Just sit ups and crunches. Every day, do 5 sets of 50.

I solemnly swear I am up to no good. heart Know what? I do ad workout every day 3nodding I do it to relax though, i enjoy being chubby 3nodding

But i think its better to do it every other day. :] The hard thing about doing ab workout for me is that I tend to do it for a week then after a week, i dont do it anymore. How do you motivate yourself?

Anyway, I used to do yoga and pilates and there's a few different things that were part of both of those that were really good for your abs.

Yup. My mommy told me to do that when I was getting chubby. Lol. People told me I looked pregnant. sad
