Who is better? In my opnion it's hard to say... Obi-Wan or Anakin? Both are my favorites.

Both are cool in their own ways, and both suck in their own ways. What I like about Obi-Wan is that he's a really nice person, and usually knows what to do. But what I hate about him is that he tries to take Qui-Gon's place. What I like about Anakin is that he's a great warrior, and saved a lot of Jedi. But what I hate about him is his arrogence, the fact he listens to no one. I also think of all Dark Jedi ( Ones who used to be Jedi's but fell to the dark side ) as punks so that's a huge factor of why the bad weighs out more of the good for me. All in all it would depend on the time period, during the clone wars I liked them as equals but after that I liked Obi-Wan better. But my favorite Jedi is Qui-Gon no doubt. wink

Obi wins, no contest.
He's a better dualist, still human, and he ha a better mastery of the Force, as evident in A New Hope.

Obi-Wan rocks. If I was a Jedi I would want Obi-Wan as my master.

Obi-Wan wins so I guess he's better at that time, but later on Anakin, when he becomes Darth Vader, kills Obi-Wan... Darth Vader was the most powerful Sith Lord ever... But then there's also the fact that Obi-Wan was very old at the time... So its hard to say really.

lets put it this way. Anakin never defeated Obi.
Obi let what happened on the Death Star happen sooo.
but say what happened at Mustafar never happened.
I would say had Anakin actually return back to the light he easily would have surpassed Obi as he got more experience.

I like Anakin but then again Obi-wan did kick Anakin's butt in the final battle and left him to burn to death...or so he thought. I like both of them

Obi-Wan. Human, full story. He was character that grow not only aged, but changed realistically along the way. He had his weaknesses as well as strengths. Anakin was hot-head and arrogant, too much at the same time kind of person. I voted Obi-Wan not just for fighting skills, but for him being humanly and morally better person.

Obi-Wan is better duh...Anakin is evil, and good is suppose to win over evil in movies(even though he did turn non-evil in the end). Obi-Wan's moves r also cooler and has more experience

Anakin, Hands down. Yeah, Kenobi's pretty cool, but you CANNOT beat the guy who made Star Wars what it is now.(That's Darth Vader if you didn't know.) Plus, Anakin killed Obi-Wan anyway, Obi-Wan only mortally wounded Anakin, and came back almost 10x stronger, and second-in-command of the Galactic Empire.

anakin is way cooler (no contest) but obi-wan would defeat him because
1. drth vader killed obi-wan cuz he wanted luke 2 kill him, then commited suicide
and 2. obi wan wouldve killed him in epIII, but was 2 depressed 2 finish him off
anakin: evil then burning_eyes obi-wan: neutral then crying
