On the picture, is it a photo reference? Because it seems as it is and isn't at the same time. One of the main keys I learned while looking through some art books is "draw what you see, not what you think you see."
For help on anatomy, you're really well at that. But! The hair seems to be making her neck look off, like if it's shorter than it is. Her jawline seems to be too sharp; in women, the jawline is smoother and less angled as opposed to men, which it is more defined. Her eyes aren't bad, but they could use a little touch-up. They seem pretty wide and the right eye [left in the picture] seems to be trailing into her ear (should there be a line in between there?) Legs are tricky, I myself have problems with them sometimes. What helps a lot is guidelines. They help you figure out the placement of the body parts where they go before you put down the final lines. If you're like me and just draw in too many lines, then for the final copy you'd have to trace the final lines onto a clean page. The hand drawn in the picture seems fairly well for if you're having problems. Don't worry too much on that, just practice drawing pictures of hands, maybe you're own? That's one of the hard parts of the body to learn, same with feet. I like the way you define your lines. ^_^
