The entire facility was rather...tense. Then again they normally were when any of the children were to meet one of the of dangerous sins. And you didn't get more risky than J'her. The demoness was unpredictable and that made everyone nervous to be around her.
Still they were all glad that the Boss dealt with the woman...of course wither or not he trusted them to actually be responsible around J'her was up for debate.
Vampy was waiting this time...rather than wait for a technician to bring him the child he would do it himself. He seemed stiff, his face that calm mask of his though it seemed a bit forced.

Ebony walked quietly up to the facility, flanked by her guardian. The girl wore her jean overalls and a turtleneck today as it seemed a bit chilly, and she was walking slowly to keep in stride with the ever surly Charlene Phillip Dartsmoore.
The girl was nervous and feeling awkward in visiting here. She'd seen the facility plenty of times before, met with four of the demons and all of the angels. Why be scared now? Well she was meeting her demon mother - one of the three deadliest demons in the facility. And while the preteen had not a bone for hatred in her body, she couldn't help but feel nervous and frightened by the idea of a creature so dangerous to her, be it her innocence or her actual physical health, that she needed to be accompanied by Dartsmoore to meet her, was a little off-setting.
When the pair arrived, Ebony tried to smile at Vampy, though he made her a bit more nervous. He was stiff and she could see that his look was forced - had seen enough people faking their emotions to know the difference between a sincere expression and one like that - and though she didn't know the reason, it didn't make her feel any better.

The silver haired man looked at the pair; his golden eyes observing them with neither humor or anger. It was as if emotions were something he was trying to smother at the moment. He nodded to them both curtly and turned on his heels.
"This way." He stated his voice neither contained hatred or annoyance it was just ...to the point. The click of his shoes echoed in the suddenly abandoned hallway. Everyone knew better than to get in his way when he was in such a mood.
When they came to the heavily padlocked door he set about unlocking it all and then opening the door to allow the two to go down the dimly lit and narrow stairwell.
He did not make conversation as he set about closing the door behind them and then leading them towards the demoness's cell. He paused before it and reached for the face masks that adorned the wall beside her door.
"Do you wish to see her? Or merly speak to her?" He asked turning to look at them both the masks in hand.

Ebony looked worried and scared the whole way there, but Dartsmoore was content with the silence. She didn't like idle chit-chat particularly with people and places she didn't quite trust. And no place like Sevens nor a man like Vampy could ever be something she'd trust.
When it came to the question, the girl looked nervously around. "Um..Maybe it'd be best if I just spoke with her." she intoned quietly. It shamed the preteen to say it, but she was deathly afraid right now. While once she'd have considered it just fine to see the lust demon, maturation over time and just feeling awkward and scared now made her more cautious about such things. And if the demoness was so dangerous that they had to keep her locked up so securely and wear masks to see her, maybe this was best.

The man nodded his head and unlike the other two cells down here J'her's did not have a viewing window. There was no reason to encourage her outlandous behavior by captivating the male technicians who worked here.
"J'her." He spoke his tone was firm and clear, there was rattlig of chains from inside.
"Hmmm...come to torment me some more ?" Came a rather husky feminane voice from inside of the cell. The sound from the intercom was clear as a bell...as if there were no walls keeping them apart.
"No. I have brought you someone to talk to." Came a more firm edge to the silver haired man's voice.
There was silence the chains ratteled some more...she was shifting around.
"Oh? And why does not the little cherry come in to meet her mother?" Came the reponse sounding rather amused.
Vampy looked at the girl beisde him with a raised eyebrow as if indicating that Ebony sould answer the woman's question herself.

"M'scared." Ebony replied queitly, barely audible but still able to be heard. This place made her uncomfortable, talking to J'her made her uncomfortable, even from that one statement. It all felt wrong and weird and she didn't like it. Being called a 'little cherry' didn't sound right for some reason and the voice unnerved the preteen, taunting a part of Ebony and seeming to ask more than the words said.

There was a sound of more rattling the demoness gave a small laugh though it seemed rough like granite rubbing together.
"Scared? Ah little one..there are far scarrier things in the world to be afriad of...like the man beside you..."
Vampy didn't visibly respond to the obvious taunt from the female.
"Keep on subject J'her.." He stated plainly his hands were held behind his back, he stood up straight like he was someone of fair importance...perhaps only to his own mind..
"Yes...yes...well little Cherry, why have you come to ...well talk to me? What do you wish to know?" Came the woman's voice, it was evident she had no choice but to play Vampy's game. The fact she couldn't see the kid or anyone meant her power was severly limited.

"Required to." she said softly. "Was told I had to make an appointment to meet with each of my halves at one point or another." Ebby intoned. "I don't have anything to ask."
Dartsmoore rolled her eyes a bit. This place was the epitome of what'd make the preteen uncomfortable - she knew what upset her daughter at least. "You can ask her about the cake, how about that?" the woman suggested, figuring they may as well get some sort of question or another in.

There was a sound of amused laughter at the girls reply a rattle of chains as she moved about. "Nothing? My my your a timid one...you certianly didn't get that from me.." Came a snort from within the cell. When Dartsmoore spoke it came through the intercom clear as a bell.
"Hmmm yes...that cake was...a surprise.." She truely did sound as if she hadn't expected the token, "But if you are scared of me little cherry why give me a gift?" She asked and you could almost invision the smirk on the woman's purple lips.

"C-cause y-y-you shouldn't be excluded just because I'm fr-frightened of you. E-everyone else got some cake, wh-why shouldn't I send some to you?" Ebby stammered quietly, "I made cake to share with all of the angels and demons here. I'm sc-scared of the Gluttony and Wrath demons t-t-too, but I sent them some as well."
Dartsmoore put her hands in her pocket and waited. Yes, the demoness was rather predictable in this fashion, at least to her. Smirking as she spoke, laughing at Ebony's obvious innocence. Yes, this was to be expected. And had they actually gone in, the woman was sure she'd have tried her best to lure Ebony into molesting range.

"Keke..." Came a amused sort of laugh from inside the cell, "A bleeding heart you are.." She commented ratehr gruffly, "Best be sure you don't let that heart of yours get you in trouble.." The sarcasm was laid on thick.
'What did you do to this...young cherry? Keep her locked in a room?" Came the next question that was obviously directed to Dartsmoore, though the demoness may of not known the woman's name or relation to Ebony having heard her speak previous she came to the conclusion she was some sort of emotional support for the young girl.
"Such...naivety..." came another laugh, "best be careful little cherry...demon's don't stick to the rule of dont bite the hand that feeds them..." THe undertone of threat was evident though weither it was directed at Ebony or ..the man beisde her it was hard to tell.

"It's sad when you're receiving the same advice I give you from her." Dartsmoore commented dryly to her daughter, who blushed. "And no, unlike you, Ebony is allowed her freedom, seeing as she doesn't abuse it." This was said sharply to the demoness.
"E-Enki doesn't bite me." the preteen replied quietly, "And i-if I don't hand you the food myself, I won't get bit because I'm av-voiding the mouth."

"It's a figure of speech darling." Came the response from inside of the cell, and then there was a pause a breif one as no sound came from the cell as if she was pondering her next vile words.
"Well well little cherry...seems you have some sort of leash on you after all.." she murmured sounding a bit pleased?
Vampy stood beside them, he didn't look bored but he stared ahead at the wall as if he could see through it and the demoness inside. He barely moved and he looked annoyed.
"Enki? Enki is an arrogant fool. easily swayed and manipulated." Came the harsh reply from J'her. It was easy to see or rather hear her unimpersed tone. "Little cherry..given a chance and if it suited him you wouldn't stand a chance.."
"J'her.... you know Enki is too wrapped up in himself to pose much of a threat to anyone." Came Vampy's low tone finally. There was a pause then another laugh from inside.
"Aye...your words ring true...a pathetic breed of demon that is.."

That the girl wouldn't stand for. "Don't insult Enki like that! He's my friend and a good one too! I'd rather his company any day than- than someone awful and creepy like you!" the girl said, stomping her foot a little before turning to Mr. Vampy. "May we please leave? I've met with her like I'm supposed to, and I'd like to go home." she asked quietly. It felt weird to have just said something mean to a person, particularly her parent. And even if some of what she said was true, it made the girl a bit upset to have the scary demoness insulting her friend.

A snickering could be heard from inside of the cell, and a muttered words of the cherry growing fangs but Vampy had turned to the pair and nodded his head.
"Yes. If you have no other questions, you are no longer required to stay. " He replied calmly though there was still a small amount of laughter from inside of the cell he seemed to not be enjoying her humor.
