And so, the conflict was over.Asami, the dark side of Melethia had vanished without a trace, and the dark ones themselves returned to the light they once called "reason". By the time the battle was over, when Eyris citizens stopped raising their blade against each other... nightfall had come. Nightfall doused the sky everywhere, from the castle to Fefga's, with many glistening stars to be seen. Just a lone, sparkling silver star in the distance dared to race across the sky, and all who saw it, that little silver streak making its journey to somewhere... they knew what it meant. Make a wish. Within her stable, watching out the small window her steed, Andre normally poked his head out of, Sue shut her eyes. Father, I wish for you to return. She only thought it, for saying the wish doomed it to never come true. Within the Eyris walls, helping the wounded and downtrodden with Aran beside her, Victoria too saw the shooting star. She was sure the other citizens saw it too, for they fell into a second of silence as she had, making her own wish.
Let everyone here in Learania stay in peace long enough to recover their injuries and trust.

The bed was made, and the bandages folded nicely on top of it. The sword and other equipment was gone. Next to the bandages was a tiny note, addressed to Alihi.
'I'll be back. Don't miss me too much. razz '
The boy strode up a hill, away from Fefga's house. He knew he had to go away, this time. Most people might understand that he had been darkened, but he had still committed horrible crimes. They probably would have to exile him him anyway, to appease the common folk. That's what he figured anyway. When he reached the top of the hill, passed the very spot where he was darkened, he happened to look up, and when he did, he saw the shooting star. Following, the old tradition, he shut his eyes and made one wish.
Please... ...let them all forgive me.

Galloping through the forest, Isadora continued to rode on to reach the city of Eyris. It had been weeks, maybe months, since she lasted seen Learania. The last time she was in Learania, it was the time when Nino ordered her and other members to receive help from other kingdoms outside of Learania.
Though she had wanted to stay to help her fellow members to battle the unknown person, she knew that she could not disobey Nino's order. Besides, none of the kingdoms were being attacked while we're under attacked. Isadora thought.
The journey was long and tiring to reach another kingdom. Even though the journey was not as dangerous as it was in Learania due to the past events, she did ran into a couple of bandits and skirmishes along the way. In addition, she was also hoping to run into other members such as Shiva and Rath to help save Learania.
After reaching the kingdom and negotiate with the king and advisers, Isadora rode back to Learania. Why bother receiving help from other kingdoms who have no interest in helping? They're nothing but cowards and hypocrites. Isadora thought.
As she exited the forest and saw the city from far ahead, she let out a long sigh. "I hope the others are okay and the battle is over." Isadora wistfully said.
Galloping down the path, she continued forward. Thinking of how Learania was doing in her absence, she looked up into the sky to see the stars glimmering by. When she saw a shooting star, the paladin made a wish for the people's safety and let out a small hopeful smile.
"May St. Elimine and all the other gods led them to safety." She murmured as she continued watching the stars. Suddenly, something caught her attention.
Flying across the sky and after the first shooting star, Isadora saw another shooting star. However, unlike the first shooting star, the second one was shooting in red stream. Isadora frowned. A bad omen, she thought. This is not a good sign.
She had heard a superstition back from her time about the red shooting star. From what she remembered, the red shooting star was a sign of prophecy that it will bring bad omen and destruction upon the land. Though she had never seen it back when she was in Pharae, this was the first time she saw it. Praying that it was a silly superstition and not a prophecy sign, Isadora continued to march toward Eyris...... but now with little caution in her heart.

Ephraim woke up only a few hours later after his rest and was already sitting outside the manor, in his usual spot he had found comfort the moment he arrived in this place. The cool breeze blew gently against him and he smiled, hard to believe the turnabouts as if nothing has happened.
A soft gallop could be heard and the noble looked about his surroundings, then in front of him was something white..until he realized it was the hose which dumped him here days ago. Ephraim frowned as it approached him and grabbed him by the reigns, forcing the horse's head to look at his master. "Lumice..abandon me like that once more and I will not hesitate to replace you" he spoke, the horse let out a soft neigh and nuzzled against the noble, seeking an apology from Ephraim.
He looked up and caught a glimpse of a shooting star. He stared and smiled for a moment "Be safe everyone..for whatever the future may hold..be safe" that was all he could ask for, whether they'd be his friends, family or allies which he had just met. He wanted them all unharmed..this was his new home after all.

Not even a twitch.
The wolf remained at Rei's bedside like a stalwart guardian, watching for unwanted intruders. Her nose was high and her chest puffed out, her shoulders set in a proud posture. But her twitching ears told her that all was well and tranquil. She had no need for worry, and yet it weighed in her heart like a stone.
For the entirety of this conflict she had been left dashed by confusion and lost in the dark. Ed still did not understand what had happened. She too worried for where Ganon might have gone through and worried for her sword (she had yet to find it, after all). She knew Ganon was safe, yet...
Ed looked over her shoulder toward the druid. When would he wake up? She still faintly remembered attempting to tear his throat out in the heat of battle, blinded by the fury that had possessed her upon seeing Rei's treachery. Rei had made attempts on their very lives. And to attack Ninian so ruthlessly, too — it was one hell of a crime to commit. Ed didn't understand why. And she stomped on herself for her stupidity because she didn't understand anything that was going on, and she could have made a big mistake.
A big mistake because Rei was still their friend.
Disheartened, the wolf slowly turned around, ears folded. She glanced doubtfully at the rim of the bed, then put her paws against the sheets and pulled herself up. There she stood supporting herself on the edge of the bed.
"Urr...urr...ur-r-rei. Ur-r-Rei. Rei. Rei. Rei ur-ur-wake? Pfh...please...wake. Urr-rRei."
From now on, she planned to do things right, like her missing comrade taught her to.

Tibarn turned his head, awoken when Ayra shifted beside him, and blinked at the starry sky outside the window. He watched a brilliant star streak across the celestial dome and a little smile played on his lips as he brushed his fingers through his fiancee's shiny black hair. May my daughter grow up safe and strong. My little warrior girl...He closed his eyes and drifted gently back into to the warm fuzziness of sleep. Ganon sat out on the roof, listening to chatter from the main room, distant and far below through an open window, and the sounds of sleeping mounts in the stable. He set his mandolin down carefully, letting it recover by moonlight now that he had made some repairs to the fractured neck. It would be fine; even when it was smashed, all Ganon had ever had to do was find the largest piece and rebuild around it. An instrument like this existed on more than just a physical level. It had a soul of its own. Not a mind, but a soul, a pure essence of music. The instrument had been used for Bardsong so long that it had become Bardsong itself.
The crack would seal and fade with time.
He picked up his guitar and looked up to the sky. A shooting star was reflected in the reptile's eye, and he smiled as he began to play.
"I once had a wee lass and I loved her well, I loved her far better than my tongue can tell, Her parents disliked me for my want of years, So adieu to all pleasure since I lost my dear.
Then I dreamt last night that my love came in , And she walked up so soft that her feet made no din. I thought that she spoke and those words she did say, "It won't be long now, love, till our wedding day."
Then according to promise at midnight I rose And found nothing there but the down-folded clothes, The sheets they were empty, as plain as you see, And out of the window with another went she.
Oh, it's Molly, lovely Molly, what's this that you have done? You have pulled the thistle, left the red rose behind; The thistle will wither and decay away soon, But the red rose will flourish in the merry month of June.
Then if I was a fisherman down by the seaside And Molly a salmon, coming in with the tide, I would cast out my net and catch her in a snare, I would have lovely Molly, I vow and declare.
Or if I was an eagle and had two wings to fly, I would fly to my love's castle and it's there I would lie, In a bed of green ivy I would leave myself down, With my two folded wings I would my love surround." Shastah soared through the night sky, sweeping over the clouds as his rider leaned close. Siegell's white cape whipped in the wind behind him as they passed the mountains. Now that things had been resolved in Eyris, he had time to take care of a few of his standing contracts. Shastah rose into the air, shooting for the border, and shot through a narrow pass between two cliffs, then spun into the sky as the ball of light passed over. Siegell regarded it for a moment, then turned back to his journey. Siegell didn't believe in wishes.

Even as she slept, the warrior woman kept something clutched close to her, her fists close to her heart as she fidgeted slightly when the Dream Gods kissed her lightly upon the brow. Despite her many dreams of soaring heights and the deepest waters, there still remained one constant in her many flights of fancy while she slept in the bosom of the night's ruler and by her loved one's side. Tibarn's warmth was a comfort, even in her dreams, as a shining facet seemed to burn itself into her mind's eye.
The calm luminescence, the multi-faceted cool lights that had played off of that lovely little thing she had found when putting away his coat had caught her off guard. And yet, as she had checked back into the pocket of that coat to see just what she had felt within it, that same light that calmed her now had filled her with a bewildering shock and a stream of tears that threatened to flow unheeded from her dark eyes. The same brilliance that now provided her with so much comfort had almost terrified her for wanting and hope, praying with all her soul that it hadn't been some horrendous prank.
And it wasn't.
The ring was real. So was the diamond in it.
The promises and the acceptance that swiftly followed would warm her heart for the rest of her days, and they had embraced beneath the starry skies for all of their unbridled joy. A piece of her heart had returned that night, finally filling in the last shard that had been missing for all of these years. A public declaration, an overpowering warmth and serenity, and all with her beloved beside her.
A smile crossed her unconscious lips, and the look on Ayra's face was nothing less than blissfully serene as she held that diamond ring ever closer to her heart.
Perhaps there were no happily ever afters.
Maybe there was no promise of an eternal knight in shining armor to fly her into the sunset, even after her diamond-kissed dreams.
But she could hope and dream for peace- even a small one- and greet the coming morning with everything she had to protect the future of her family for as long as she was able. It was all she could do, and she was fine with that.

Aran had been with Victoria, healing the wounded. Those who had suffered physical pain, and those who had suffered mental pain. He was applying a vulnary to a wounded member of The Castle Guard.
Speaking of The Guard, Aran was going to volunteer to be a member of The Watch. So many members had been lost, and Aran would do his part to help and defend Learania, and besides he had already been part of The Watch back in his hometown so he figured if he couldn't protect his old friends, he'd protect his new ones.
When he saw The Shooting star in the sky, he closed his eyes as did everyone else. Please.. Keep Learania safe from whatever Evil approaches it.

Exhaustion had pressed heavily on Amelia's body, keeping her in a deep sleep against Rhys' warm chest, but there might have been a hint of magic in the air as she stirred and glanced out the window as what looked to her like a bullet of magic began to streak through the sky. She gasped, sat up and leaned against the windowsill, watching in astonishment as the shooting star started its journey across the sky, a bright line of white light against the deep, dark blue sky of night.
Amelia turned green eyes to Rhys, eyes going from the soft orange hair to the white robes, finally to his face. She studied him for a moment, eyes softening, and then turned back to the sky. The shooting star was nearly out of sight now, winking as it went behind and appeared around the craggy cliffs on the horizon.
Just... let everyone be happy. Let Rhys be happy. Please.
Amelia closed her eyes, releasing a soft breath. When she opened them again, she could have sworn she saw a second figure streaking through the air, away from Eyris and to lands beyond. There was no way to decide what it -- or who -- was, though, and Amelia decided not to linger on the question. With a quiet yawn, her small, battle-marred body curled close to Rhys, basking in the comfortable warmth before sliding into the snug cocoon of sleep.
Blossom had finally returned to Fefga's, simply too tired to go back to her own home for the night. Aidan was here as well, after all, and she didn't want to leave him alone, not after what had happened. And where was Abel? She hadn't found him when they got inside. Was he all right? And what about the others? They all seemed okay, but the level of quiet seemed unnatural, like all were treading on eggshells, and one small crack would make an invisible bomb explode into the open.
All these questions, yet, seemed entirely trivial once she had been placed into a bed, and her eyes slid closed, not resisting sleep any longer. The star streaked across the sky as she slept, wrist bandaged carefully; the process of re-breaking it and fixing the improperly-repaired damage could wait until tomorrow.
As she dreamed of falling stones and war and guitars and a familiar boy with a scruffy brown ponytail, a single thought surfaced, coinciding with the climax of the star's travels in their sky, as close to a wish she would get in her exhaustion.
Don't let this kind of tragedy happen again... never again...

She was awake, and he was gone. All that remained was a small note addressed to her and the bandages, both folded up nicely and placed on the bed. Alihi couldn't help but read the words again and chuckled softly, making sure to not wake the sleeping child who was snuggled so comfortably in the green cloak, which doubled as a pillow and a blanket. She refolded the tiny note, tying it on her belt. It was his promise to her and damn it, she was going to hold him to his word.
Alihi looked around the room, checking to make sure that nothing of theirs was still out. Once Amara was awake, they would have a small breakfast and head back to Akihi's together and go from there. Amara would surely protest, wanting to stay in the manor longer, but it was ultimately Alihi's choice. After all, she had parental authority on her side. For a moment she considered chasing after Abel, for she believed that he couldn't have gotten that far. After all, she was still worried about him and there was no doubt in her mind that she wouldn't stop worrying about him. But... her gaze fell on Amara, who murmured something about flowers while still asleep. Amara needed her. The young girl had gone all the way from Akihi's to Eyris by herself, just to see her mother.
Alihi couldn't just ignore something like that.
"... Fine. I trust you, Abel." Her gaze shifted to the window, just in time to see a streak of silver dart across the night sky. The tactician's eyes closed for a moment as she thought of her only wish. ... Please, stay safe. I don't want to lose you, ever again...
Somehow, despite his exhaustion. Nils was still awake. He tried to go to sleep, really, but when he tried to, thoughts swarmed his mind. The small bard sighed, defeated; there would be a good amount of reflecting he had to do before he could earn the right of a good night's rest.
Mainly, what would he do after this? In terms of equipment, he was left with a mind-controlling flute and his dragon stone. He could start focusing on the offensive side... but could he even bring himself to use those items again? He managed to hurt his allies with the dragon stone, which he felt extremely guilty for. It'd be good for him to learn how to use them, so he could be prepared for next time. But would he allow there to be a next time?
I'm not getting anywhere with this... Nils thought bitterly, rubbing his eyes and carefully removing the circlet from his forehead, his fingertips lingering on the bruise that he had received from Siegell and his breastplate. The mark, now a disgusting shade of purple, served as a reminder to the bard of what he had done. ... Tomorrow. Tomorrow, I will begin to make up for what I did. I will apologize and see to it that everyone that I harmed is alright. Tomorrow, I will lock everything away and go back to who I was before, before I got this stone. He sighed lightly, glancing over at his sister who was sleeping peacefully. "... It's the way it was meant to be." He murmured softly before leaning back against the wall.
Tomorrow... will be brighter. His eyes began to droop and finally closed, the peace of sleep finally being earned.

Watching all come back to normal from the event, Nometal then went off for the forest, with one intent on his mind. To bring up his endurance, and work on his sowrdsmanship, so once he would come back he would not be useless.
Looking up sometime though, he saw the shooting star, and then closed his eyes. All those who were harmed in this...both mentally and physically, please be healed.

The cat Laguz curled her knees up to her chin, sitting in a window seat at the far end of Fefga's. Her tail curled itself around her, and she looked up to the sky. Music drifted to her ears from outside, and she let herself close her eyes and smile.

She woke up, drowsy and disoriented. Nils, too, had fallen asleep where he sat. As far as she could tell, she hadn't slept long. Rising, she found a blanket, draping it over Nils, smiling softly at him. She wouldn't wake him up; he needed his rest.
She entered the kitchen, pouring herself a glass of water. Looking out the window as she sipped it, she saw the shooting star.
Its tail was red.
Ninian paled. She knew the stories. A rumor claimed a shooting star with a red tail had been seen in Elibe during the time before the Scouring. If there was any true to those rumors, the dancer didn't know.
Please, she thought, clasping her hands together and closing her eyes. Let everyone be safe. Let this peace last. . . .
Grabbing a blanket for herself, Ninian returned to Nils's side, making a sort of bed for herself. To tired to think, she drifted off again, fast asleep.
That was the first night she had the dream.

Arashe sat in the chair, drifting back to consciousness. The bow had long clattered to the ground, laying halfway under the chair. As the star passed over the house, Arashe stirred back to consciousness, eyes blurredly looking about the area. He could, albeit vaguely, make out a large, winged man, green clothing in front of the wings. The man was... kneeling? Hardly looked like a foe.
Slowly getting to his feet, Arashe grabbed his bow and aimed at the Hawk, refocusing his eyes. When his senses had readjusted, Arashe slowly trudged past the Swordmaster and Hawk, letting out a somewhat enthused "Whooooo!" as he meandered back to his room, quickly falling asleep in his bed.
Rei had defeated the darkness inside of him, purging his mind of Asami's poison. But, he was already overtaxed from the duel with Amelia, and was left out of commission, in a bed while everyone else rejoiced. A wet surface slid along Rei's hand, coupled with nudging in the side. As Ed continued trying to wake the Druid, Rei slowly opened his eyes. Looking at the... dog, Rei started trying to get it's attention.
"H-hey doggy. G-go find A... li...hi"

He felt Amelia stir. He'd been asleep for... ooh, how long? He opened his right eye, the one not visible from Amelia's point of view, and looked outside. Wow, dark. He SLEPT. A LOT. And... he felt a lot better. He wasn't going to get up and about any time soon, but his stomach had stopped heaving, and his fever was down. He just needed to rest a little longer.
And then he saw it. The silver streak, arcing across the sky. Something like that... well, you just didn't see something like that very often. It was just unusual, a symbol of the strange, a symbol of... the once-in-a-lifetime question (though technically, he hadn't asked it) :
"I want Amelia to be my wife."
He'd said it softly, and maybe Amelia didn't hear it--she still seemed pretty tired. But would it kill her to at least mumble a sleepy "yes" response?
