Description: after your stop you notice a large building shining in all it's glory, covered in steel. The Rai dojo, with Tall Spires sticking from the roof as to draw in lightning during storms. There are two Massive transformers on the left and right side of the dojo, pumping out millions of watts a day, powering more than just the Rai dojo, but some of the rail system, and auxiliary power for certain dojo's throughout the entire complex.
Inside there are Magnets, Live Wires, transformers, tires, and of course, a pool. all the items seem miscellaneous in their own right but together prove useful if used correctly.
The Rai dojo prides itself in it's immense power, and as such, has a large golden monument of the 6 Tailed Raijuu in the back of the complex.
In the back of the complex the air is dry and arid, the perfect environment for static, and ideal for controlling Rai in itself. Stairs leading to the roof of the dojo for more intense training allow students to hone their electrifying skills, or, die miserably, being shocked to death and frying.

Lina sighed as she approached the new Rai Dojo. The primary thought running through her head was more or less 'Better then the old dump' though this thought was mostly shaped by the fact the few times she had visited the old building it was only to raid it for supplies. She let her mind wander, questioning what had happened to her sensei, even if he hated her calling him that, and her fellow student.
As things stood she decided exploring was high on her list of things to do, her nature might be that of a wanderer but for her to leave rarely occurred by choice. Both swords still sat strapped to her back, her dragon-hybrid form lessening the strain enough for her to be wearing them and her armored vest again.
She stretched in a way that would be more impressive if the vest she wore wasn't more akin to plate mail then a flak jacket. Taking a moment to better assess the building before walking in. She knew her training wouldn't save her unless she was careful around some of the places here. She eventually made her way to the back, deciding to avoid the roof until either someone knew she would be here, or was rested enough to keep herself polarized in a way that wouldn't make her ground out. Clearing her head of those thoughts she began gathering energy into the palm of her hand, forming a barrier in the shape of a sphere before generating a strong concentration of raw electricity, slowly adding chakra to the technique in an attempt to minimize the energy used holding it active.

"Oh?"
The voice came from the shadows of the dojo as a strong smell of liquor began to fill the air.
"Who's this? Are you the only student h-here?"
Choking on his words a bit Daizing stepped out into the open. Finally showing himself.

The girl looked towards him and shrugged. "I suppose I am, haven't seen any of the others or my teacher around." She soon noticed the sent of alcohol that accompanied the man, silently sighing and hoping he was at least a competent drunk. She sniffed the air a few more times before replying. "Though I've never been much of a normal student around here." She pondered for a moment before asking. "You a new student too?"

"Haha, hehahaha, BUWAHAHAHA!" He hiccuped.
"I'm the Sensei here little miss." Wiping his nose with his thumb, he shot a bolt of lightning across the room, dispelling it before it hit anything.
"Heh."

Years of conditioning kept her from developing an eye twitch. "You don't say" she watched the technique, slightly impressed at the lack of a buildup when he used it, her mind already attempting to break down what she knew of her version of the technique against how he just preformed it. She admitted if only to herself that by dispelling it like that he must have skill, or a great deal of excess chakra to throw around.
A quick mental sigh, before she spoke again "I suppose I'll be training under you then sir" She bowed "I've always been taught it's common to give my own name first when talking to superiors... it's Lina Halliphax Kiato."

Gilthana Ikagure Rai (Chuunin) Hikari (Chuunin) Ho (Kage) As the sensei and student conversed, the air in the dojo suddenly became a bit more charged. So much so, that the hair on the back on the students neck began to stand up. Next came a light humming sound, seemingly from nowhere yet everywhere as though it emanated from the air itself....Then, in the middle of the dojo, it happened. small at first, the current began to grow, then a small orb formed, bright, almost blindingly so. Lightning cackled dangerously on its surface... It began to grow a second later...almost a foot in diameter....Then abruptly it shrank, and in a burst of electricity, a man appeared...
Gil wore his purest white shozoku, his katana at his side, his naginata on his back in staff form. The electricity he had brought forth to perform his teleportation technique still traveled along his body, bright currents moving violently...Even his eyes glowed with an electric blue...
He took a deep breath to settle his nerves, and regulate his chakra flow...As he did so, the currents began to dissipate,...and soon the last had disappeared in a flicker....His chakra now suppressed, the charge in the air began to fade back to normal... Then, for the first time, he turned to acknowledge the pair...
"Gilthana Ikagure, at your service..."

Lina blinked a few times as she looked at Gilthana, before looking back at her Sensei and shaking her head. Noticing she wouldn't be able to break down Gil's entrance. "Jeez, does everyone have to show off or is this just a guy thing?" she asked in a deadpan tone, rolling her eyes. She almost subconsciously ran a barrier technique through her hair to ensure the excess static hadn't messed it up, figuring why bother with flash against the other entrances.

"Ugh..that flashy crap hurts my eyes."
Daizing took another drink.
"You, being the only two students here, have to show me what you know!" He hiccuped again.
"And heh...since you're both on time, SPAR! NOW! Until one of you can no longer preform Rai techniques."

At the man's words Gil shot a cutting glare at him...how typical...Just like some egotistical sensei to assume every Rai user is his student...if that was his idea, the man was sorely mistaken...Gil owed his allegiance to only one sensei, and this man was certainly not her....
Gil turned to face the man and took several steps forward before stopping abruptly, the acrid smell of alcohol filling his nostrils...His nose upturned, he scowled at the man in utter disgust....
"YOU, are the sensei here?"

The girl shook her head at the mention of a spar, but kept her mouth. She was used to learning under new teachers frequently, and while Reeve had been a decent Sensei she wouldn't openly reject someone she had just met for taking the position.
Lina glanced at Gil, silently agreeing with the man based on his first impression, but then again most ninja favored deception. If the man was actually the Sensei here then he had to have some skill. Her eyes looked towards Gil once more, she had never seen his techniques in use and hoped she'd at least have her own surprises ready for him if they did spar.

"Nevermind....."
Gil simply shook his head...Then he turned his eyes upon the girl who waited patiently...If this so-called sensei wanted a spar, then so be it...He would finish quickly then be on his way...
"Hope you're ready..."
Gil launched immediately into a series of swift hand seals....
"Raiton, Jou Gokusha..."
With lightning cackling from his finger tips, he slammed his hand to the ground... Immediately the earth beneath them began to rumble and seize violently..Then all around the room, pillars of raw electricity shot from the ground...The pillars created a sort or ring around the trio....then they began to connect with currents of electricity...
Gil withdrew his hand....then stood to look at the girl...he removed his naginata then slammed it into the ground in front of him, where he left it standing, but not before it became charged with lightning....Finally he drew his katana...The blade shone with a bright blue glow...
His techniques in place, Gil rushed her, his katana glowing dangerously...At the last minute he jumped, bringing the blade forward,...while in mid air, a current shot from the wall empowering the weapon with electrical energy....One not used to the power of Rai would feel the raw power of it, as he descended upon the girl from above....

"Right" Lina affirmed. She stared at the level of techniques used, somewhat awed by the flashy nature of them before beginning her basic counter. She drew one of her breaker swords in a heartbeat and took a two handed stance, sliding to the left without moving her feet using her skate technique, positioned to rush forward once he hit where she had been standing, taking a gamble on his inability to redirect himself in midair.
Her mind already analyzing the techniques in place, letting her combat instinct have free reign for the moment. She already was noticing the excessive amounts of electricity in the air from the techniques, hoping Reeve's training would hold up.

Even out as far as the Rai Dojo, there are small, nearly invisible lizard-like creatures clinging to the walls. A few of them are silently and stealthily keeping eyes on the fight, and the new Rai Sensei. All of the electricity and power surging through the complex didn't seem to effect them much, if at all.
