When you're ready to evolve your Pokémon, simply post here and send a trade for the stone to the colorist responsible for the Pokémon. If the colorist is no longer on staff, please make a note of that in your form and send your trade to the shop mule instead. If you still have a stone from before the Item Shop was overhauled, rather than sending a trade, instead make a note in your form that you have an evolution stone in the Inventory thread. Remember, you may only use evolution items on your own Pokémon.
If you custom order one stage of a Pokémon that usually evolves through a stone and later decide that you want it to evolve, you'll need to speak to your colorist to make arrangements. The colorist is not obligated to evolve any Pokémon originally ordered as non-evolving.
Mega Evolving a Pokémon works in much the same way as normal evolution: When you obtain a Mega Stone, post here using the form below. If you're using your Mega Stone on a Pokémon that you ordered as a custom, you can include a description of what you want the Mega form to look like if desired; otherwise, the colorist will use their own discretion to match the Pokémon's appearance. Your Pokémon will not permanently change into its Mega form on its cert. Instead, you will be given an alternate cert. Both certs will appear on the Owners List.
Line-edited Pokémon, excluding expression edits, cannot Mega Evolve.
