Does anyone like any special picks? I use Fender Mediums, the green moto ones to be exact. And then I knock a hole in them with a star screwdriver to give them some grip.

I like the Brain Picks, by Snarling Dogs. They have a great texture on them, the grip is amazing. They come in about twelve diff colors, and each one stands for a different thickness. I like the red 0.73 and below.

Spookily enough, I use what Ash uses...
But, um, I always wanted the dual tipped pick. I wish I had a picture to show you, if you don't know what I mean.

At the moment, I use the classic tortiseshell Fender mediums. I punch holes in mine for grip as well, but I also chew on the end of the pick with my back teeth to make the string contact point of the pick all bumpy, giving it a slight 'textured' sound. A technique that I picked up from Roy Nichols.

Dunlop Tortex 1mm picks. or Planet Waves 1mm picks.

I use Dunlop Tortex, my favorite, either .73(yellow)for fast playing or .88(green)for heavy playing. And I like fender picks also, they are pretty tight too.

Am I the only one who uses Dunlop Gator Grips? They have good grip, thick, and last a long time.
