THe story continues in Book two as Scarlet and Drako get married and the comeing armegeddon is at hand.
Will Vincent learn of his true place in the world as well as find out of Eliza loves him?
Will Drako learn of his new found powers from teh depth of the netherworld by being married to the queen?

I look on in the big office. I didn't like it. The smoldering remains of the mechanical bird gave the walls an orange sheen. The sun being on the other side of the house, I could see it through the open doors and into the room beyond the hallway. I sit there, pen in hand, scribing away at the new plans for my army, and my new elite group of warriors. That would be nice, my own special ops team. "Gena, could you come here for a moment?" She nods with her smile, and sits next to me in the too large chair. She was the only other Wolfgang I felt close too, beside Jamie... Who was technically a Noringer by name. "You see this... It bothers me. This mansion has a built in lab... which is still sealed off. None of us can get into it... and we have no clue whats in it. So... I propose we go through and do a complete code reset. It helps me... Helps everyone really. Do you agree with that?" She nods. We head out and then gather everybody together. With a heavy sigh I lead them to the security center, and we enter passcodes and such, and then, I enter the main one, given to me by Genaveve, and we reset it. We all enter our own for our rooms and such... Lab spaces... all that jazz, then they give me their passcodes, and then I do the main lab. It denies me that option. I narrow my eyes at it. They had not lived here for so long, that none of them knew why. I did, Kyle. He was still alive, I had a feeling the green haired Wolfgang was still alive, and he was a losse end. I would find him and kill him.

Scarlet pulled back and looked at Drako.He had tht boyish smile on his face again and it was making him look a little denomic the way his fangs were jutting out of his mouth.Scarlet couldn't help it! She had to start laughing.Drako looked at her beweldered and then realized what she was was laughing at and had to start laughing himself.
IT was a few minuets before Scarlet regained her composure and was able to speak.
"Drako,this is my war and I intend to finish this.You can join me if you wish but I need to take on Nocturne once and for all."
Scarlet turned and stepped through the open portal.It was hundreds of feet up but Scarlet didnt' even realize that till she was already though and was hovering on giantic bat wings.
"What the hell?" Scarlet cryed out in a panic when she realized what had happened.
"Drako!"SHe screamed through the portal.

I jumped through the portal after her and projected wings of my own making, large, purple, and leathery, not like a bat's wing, but a dragon wing. I hovered next to her, wings why did she cry out? Was it not where she intended the protal to be? The wings? "Scarlet, this is not your war, this is our war. Nocturne may be your father, but he is also, or will be soon, my father-in-law, and Kaie is my sister, your sister-in-law, and she killed my mother and father, your father and mother-in-law. They are all related to us, or will be soon, you do not take all of the weight of this war on your shoulders! This is our fight, not yours." I hugged her and stared into her eyes, trying to get the point across.

Scarlet didn't hear a word that Drako said. Terror was begining to fill her black/red eyes and Drako could see it leachng off of her.
She clung to him for dear life when he hugged her.It got to the pont that even he couldn't breath and they both began to fall.Scarlet screamed and grabbed tighter.

I cast a spell and caught us in a magical flow of air, we sat there, in the air, I extracted myself from Scarlet but held on to her hand, "Why did you do that?!"I gulped in air, she could hug tighter than I could! "Whats wrong?"

Scarlet was hyperventalationg and tryed to calm down but it was very hard to so he words were broken up.
"Drako.........never.........wings?..............what..........flying?"
Scarlet tryed to make another portal but Drako stopped her.

"Well Scarlet, everyone has to spread their wings sometime, for people like us, thats usualy literal." With that I broke the magical air current keeping us in the air, Scarlet dropped with a shriek as I hovered in the air, wings flapping loudly.

Scarlet closed her eyes and cryed out in her mind "Oh God! This is it for me!Good by cruel world." But she didn't fall! Her body took over it's natural instincts and Scarlet opened one eye to find she wasn't dead.The muscles in her shoulders were working overtime.SHe looked up at Drako in a shocked expresion.He let her fall!

My robe had turned in inverse of its normal colors... making it seem like it was me, instead of someone else. I walk down the large hallway, it was time to kill the evil side once and for all. This war was starting, I would start it too. I had to, it was long enough that we had to wait for it. Oblivion slung over my shoulder, knapsack on the other, I look about the room I had just stepped into. Every one was ready. My army should be back near again, and Eliza's as well. Time to get this bad boy a rollin'. Drako and Scarlet better get married by the end of the week, because war was getting started. I smile as we head out the front door and to the next place that would mark an epic battle.

Scarlet's eyes grew cold and held a hatred in them now that Drako had never seen.Her eyes now held only black and red and with her new wings,she looke like a nightmare out of hell.Well she techanicly was out of hell but still,she snarled at the beweldered Drako and she made a portal.As it opened up,she dissapeared into it.HEr voice echoed his name as she left thay plane of existence.
She was going to go have a chat with her father.The nightmare of all creation.She was going to end all of this deception once and for all.

*pokes & prods* This thing is almost dead... wait it IS dead... Lets revive it shall we? Huh Rin?
I stand on the rock, after a days worth of traveling, we were tired and ready for at least a catnap. I yawn and place the form of Oblivion, two handguns reminiscent of Beretta U22 Neos. Lately it has been firearms I have been getting, which was fine by me, I liked the far but close combat of pistols. When I needed it it came out as another Beretta, the AR 70/90, a rifle by all means. It was nice for certain situations, but I still wanted my old sword to come back. I sigh as I walk from it to the tree where Genaveve was. "Hey, when should we get back to the road?" She nods quietly.
"I would like to hit it again within the hour, but the way everyone is groaning and moaning, I doubt that will happen. So let them rest and we will get back out." I nod as I adjust my coat. My whole appearance had changed. My ears and tail were back, my hair red... The Nothingness had gotten rid of all the Holy within me, a change I expected, and travelling with a family of Kitsunes had also helped me embrace back my ears. Now that the other races were in plain sight again, it wasn't needed as much to hide what I am, for now, Eliza would have to get used to what I really was... I sigh as I jump back to my feet, grab the guns, and head to look for a spot to rest.

[[ People can just be busy. XD Believe me, Im soaking up the glee of having no more school. ;-; Yet Im not free from work. @-@ ]]
The next few 'days' were a little hectic. Research. Reporting. Observing. Shopping. Training. Were basically the key-words that went with how she was doing, along with everyone else. After that incident in Oblivion, Eliza pretty much pushed all thoughts about the now-turn kitsune away. Well, at least tried. In fact, her schedule has been rather busy - which was expective for anyone else.
The main thing was, the Halfling wanted more insight of the group she'll be in command of. It's better to know one's comrades then to not know anything at all and expect eachother to flounder off into battle without know anything.
-Then- there was the issue of Drako and Scarlet's wedding gift. It took some digging - but the blonde believe she was at least on something.
And on a different note - shopping for armor when one is not in their normal plane was not the easiest thing to do. Eliza had her own armor, no doubt - but there was a few things that needed to be a bit fixed up on. Snow on the other-hand was perfectly fine - such a sword that would never need a blacksmith's hand.
" Lady O'Connel!"
Not to mention that she hasn't been alone at all for the last few days.

The day was going fine... Well, I guess. I sigh as I step into the ring. Being one of the few summoners... We had found some disturbing news from Shu'ran, the familiars were not behaving properly, save for a couple summoners, and a couple faithful as always familiars. It was going to be a nuisance when several other planely creatures start to show up. Of course, Drako should already be on top of this, but I really don't know where he is at the moment. I again sigh deeply as I try to summon a creature, my creature, my dragon... Zeaon, but he only comes after I bribe him. The Holy Dragon not looking me in the eyes. I question this, but with no answer... I step back from the ring, and he turns, a bloodlust in his eyes. I jump back, and the others try to intervene, but I yell to stop. Genaveve aswell as me and Shur'ran go to him. I hold out my guns. I c**k them, they acted just like the real guns, single-action, ten rounds per clip. Only the clips would empty, and be refilled by magic, my magic. I still had to c**k them again, which made it annoying, but hey, the more real the better I suppose.
I jump back as the dragon flies towards the sky. I aim, and empty both guns' clips. His wings having holes, he falls back to the ground. His eyes red now, I look at him. "You have betrayed me? Why is this happening? What happened, is it Nocturne?" His throaty laugh grating on my ears, I approach him with guns ready. "Tell me! I summoned you here for this!" Conleth also jumps in to lend me power should I need it. I feel the exhaustion as Zeaon tries to leave, but together we stop him from doing so. Another growl, and he tries to leave. I hold my guns ready.
I jump as he swings his tail at me, a holy flare forming at his mouth. Genaveve utters a ward, and I hold my own ground, using a combination of summoning and Oblivion Magic. He fires it at us, and battered by the sheer energy, our wards fail, and we are thrown back. I get back up and shoot, this time jumping through the air as I do. I keep cocking as I fly through the air, never lightening up. With a final howl, he falls to the ground, and with a whistle, everyone uses their magics to barricade him into a small cage. He struggles to get free. He was fifty times more powerful than ever, where did this come from, who was doing this? And why not Shur'ran or Conleth, they were summons aswell, why not them? Because they have lost their bonds to those who summoned them? What was this? I had to talk to Drako! And now! I get to him, and with a tear, I hold a handgun to his temple, with a low cry, Zeaon closes his eyes, and I shoot him. I fall to the ground, it took something else to kill a familiar you summon... it really did.
