Once again, as she often had for a long while now, Hinata found herself wandering the Pride Lands by herself. This was the way she preferred it. Lions around her still made her feel uneasy, and so many she had seen already were either very strange, mean, or simply ignored her. It just seemed smarter...wiser this way.
Light lavender eyes watched the occational rabbit or mouse scamper through a field, or a horn bill fly through the sunny sky. A smile formed as she found herself surrounded by a field of flowers. She lit up as her familiar element was also found, a waterfall not too far off. Her webbed ears caught the sounds easily.
Peace filled her...

Brigadier General yawned, his head resting on his paws, which were hanging over the edge of a riverbed that flowed away from a waterfall. The warmer climate was a bit more welcome to him, and he was happy to relax in such a peaceful place...

Hinata ran over to the waterfall, splashing into it, ignoring the fact that she'd left her clothing on. They would dry off eventually and she needed to be in water. Soon enough she found a spot under the waterfall and sat down, smiling as water poured over her.
"Such a wonderful place..."

Brigadier had been aware of the lioness's presence as soon as she had splashed into the water, regardless if she was aware of his. He simply watched her for a moment, smiling at her contentedness.

Hinata caught a scent and lifted her head, moving until she spotted another clothed lion. "Oh my...Hello.." She offered a soft yet shy smile.

Brigadier smiled warmly at the lioness and bowed his head in greeting, "Hello there, my Lady. Don't mind me, I'm just enjoying the sound of the waterfall."

Hinata smiled a bit more warmly, nodding her head gently. "As am I...it is a wonderfully peaceful sound..." She noted his fur with interest.

"The most peaceful there is, I would think." He shifted slightly, rolling to his side and rest his head on the edge of the river bank, his ear flakes dipping into the water and his ear hover just slightly above it. The sun was warm, but not too intense here and he couldn't help but enjoy it.

She rested down on her stomach, dipping her paws into the water. The waterfall that continued to cover her in water relaxed her to no end. Any tenseness was gone by now.

After they were silent awhile, enjoying the peacefulness, Brigadier looked over to the lioness, "If you don't mind my asking, what would you name be?"

Webbed ears twitched as she heard him speak to her. "I'm sorry...my name is Hinata Hyuga..." She looked over to the lion, smiling softly. "May I ask your name...?"

Brigadier nodded, noting her name and working to remember it. "My name's Brigadier General," he replied, raising his brows and realizing how silly he probably looked at the moment.

Hinata smiled softly, looking to him with her pale violet eyes. "That is a nice name..." She was getting curious about his markings now. She could not tell if they were clothes or a pattern.
