 Venus had moved her home from the box to a nearby crawl space under a building, It was dark but there was still enough room for a cat to see clearly.
When she first moved in she had struggled to drag the blanket that Apollo had left her through the small opening but it was important to her, now she used it as her bed.
Eyes closed, she lay there waiting for Apollo's return. Listening intently, her ears focused on the door, her mouth turned into a soft smile as she sensed his approach. She opened her eyes and stood, she was getting excited, he would look in at her any moment. She straightened her clothing and a small blush came to her face at the thought of being alone with Apollo after all this time apart.
Glancing into a small mirror she had found she pulled her hair back out of her face. She wanted to look her best even though it was really pointless, Apollo didn't love her for her looks after all. Which is probably why she fell for him. No one had ever loved her for any other reason. His love really was true, and so was hers.

 His mind still bounded at him for doing what had been done, but it was over now as he walked toward the source of Venus's sent. Ears pulling themselves forward he reached the crawl space that was just drenched in Venus's scent. Well, there it was, she had apparently moved out of the box while he was away, not that he didn't blame her. It hadn't looked too... healthy when he last saw it some months ago. Poking his head intot he crawl space, he soon stepped through to greet Venus.
"Well, all's said and done." Apollo announced glumly, not all to happy about it. "But we have only parted ways until she can... Well... She just needed her space and I agreed that we all did."
Nearly tripping over the blanket that laid on the ground, Apollo, gasped a bit dragging the cloth from over his eyes and snapping them open. Pale silver eyes blinked into the darkness of the crawlspace, the bell attached to the cloth chiming in rebellion of being thrashed about as the cloth itself was nearly thrown back toward the entrance. Blinking about the dim light, he could barely see a thing, though he was partly blind as it was.
"When did you move here?" he asked glancing toward where he could sense Venus being. "Got tired of the box while I was gone?" he joked settling himself down so that he wouldn't injure himself or worse her..

"Roxy will heal in time, she will probably always hate me, and I understand that....but ....if you had chosen her over me, I would have understood, I would want you to be happy, no matter who you were with." She paused for a second. "I have to admit I waited in the grass a minute before I left, I saw a side of Roxy I never saw before. I wanted to understand why you liked her. I'm sorry..." She said as she watched him approach in the darkness.
"That box was to cold to stay in, I just stumbled into this place by chance, it's warm, dry, and safe. My little hideaway." She approached him her body swaying with every step"...our little hideaway, now" She put her hands on his face and looked deep into his eyes. She almost started to cry tears of happiness. "I missed your eyes." She moved the hair out of his face and kissed him softly. "I'm glad you returned safely from your journey."
Venus sat down on her blanket and held out her hand to Apollo signaling him to join her. "Why down don't you tell me about every thing you experienced on your trip. I mean you certainly came back a different man."

"I missed seeing your scent, my Goddess. The scent that reminds me of freshly fallen autumn leaves." Apollo grinned kissing her back, resting his hands within hers. Yes, it's our little hide away now, one that will shelter us from storm and everything else that nature and humans can throw at us."
Sipping over toward Venus even more and wrapping an arm about her. He drew her closer to his side as she leaned against her. His ears flattening back some before perking forward again. He wanted to understand all that had happened, but it was far from his understanding at this time. Shaking his head he shifted to sit behind Venus.
"So, besides finding this little hideaway and weeping over my leaving. What had you been up to?" he asked resting his chin atop her head as his pale silver eyes closed, his nose inhaling her scent, oh how he had missed it.

A serene smile crossed her face as she thought back to their first meeting. "It was Autumn in the park when we met." Venus' heart fluttered when Apollo touched her, it was beating so loud it was she could think of nothing else. "I... I just followed Schmee and Birman, he tired to help me find inner peace ...but I wasn't ready for that yet I guess, you were always in my thoughts, I worried about you. They did help a bit though I suppose, kept my heart from turning cold." She put her arms over his squeezing his hands gently "But now that you are back, all I feel is heat inside of me. Burning Passion for you." She blushed a little embarrassed and her ears dropped submissively , she lowered her face for a moment to regain her thoughts, "You won't ever leave me like that again....will you?"
She turned in his arms and fell into him pushing him down, so she lay on top of him. "If you want to wander, I'll follow you, just don't leave me." she said in a meek voice and then she kissed Apollo, all the love and passion flowed through her lips as she touched them to his. "I love you, Apollo"

Apollo smiled as she mentioned that it was autumn when they met, well, it had been and the scent still reminded him of her. Listening to her, he nodded some Glad that there had been someone there to watch over her while his heart was aray. A small squeak came from him when she turned and pushed him backwards, landing with a bit of a thunk. Blinking he looked up at her, a bit bewildered.
"I won't ever leave you again Venus, where ever I go, you will be to my side." He nods pulling her closer as their lips locked, hit tail fluffing out as an electricity went through him. "I have missed you too much to leave you behind again" Reaching up with a hand to stroke the hair from her face so that he could see it even in the dimness of their hide away.
Rolling over some, he aimed to lay her back onto the blanket, with himself atop of her, a strange scent entering his senses, over powering most his sanity. Silver eyes fluttering wider then their normal crack, he lowered his head to kiss her again, arms wiggling themselves beneath her back to try and pull her closer. Ears flattening back some, he pressed forward, breaking only for a moment, "I love you too Venus, more then I knew before."

Venus' body went limp under his, being held like this was bliss, She didn't know what was happening, it was like she was seeing all the colors in the world for the first time. It felt so right. She ran her hands down his body then wrapped them around his back. Apollo had her purring with pleasure she didn't know existed. "Oh Apollo" was all she could manage to say over and over. She did the cat paw massage on his back, her eyes closing. "I love you sooo...mmmm Apollo" Her head rolling her back arching.
