 'Twas a sunny afternoon and Keii was out for some fresh air, making attempts to pass by unknown soquili without being noticed. Soon she stopped to feel the sun on her pelt, it reflected the sun giving her a slight reflective glow.
She sighed, and her ears wandered in the silence, she wished she could meet someone not so shocked by her.
'Please...one day.'
She lowered her head and neck and started to graze on a patch lush green grass on the forest floor, it was odd because it was under a crowded forest area.
She looked up at the trees, they looked as if they could fall on to of her at any moment, but she knew they were rock steady.
She could hardly see past the trees leaves, just flecks of light landing on her face.
And then she herd something hoover, but only very slight sounds of twigs snapping on the forest floor, her ears followed the sound, and she quickly followed them.
'Is someone spying on me?'

He noticed the mare from above. She was glowing through the trees it was really hard not to notice her. But she had heard him he wasn't as smooth as he thought he was in tracking her. Then again his wings and tails seemed to brush against things a lot easier then most. Trying to keep out of view he watched this mare. He hadn't really seen one like her before. Let alone get this close to one. She looked like a deer...but she couldn't be a deer...deers were...well different weren't they?
Ruffling his feathers he smiled and said charmingly from his hiding spot.
"Why hello beautiful...what are you looking for?"

A wooing voice came from out of the bushes, Keii once again swiveled round to the winged stallion. She was instantly taken aback and a soft pink found it's was through her pelt and onto her cheeks.
Keii nervously laughed.
'I was about to ask the same thing.' She thought to herself.
"Really I am not sure, I was just out to graze, when you came..",her eyes widened.
'...like an angel.'
"...Hello kind sir my name is Keii", She nodded with her lips clamped together with shyness, she looked into his clear eyes, then looked away, but soon they found them selves running up and down his navy blue body.
'Impressive, more interesting than I, I wonder if he is some kind of wind...or maybe not. '
Keii let out a genuine smile that warmed to him,"Why are you out here?"

Swellow smiled softly, she was cute, then again all ladies were cute. There was something else about her though, her soft way or maybe that cute pink that had taken over her pelt suddenly either way he felt compelled to walk out in to the clearing and see her a little better.
"My name is Swellow m'lady it is a pleasure to meet such a mare as yourself Keii."
Hearing her question about being out and about especially where she was took him back a little. Grinning like a fool he merely stated,
"I was watching you."

"Swell huh? It suits you well", keii whinnied and nodded.
The weather was quite lovely,
and now an amazing stallion had found himself near her.
Keii listened to his answer,"really now? Now why would you want to do that?"
She said with innocence.
She stepped closer,"may I?"
She didn't wait for an answer, she rand her muzzle down his big soft, navy blue feathers. She stopped and her eyes grew wide,"You aren't like a normal wind are you",she squeaked with excitement and her eyes grew wide.
Quickly she stepped back,"excuse my rudeness",she lowered her head.

Swellow was taken aback. Did she just touch him...she was electric to the touch it sent currents through out his entire body he tried to dismiss the feelings by ruffling his feathers but it didn't seem to work. Hearing her excitement he looked slightly surprised. Different? he thought what was that supposed to mean. Seeing her back up and apologize he cocked his head to the side and smiled slightly,
"No need to apologize m'lady. twas an honest mistake...I think that all the ladies like to feel the smoothness of Swellow"
Of course this had been the first time any lady had shown any REAL attention to him. Let alone touch him. This time smiling gently he looked at her,
"You...are different too are you not? A deer? Perhaps?"
Flicking his tail slightly he wondered if that's what she ment, his tail was that of a bird rather then a horse.

((Thank you! It's my first breeding at soquili, with my first owned soquilI. :3)
Looked at him alarmed.
'Did I do something wrong?'
She looked closer and now he smiled at her,
with a look that could make her wobble like jelly.
Keii laughed at his comment,"I suppose they do."
The smile returned to her face.
"Yes, you got that right. I'm a deer type soquili. My kind are called the Cerynei, and I had no right to say you were different, when people say that to me all the time. Currently there aren't many of us. Many stare or run away from me in fear. I wish I had a normal tail",Keii explained,"that's probably why currently my kind are only Cerynei exclusive, but I like to meet others."
Keii flicked her tail again, and smelled the air, with the scent of hot grass.

((basketnaps a basket lol all kidding aside that's an awesome accomplishment to have gotten a fully own soq and gotten it bred congrats again))
He looked at her tail and smiled as he slowly made his way around her in a small semi circle.
"Tail...hmm..."
Flicking his wings at her tail he noticed how soft it was. And that electric current was back again. Shuddering once again he smiled,
"Ah well I think that tail makes you very unique. M'lady, I wouldn't have you any other way."
He honestly meant it. Maybe is was because when she smiled it warmed his heart or maybe because he could see her insecurities about her tail either way he thought she was a beautiful creature.

((Yeh I got Akuba through customs 2 years ago in october, and last year January, finally Sirenz coloured him for me. His relationship, before we even thought of breeding them, they were just friends, we've roleplayed then since last year June, they got together in September, and finally they have a family. They are heavily RPd. xD I'm so happy being able to get my 3rd soquili! Hopefully They get a third basket. But because Niele has already bred once. We've planed a one night stand with Akuba and Sonata, an angeni. With that baby I'm gonna co-own with someone. :3 We have alot of plans, and their herd is growing bigger.
Thank you again. I wonder, would swellow mind meeting one, once they pop out of their baskets?))
She nodded, trying to look behind her at what he was doing.
Her tail is something she always kept neat and tried to keep her faith and pride in.
She saw him shudder and wondered why he did so, but didn't say a word.
"Thank you, Sir Swellow. Same goes for you, you have magnificent wings and also your tail too",she nodded,flicked her tail and turned her head a little,"and your mane, I've seen many different ones, none like yours."
The way he spoke made her happy, and she didn't even know the stranger. Just his name.
He seemed confident and cheery, this prompted her to speak to him, but it also brought up shyness.

Swellow tried to shake his shortly cropped mane one he hadn't really considered being unique or nice in any way before. Smiling he wondered what this little mare was thinking under he cool appearance and quiet demeanor. Getting a little smirk on his face he 'accidentally' lifted his wings out stretched hoping to nudge her in to the water and of course blame it on being an accident. He couldn't quiet put a hoof on it but there was something different about this mare. Other mares had talked with him before, they had even blew him off. But this one...she intrigued him, she sent electric shocks through out his body, she was unique in every way possible...and she was sad.

Not expecting the push, keii was knocked into the water, she gave a little yelp in surprise. Quickly she got up wet, puffing out her lungs, and looking at Swellow,"well?"
Her tail was drenched, and you could see were the bone in her tail was,
the short bit of hair that people called her mane flopped over her face a little, the rest was flat against her body.
Frantically she shook her legs out, still standing in the water, the beats round her legs rattled, and the long fur flopped around as she shook them.
Drenched she looked up smiling.
"Hey you did that on purpose",She pouted.
A breeze caught her slightly and she shivered a little, still holding her natural smile.
'He's amazing, why does he tease me like that.'
The electric feeling shot through her, but she didn't quite know what it was, so she just tried to ignore it, but it was hard to ignore such a sensation.
'Oh the cheek, just so cheeky.'
Her eyes clouded over for a second or two.
'The feeling of his soft wings for just one more moment.'

Swellow smiled softly,
"Ah accident not purposely...I would never do such a thing"
Seeing her shiver he felt a little bad for having pushed her walking gently over to her making as little wave as possible he gently laid his wing over her to try and warm her up. She was cute with her hair all wet and laying down against her body. Feeling that electric current again he dismissed it since it was his fault she was wet and cold he needed to keep her warm now. Thinking was this what i wanted to do all along?
"Come on get out of the cold"
he said as he tried to lead her out of the wet water. If nothing else he'd be able to keep her warmer on the grass.

"Really now?"
She gave a little giggle.
His big navy blue wing rested over her and protected her from the cold breezes.
His soft coverts gently, rested on her back, Swellow's flight feathers impressed her the most, they were indeed the shape of a swallow's feathers, starting small from the body and getting longer the further out the flight feathers were from the body. The sun peeped out of the clouds bringing a warm heat with it, this made her smile.
Keii walked out of the water with him,"don't feel bad",she beamed,"I'm all wet, I wouldn't want to get you wet too."
She rested her head on him, her smile still showed,"thank you anyway",she said softly.
Her voice raised to a teasing voice,"You and your accidents,hey?"
She laughed, his body as warm, the sun shone on her face and warmed up her nose. Butterflies flew around her stomach, she swallowed hard and looked up at him,"I'll get you back some day. If we do meet again Mr.Swellow,"she teased.

Without really thinking Swellow said in a teasing voice,
"What do you mean if...I plan on keeping my eye on you..."
He stopped and blinked a few times did he really just say that. Wincing slightly he corrected himself,
"Well...I mean...I'd hope to be able to see you very often...that is to keep you out of trouble...just look at you now all soaking wet...seems as if you would need someone to watch out for you...is all I'm sayin..."
He felt very awkward all of the sudden his face flush as he absent mindedly pulled her closer to his body since she seemed so cold still. He blinked a few times before registering what he was doing and then let his wing up quickly, and bowed his head slightly,
"Uh...heh sorry about that...I think the sun might do a better job at keeping you warm then these silly old wings would."
His body surging with electric currents what exactly was this mare...did she have powers? Did she know what she was doing to him. Making him look like an idiot and feel even more strange? Ruffling his feathers he had wanted to talk with her but suddenly he felt a little uneasy and wasn't able to quiet put his hoof on the reasoning. There was this feeling in his gut he just couldn't ignore.

Keii looked up at him puzzled at his first statement.
'huh?'
She felt him wince slightly, and listened to his correction, making her giggle.
'Really?'
"That'd be nice, but I don't think I'd get myself into too much trouble, I'm not as stupid as some other soquili",she paused,"It wasn't me, you pushed me Mr.Clumsy."
She pouted again.
When he pulled her closer she stopped and looked up at him with sparking eyes,
quickly she pulled herself back together.
'What is this? What is this feeling?'
She shrugged it off, laughing nervously,"okay, and I wouldn't call them silly old wings. one. They are not silly. And two. You aren't old."
Keii warmed her self, out of the corner of her eye she saw he was thinking about something,"tell me",she turned her head to him and she tried to warm herself a bit more,"what are you thinking? You seem to be in deep thought...not to pry or anything, I'm sorry. Even if you told me a lie I wouldn't be able to tell."
