The UK Sun is reporting that there has been a lot of talk within WWE lately about replacing Tiffany as the General Manager of ECW. The general feeling is that Tiffany does not have a strong GM presence like Vickie Guerrero and Teddy Long. Additionally, her mic skills are not a favorite amongst company officials and most would like to see a stronger figure representing ECW as the GM.
One idea being tossed around is the possibility of Tommy Dreamer becoming the new GM of ECW should he decide to re-sign with WWE when his contract expires. His current deal is set to expire in the very near future, and Dreamer has been hinting at both re-signing with the company and also retiring. The feeling backstage is that should Dreamer decide to remain with the company, he would be the best possible candidate to replace Tiffany.

-Nuclear Fusion- Dreamer would be pretty cool. Personally, I'd like to see Tazz take the position. Tazz is in discussions with TNA in regard to signing with them, being unveiled as Samoa Joe's mentor and then moving on to do commentary for them either in a 3 person commentary team or replacing Tenay or West, West is the more likely party to be replaced.

Eric Bischoff has refused to be involved in the WWE's DVD setup they are working on for a WCW related DVD, no way would he be offered a job of such a grand scale within the company.

1.Stone Cold Steve Austin focussing on acting 2.Tommy Dreamer 3.The Funks not looking at wwe mainstream anymore 4. Rick Flairworking for Ring Of Honor the only reason i leave Tommy Dreamer is his "ill retire if i dont win the title by my contracts expiration" storyline
