I have it but I havent yet watched it
My friend who gets me anime recommended it but because of school i dont have time to start new series and I end up watching naruto or bleach
But I hear its good so I try to find time and watch it biggrin

I just finished it now.
Truly a masterpiece! Best show I've seen so far! Even though I don't like mecha this had a good approach on the subject. Mechas were warmachines thats it. Not something like friends(thats just stupid).
Story was so well made. Even I was moved a couple of times. The schemes. The cruelty masked in the pursuit of better world an vice versa. I was fooled by Lelouch to the very end. Honestly the first one who did that.
I loved this. Probly gonna watch it again soon. I recommend this to everyone!

Code Geass is REALLY good but it seems like an attempt to mash up several different elements of different existing anime. If you ask me, it's Deathnote, meets Gundam, meets Ouran Highschool Host Club, and if you ask me, it was AWESOME. The idea of being very original and individual yet being familiar and hinting a bit towards other anime really kept me interested. Not a blaring example such as Princess Mononoke or Cowboy Bebop, but still really good.
