as he sat back a bit. "Thought she might want it back..."

Slender fingers reached through the bars to take hold of the round green glass earring. He wouldn't give it back to Raquel. He would ram it down Chase's throat and hope that the hook caught.
"You're lucky you still have them," was Damian's only response to that image. The act was still fresh in his mind, along with the desire to simply end the man in front of him. "How did it come to that? Weren't all the other willing women in the ball enough for you?" he sneered.
