Walking slowly through the grass Venombane was happy that day was finally sunny. Heavy rain was falling for past few days and his hat was soaked and wet. At least it will have a chance to dry.
Suddenly he felt hunger. And how wouldn't he the bad weather spoiled his mood to the point he lost appetite. But now it was beautiful day. Closing eyes he lowered his head to eat. Spring grass was fresh and soft he wanted to enjoy in it without any distraction form his surrounding. And with the warmth that was coming from sun it felt like best meal in his life. One of the few moments he really felt like the world was beautiful place.

The rain was so dreadful and lovely at the same time. Though it took away the precious moon that she loved so much, she couldn't help but enjoy the water that rained down from the skies. Luna couldn't understand how she could love and hate something so much at one time, and now that the sun was finally out, she no longer had to dwell on it. For now, the sun was shining and though she couldn't help but wish it were night, she had to admit the warmth of the sun felt fresh and inviting.
Her stomach twisted slightly as it ached for sustenance. She glanced casually around, and soon found a nearby area where the grass was fresh and full. She had failed to notice she wasn't alone. Unaware she shared this area with another, she bent down and fed contently on the grass below. The small beads adorning the chopsticks in her hair beat gently together as she ate, their small chiming carrying through the gentle breeze.

Occupied with eating so much he didn't notice someone else was also eating not far from him. So blindly following the best spears of grass he came dangerously close to bump his head with mares head. Not even the chiming of small beads could wake him up from his eat-sleep mode.

The grass here was sweet, she noted to herself. She became almost enthralled by the taste of the grass and had failed to stop to take another look around. Luna's ears perked as she noticed something close by, a slight movement and then a shadow on the grass below. She moved her head to look up, and had the misfortune of forgetting to prepare herself if there was indeed someone there. She let out a small gasp and spoke up, forgetting to move back enough so as to not startle the other horse in return, or far enough away that should he jerk his head up that she would be far enough away to avoid collision. "I wasn't aware someone was here."

Feeling his heart stop beating Venombane froze. How could he have been so stupid to let his guard down like this. Situations like this could result in painful death and he wasn't to happy about it. blood left his face as he slowly and careful raised his head with his eyes wide open. So wide that they started to hurt.
Now that he was finally looking at the one that spoke all pale in his face he managed to squeeze the words through his teeth.
'' What have I done so bad to you that you're trying to kill me?! ''

Luna's eyes widened at the sight before her, not from shock but from some twisted feeling of dubiety. Like she was unsure she was seeing or hearing things properly. The stallion in front of her was clearly in some state of mind where she was here to hurt him, and she was taken aback. She stepped back lightly and her face twisted into some abnormal expression of extreme confusion. "Ex.... excuse me?"

Sneaking up on someone like this was something he would do to other soquili not the other-way around. How dare she do that to him. And on top of all he showed fear in front of mare. This was not good and he had to make sure no one would find out about it. He made few steps closer to her and while showing his sharp teeth growled lowly.
'' If you treasure you're life you won't tell anyone what you saw here. ''
Stepping away from her to a safe distance and turning his back to her he lie down waiting for his heart to slow down. He was still in shock.

Luna stood dumbfounded, not moving save for her head turning slowly to watch him move away. She was confused and unsure what to do with herself. How had a simple break to eat turned into something so.... strange? She cautiously wondered if he was serious, despite the fact that she had no intentions of telling anyone. Not for the sake of what he said, but simply that even she didn't believe it, let alone someone who wasn't there to witness it.
She thought back to what he had said at first and though it was clear he had no intentions of sticking around, she carefully stepped forward, drawing a little closer to the area he had stopped. She was careful to not get too close and after a moment she called out. "I had no intentions of harming you..."

Turning his head to one side so he could see her better Venombane felt his heart returning to normal beat. She didn't look so scary anymore. How stupid he must have looked few minutes ago. And how stupid he was letting his guard down. Little by little his courage returned and now was the time to fix his image or at least whats left of it.
'' I bet you had fun sneaking up like that. My heart almost jumped out of my chest. ''

Luna's brows furrows slightly as he spoke, her confusion only growing more and more. "I snuck up on you?" She shook her head lightly. "I'm afraid you're mistaken. It was you who snuck up on me." Her head tilted ever so slightly to the side as she tried to figure out what was going on. "What reason would I have to sneak up on you, anyways? I don't even know you, after-all."

While getting up oh his feet again he narrowed his eyes like that would help him figure out what her intentions were and made few circle around her. He found nothing what could prove his accusations. So he looked right in her eyes.
'' Tell me then haw could I have sneaked up on you if I was peacefully eating eating? And anyway I was here first you came later? ''

She watched rather indifferently as he circled around her. Sure, it might have been a little strange, but after the conversation they'd been having, it wasn't much possible to get any weirder. "I came here too, to eat. I didn't notice that you were here and you ended up wandering over to where I was. I saw your shadow so I looked up and you had startled me. That's when all of this started." She shook her head lightly. "I think all of this is just a strange misunderstanding. By the looks of it, you didn't know I was there any more than I knew you were."

He stared at her for few more moments. Maybe she was telling the truth but still her eyes were creeping him out. looking at the grass under his feet he felt hunger but wasn't in the mood to eat at least not while she was around.
'' I'm not letting you out of my sight. ''
Now that he thinks about it he wasn't with a mare for some time now. He could try his luck so he smiled.
'' Well since you are here you could keep me some company. ''
