"Naira!?"
A quiet voice squeaked out as bushes started to shuffle roughly before a slim black figure slipped out from the cover of the leaves. She huffed before she smelled the air panic starting to take over. "Naira?" She called out again, her voice panicked. She couldn't find her mouse, the one who was pretty much her guide. The one that was her eyes, the little female mouse had been Abla's guide a gift from her brother. It was helping her be able to get around.
But at the moment the mouse was missing as she had no clue what to do. "Oh no... Naira?!" She called out again. She was hoping that the little mouse was not hurt or worse in some ones belly as their dunner. Oh she didn't want that at all.
She sighed sitting back on her haunches. Starting forward but still trying to listen or hear from her mouse. She started to chuff a bit. Hoping that her mouse would come to her side.

Red peered out from a bust at a rather loud rustling and squeaking. A small black mouse greeted him, and he nodded as the critter explained how she had been caught in the undergrowth, and he worked to free her. In the distance, he heard a somewhat familiar voice calling out 'Naira' and he assumed that was the mouse's name. The familiarity of the voice alluded him, but he kept it in a front corner of his mind and he led the mouse to the panicky voice.

Naira looked up at the lion a small grin spreading across her maw. As her master had a disability, not having sight, she had her own. It was slightly by choice however. She was a mute, but she showed what she was thinking in other ways. She nipped at the lion's paw before picking up on the sound herself she squeaked and started walking with the lion before the sight of something familiar caught her eye. Her grin got bigger before he picked up his pace and trotted up to her master.
"Naira!" Abla called out as she caught the scent of the mouse. She really didn't noticed the other right away, she knew there was one there but she didn't take a moment to try and realize who it was. She flicked her tail behind her using her paw to reach out for her mouse before it nudged into her paw. "Don't run off like that again." She murmured and licked the mouse's forehead. It was the closest thing she had to take care of. She lvoed cubs and also recently adopted one but that one was already on their way and grown... It made her sad.
She then realized who was in front of her however. "Red!" She said looking in his direction with a grin giggling softly. "Nice to... Well.." She giggled. "See you."

Red grinned at the pair, "Long time no... see," he replied, chuckling a bit at the irony. Meeting this acquaintance again made him smile, and he bowed, the ornaments jingling slightly. "How have you been, my friend? I see you've gotten yourself some help!" He was, of course, referring to the mouse he had found split from her friend.
He looked her over again very quickly - he had forgotten a bit how beautiful she was, and his initial reaction remained the same, though he made sure not to let it leak into his voice.

Abla couldn't help but to giggle some at his comment. Nodding to him, leaning down for a moment as her mouse scampered up on her shoulder and started to quietly squeaking what he looked like in her ear. The mouse was mute, except for when it came to describing things. And even when it came to that it was nothing but a quiet whisper. The mouse was quietly whispering what he looked like, where he was and what he was doing.
She moved forward for a moment and then nuzzled him softly in greeting before sitting back on her haunches a few steps back. "I've been good. nothing wrong has been going bad." She chuckled softly before smilng at her. "How have you been?" She asked with a smile growing on her face.

"I can't complain," he replied, suspiciously eying the mouse, wondering what she was squeaking. "Spent some time in the desert since we last met - was a good return!" He sat back as well, scratching behind one of his ears, ornaments jingling as per usual. "I'm glad to hear that nothing is going badly for you. Anything exciting happen, though?"

((I'm gonna hunt down the other RP that we had and make my last post a finishing post, and if you want to throw something else into it just do it. :3))
She looked up with him with a small smile growing on her face. "Good. I'm glad that things are going good, and I'm also glad that you went back to visit the desert. Sounds like a lot of fun. My brother really doesn't want me to go." She chuckled softly before shrugging. "My daughters dont' either." Then she shrugged again. "Ah well. I'd have to say nothing that interesting."

Red shrugged and cocked his head, listening intently, not wanting to miss a single word. "Well," he replied once she had finished, "sometimes the least interesting things are the most interesting, hm?" He chuckled, then thought for a moment. "Last time you mentioned that you looked over cubs when you were back at your home - how are they doing?"

Abla chuckled softly before she purred quietly, she really enjoyed his company as she was here she wished she could see what he looked like though. She then smiled again before nodding. "Yes I was. They've grown now. grown a lot. All adults, and my other daughter is doing a good job by herself. not really asking for help... She's pretty proud of herself though, not one to ask for help." She chuckled softly. "Thank you for asking." She stretched out some before staring forward. "I love watching them but it doesn't feel the same as your own little cubs..."

Red nodded, sighing slightly, "I understand that sentiment..." However, he forced a smile, hoping it would show through his words. "But at least you had the pelasure of watching them grow, even if they're not your own. I'm sure you influenced them more than you know."

Abla chuckled softly with what he was saying. She closed her eyes for a moment as a smile grew wider on her maw. She shifted moving her paws closer to her and the resting her head on them before nodding slightly. "You're right." She smiled at him. She really wasn't that sure of what to do. She wanted to really wanted to know him more. Something about him interested her.

Red slid down a bit lazily, rolling on to his side with a soft sigh. The conversation had reached a gap, and this saddened him - he greatly enjoyed her company, and loved listening to her. However, he could think of nothing to say... Being a bit of a loner when he wasn't in the small desert pride, conversation wasn't really his strong point.

Abla's ears twitched as her mouse described what the male was doing, how he was rolling over on her back. She smiled softly standing up and paying close attention to her mouse as it was whispering his location as she went on. She laid next to him resting her head on his chest and purring quietly. "What made you want to come back to this area? Don't you really love the desert?" She asked curiously as she closed her eyes and relaxed.

Red kept a smile to himself as she lay her head on his chest, and the flaming tip of his tail tapped the ground in a slow, gentle rhythm, "I do," he said with a small nod. "However, there are more things that simply landscape and climate that attract me in my travels," he said, a bit more smoothly than his usual timbre.

Abla closed her eyes, shifting on her back and pulling her legs to her chest. Her little mouse letting out a squeak and shifting onto Abla's stomach and curling up in a ball for a nap. "Really?" She asked, her eyes still closed, she was at peace, she liked closing her eyes for some reason she saw it as an excuse for not seeing. She pulled her legs a little closer before flicking her tail around slightly. "What brought you back around here Red?" She asked quietly enjoying a breeze that went over them.
