Wow! Clockwork Couture has some nice stuff for really good prices. On the other hand retroscope has really beautiful stuff for a lot of green... Though it looks like the stuff at retroscope is of a better quality. Thanks for the links!

I know they're not very steampunk, but those Pleaser Nurse Boots on Retroscope are hot. I wish I had the money for them. gonk Their hats and parasols are to die for.

Damn, the ladies apparel is gorgeous, but the Retroscope men's stuff is WAAAY too froofy for exploring lost continents and conquering moonmen. I want to slap that foppish model with a glove and challenge him to a duel...phlogiston hand-cannons at twenty paces or some such.

Clockwork seems more like the steampunk pirate/explorer style while the other seems more the Aristocrasy side of steampunk where. I personally like clockwork best, and wish I had some money to spend there.

I personally think many of their watches are rather overdone, having more simple tastes myself, though I will someday get this vest: http://clockworkcouture.com/?q=node/479

We should make a list of good shopping websites and have a mod sticky it.

I found clockwork couture forever ago

Like most specialty shops it's awesome if you're female

I agree Xtopher, an index of Steampunk and Victorian shopping centers.

That is a problem for guys is it not, finding well stocked clothing stores. Certainly they "only need pants and a shirt" but they still need to buy both those items.
The industry remains bent on focusing on us ladies.

Completely true

Especially if you are looking for something tailored or form fitting or creative.

Best thing I've found is a few Etsy profiles here and there.

Ugh, you have no idea how many times I've lamented about the lack of clothing options for men.
