Bang bang.
The ring of the sound was enough to make Trystan Chevalier purr out loud. The dark back alleys held enough mysteries to them that a death or two would blow over without even the sign of the police. Drente, after all, had never been very good at enforcing its laws. The lower districts were left to rot, and the upper districts simply got to laugh at their misfortune. Trystan was somewhere in between, a few twists and turns away from his next destination - the Papillon. The place had been the talk of the night life, the crowds that existed to have fun and get drunk during the dangerous times of the days. Trystan stared at the pool of blood on the ground and cooly placed his gun back in its holster. That was one thing accomplished. "Poor little boy." He said listlessly to himself, smiling. Shooting things had always made him less aggravated. Whether they be inanimate objects or living creatures. After all, being raised in a family of organized crime... What was there to fear or be affected by anymore? The adult had been studying the Papillon for quite some time now, its inhabitants and its rare owner. The woman herself barely showed her face at her own club, but an inside source had informed her of her arrival there that night, and so his plan had settled into motion. Contrary to popular belief, hitmen were quite smart, and it usually took a lot of patience and time for them to successfully complete a mission without getting in trouble with the withering authorities. Even Trystan knew this, and was quite skilled at getting away with little to no trouble. The only problem was his all too small patience levels. After all, Trystan was not just a man to go in recklessly and shoot down his target. Oh no. Getting close and personal was always the smartest way to go.
Thus the reason why he would be filling in for a poor unfortunate bartender that evening.
Having taken a notice to all of the workers that filled the Papillons noisy rooms, Trystan had entertained himself most with one of the most surreptitious of them all. The ones who usually went unnoticed, only serving drinks up and letting men and women continue on with their dances, their fun. From there, he would be able to easily watch Dreamer Eversong and when opportunity struck, take her out. The key thing to jobs like these was patience, and by then, Trystans was wearing ever so thin. After all, getting into the club would be easy. Waiting for the girl to hurry up and give him an opening was a whole other thing. Striding away from the scene, Trystan pulled his hair back, the light brown glimmering against the black. If people weren't so afraid of his temper, they wouldn't hesitate to tease him that he was handsome. Dressed in the appropriate attire for someone working the bar - a black refined vest over a button up white dress shirt. Black pants to match, and shining shoes that Trystan would not have touch the disgusting red liquid now decorating the floor. "Have a nice nap." he said in a sultry voice to the body, waving two fingers before walking off.
The entrance to the back of the bar of the Papillon was easy enough to locate. It was about a ten minute walk, and Trystan casually shoved open the door with his foot once he made it there. His phone was safely tucked away in one of his pockets, and if the girl, Dreamer, left, or made any moves of some sort, the girl he had on the inside would inform him. It wasn't that they were working together in any sense however. It was a situation where they simply did each other some good, because they were both on the same side of the law. She was out to get one of the customers that frequented the place, he was out to get the owner. If something happened with the man she was after, Trystan would let her in. Likewise. It was a trade off. And only one that was made because they had been in close situations before, and only ever bothered to help each other when there was a dire need for it. After awhile, it became pretty much a second nature. Looking up as the bartender who was sliding out of his half tied apron made a muffled cough to attempt and catch his attention, Trystan glared hard a bit before softening it up a bit. That was right, he couldn't be as openly angry as he usually was. And that was only ever when he was wearing thin on patience. The problem with that was just how often that happened.
"Fane came down with a virus. I've been sent over to fill in." He said shortly to the man, a hand traditionally placed on his hip. The flare in his eyes told the other not to argue with him, and timidly, he went back to getting ready to leave. It was funny, how easy people could trust others words sometimes. This man was obviously new. Shame. Trystan thought to himself. That Dreamer girl should truly take more care over her security here. At this hour, more people started to flow out then they did in, as the night was becoming darker. There wasn't a need for two bartenders when not many people came for drinks. Feeling the cool steel of his companion pressed into his hip, Trystan threw a look over his shoulder as the younger man said something timidly about leaving the keys for the other on the counter and impatiently waved him off. Making sure he was gone, Trystan strode over to the counter he had been informed about and grinned, snatching an item that would come in handy off of the metallic counter top. Shoving it back into his dress pants, Trystan casually made his way to the front, leaning against the bar counter and greeting the first person that waltzed up. His eyes however, were scanning for a much more valuable item as he set to work on a Raspberry Daiquiri with extra rum.
Why yes, perhaps an extra bullet in her head would make her look especially gorgeous that night.
Trystan could only hope.

Gently tugging the last large roller out of her hair and turned her head slightly, just enough to give her a good profile view. Using simply two fingers she traced the outline of her jaw then slide up to her cheek bone and finally ran a single finger over her eyebrow before doing the same to the other side. A sly smile formed on her lips as she turned her head and made sure her eyes were perfect. Her butler was at her door waiting patiently for his mistress, tonight she'd opted to go for a more conservative look with a cat eye. Her lid was silver and outlined with black, her lips a soft color to bring the attention to her silver eyes. Large hoop earrings hung from her pointed ears hidden by her fiery hair she'd let cascade down past her shoulders in large waves with her bangs side swept. She was dressed in a argent cocktail dress, tight at the bust then loose at the bottom. Standing her heels elevated her to a 5'9" in height and those too were silver; A color of preference. Running a hand through her hair to puff it up a bit she turned to her butler and placed her hand on her hip, he gave her a thumbs up and a smile and let Dreamer grab onto his arm to walk her out the door.
" The bicycle is ready ma'am, it is just waiting for you. " Stepping onto her front porch Dreamer looked around and inhaled deeply, she could never really get used to the lingering smell of death and decay that the city seemed to bath in. Where she was from, people didn't kill each other and executions were a rarity. The people from the lower regions feared what the nobles would do to them, and they had a very good reason to fear them. The nobles had helped in the finding and killing of the Essentics for large sums of money, it's what had brought her people back to their former glory. Shaking her head softly so that she could return to the here and now, she stepped into the carriage and tapped the man on the bicycle to go. " The Papillon please. " Her club lounge had been almost like her baby, she'd become so attached to it she couldn't have cared any less when some of the regular patrons had stopped visiting; it had just left more room for newer members to join the club and enjoy it. She hadn't changed anything, but the name and maybe a few staff members after looking into some of their background history and not liking what she saw.
Twenty minutes later, the familiar building and long line of people waiting to get in was seen and she smiled.
The driver stopped her carriage right in front of the door, while one door man helped her step out another one tried to keep the crowd in order. Still smiling and glancing from her left to her right at the flashing lights of the photographers who'd probably waited there all day to get a single snap shot of her; the large oak doors were opened for Dreamer and she stepped through. Inside, it was almost just as noisy as outside it was getting rather late at night and the door men were already controlling the amount of people in the club; Dreamer didn't want to get over run by people while in her own club. The inside was very chic, oak and marble mixed with a classical look yet keeping it a little fun for the clubbers gave the lounge a very unique feel. As Dreamer continued her way through people she made a large swept over her employees, and her gaze settled onto the new bartender. Grabbing the nearest manager that kept the place in order while she was away by the collar and dragging him to her so he could hear her words loud and clear; she pointed, subtly of course to him. " Who is that? " Her tone dangerously close to angry, even the one's who replaced her regular workers were given the same sweep. The man looked over and started babbling nonsense, this is when Dreamer's noble side kicked in and she released him just as a large hand was placed on his shoulder. " You're fired, get him out of my sight. " All employee's needed to be efficient, her mother had taught her that much. Gaze still fixed upon the bartender, like a snake watching it's prey she walked over.
By chance, no one was currently sitting at the bar when she got there. She started at the end, putting one finger on the marble bar and dragging it along all the way until she reached him. When Dreamer stopped, they were face to face, with a flick of her wrist her finger was off the bar and rubbing against another one to test how clean the bar was. Quirking her brow yet saying nothing she bent over the counter top and reached over to grab the rag that the bartenders used to dry off glasses. All this of course was done slowly and quietly, almost like she was teasing him in a way; the rag too was pulled slowly so that it would fall of his shoulder. She straightened herself out, cleaned her two fingers and took a seat at the bar, her hands neatly in front of her and legs crossed; rag by her side on the countertop. " Screwdriver please. " And then her features were set into neutral, judging his movements and just waiting to snap if he did something wrong. Who was this man? Where was Fane? Not that she cared much, Fane had been quite the boring man; good at his work, but boring. And then she picked it up, that faint smell of death that was stuck to him. Not his clothing but him. How peculiar.

This girl.
She already knew.
Trystan cocked a grin but didn't turn to her even when he felt her approaching. There was a reason they had warned him to be extremely careful on a mission like this. However, he had never received an answer when he had asked 'why?' The facts of the matter were that Trystan was simply in it for the thrill. If he couldn't kill the girl without getting himself maliciously mauled, then it would be an incomplete assignment. After all, Trystan wasn't that stupid as to take on missions that were beyond his own abilities. What blood he had that wasn't human barely helped him except for in recoveries. And Trystan didn't think that recklessly getting himself destroyed was the smartest way to go. As the rag he had been using to clean off glasses was pulled from his shoulder, Trystan closed his eyes, crushing the anger harshly underneath the writhing tension. He had already shot someone today, so his entire being was for the most part at ease. However, Trystan was always short on patience. So having to play the cover of a sophisticated bartender would certainly take its toll.
"Madame," He said fluidly, in a sweet honey venom voice. It had taken years to conceal anger and irritation from his cover up positions. After all, that would get him nowhere, just blowing his cover like that. Thus the reason who he hated undercover jobs the most. "I assure you that such intimate contact is not necessary for a fine woman such as yourself." He turned to her, his sharp steel eyes boring into her own. Do not mess with me. "And it could be taken in a different context, should another bystander so choose to look at it that way. We dont want the press on your tail now, do we?" He smiled dangerously, as if a shark were grinning. He already felt a strong dislike for this woman. If there weren't so many people, he would have already drawn a gun and shot her. However likely it may be that in some situations, the more people the better to conceal a murder, when the criminal was in such a close vicinity to the victim, it was not a wise choice.
"Screwdriver? I'll make that right up for you." He relayed just to make sure before smiling, and setting to work. It was a good thing that he had taken to the profession that he actually worked as when he wasn't doing his other "work." Being a bartender at a high end club on his time off did earn him some experience in such a field. And screwdrivers were a common thing. Slipping out a glass, the hitman began on the drink, quickly changing and mixing ingredients as he saw fit. Laying it down before the woman, he smiled devilishly. There had been the chance to poison such a drink, slip drugs into the drink, but something about the girl was too amusing - in an aggravating way, mind you - to Trystan. Later he would wish that he had simply killed the poor girl off. And anyways, what fun was it to kill them with poison? That was simply just asking for no risk whatsoever. Thrumming a low note, Trystan laid the drink out for the girl and smiled lavishly. He would let her live, awhile longer. Still, if the irritation under the surface continued to persist, he might as well just hack her head off right then and there. "Madame." He addressed her calmly as he laid the glass before her, expert hands having made a flawless drink. Ten years accumulated to something after all.
"Now, now..." He said loftily, leaning against the counter and eyeing the Heiress up and down. "If I may be so bold as to ask, what is a pretty little thing like you doing here?" Trystan smiled.
First to test the waters.

a*****e.
Dreamer swore silently, no one had ever tried to mess with her things, no one messed with her things. This, this man was everything she hated the most and old habits were resurfacing. That ecstasy of killing someone, that rapture her people felt when they killed something or even someone; just the thought made Dreamer lick her bottom lip. This was the reason her people didn't kill, it was a drug her people wanted to avoid at all costs. As Grand Duchess, back home her word had been law and she intended to keep it that way within the confines of her club; weither people liked it or not. Of course Dreamer since becoming Grand Duchess had only killed once, but it was enough to make her want more; thankfully her people knew how to control those urges. She propped her head into her hand and watched silently was he prepared the drink, alright he was a bartender; that much she could tell. " I do not care for what these so called bystanders think about me. " And as he eyed her, she let her own silver one's stare back into his; playfulness displayed by the small smile on her lips and a swirl of the silver in her eye color. Yet all this time she too had kept quite a professional view on it, except for her little sauntering over at the beginning.
Though her own anger was rising. And quite rapidly too.
How dare he look at her like that? Although she felt a little tug to him, maybe it was the way she could tell that underneath all the politeness and all of his careful movements there's was something dangerous lurking and just waiting to come out. Whatever this thing was, Dreamer was having quite the pleasant thoughts of unleashing it. Danger... The word made her purr like a kitten. Everything had always been handed to her, everyone had always looked up to her; she had been the law for many people. And now this one person was defying her, though as subtle as it may seem she had noticed the sharpness in his eyes, and even that predatory smile he'd given her; as if he were the one stalking his prey, when it should have been the opposite. She would have revealed her wings to try and subordinate him through natural instincts, but she wasn't back home and her daring side was getting the better of her. When the drink was handed to her Dreamer snapped back to reality, her mind wandering off and chasing after whom or what he might be. " Thank you. " She watched him closely enough to notice if any poison had been placed in her drink or drugs for that matter. Though drugs might of have been fun. Dreamer, for the sake of your family. Start thinking clearly! You aren't here to play. The speechless reprimand made her scowl slightly although she covered it up with a sip from the drink.
This is actually pretty good...
Dreamer almost coughed up what she'd drank, was he serious? Had he just checked her out? She chuckled softly, taking another sip from the drink and then setting it down on the counter. Two could play at that game. " This pretty little thing is the club owner. " Her own tone lithe and still with a hint of tease. "And what about someone like you sir...? " Give me a name. The obvious answer would be that he was a bartender and Fane got sick and blah blah, all she really wanted to know was his name. Hopefully not fake, if her manager had been stupid enough to hire someone without her knowledge then she wanted an immediate back ground check on the man. If else failed, she literally engraved his face and stored it within the confines of her memory. Oh yes, no escape for you. Though mostly likely, he would be fired by the time she exited The Papillon. She didn't need unidentified personnel running about loose without her knowledge. " How long have you been working for The Papillon? " Her tone slightly more serious now and she tucked her hair behind her ear to show of her pointed ears just to forewarn him he wasn't dealing with a human and he wouldn't be getting any humanly responses from her.

A devilish grin was concealed only by the fake polite demeanor Trystan showed through to the woman. At least he was riling her up as well. The subtle signs were easy enough to spot - Trystan had studied the human form and function long enough to know. After all, a hitman has to cover all the angles now, doesn't he? Some part of him was starting to think that killing this woman would be a lot less fun then having some amusement with her. However, a job was a job was a.... Oh ******** it. If she got that annoying that quickly, he would pull a gun. But then again, Trystan was already getting lost in the woman's games, wanting to play until he won, or until neither of them came away unscathed. Trystans dangerous steel blue eyes flickered up, noticing the people around them. The bar was a relatively low key area, and the most fun was being held upstairs, where the music pounded, and bodies raged against each other like madness untamed. "Apparently so, if you are as bold as you make yourself out to be." He responded loosely with a casual teasing smile.
Two could play at this game, after all.
He would not lie down and wag his tail for this girl. She thought she was everything there was to the world. She wanted people to bow down at her heels, and she walked with an air that told the world she could just about anything she damn well pleased. Trystan hated that in people. A soft narrow of the eyes and then the entire look of interest was gone. Another innocent smile, another coy act. Trystan was glad there were no other customers currently. If sparks flew, things could easily get dangerous. His outlandish blood was making him uneasy - the pull and push on his gut instinct snarling that this woman was trouble. Something was off. Something, but what? Not human. The thought rang ruthlessly through the back of Trystans mind, but thinking about it now would certainly ruin the surprise. "It is no problem." He said almost instantaneously to the woman when she murmured a thank you. However, his eyes flashed with interest as she took a sip of the drink.
A snicker rose into his throat but was cut off before it made a sound as the girl almost coughed up her drink. Ah, there it was. She admitted to being the club owner. A thrum left his throat. "Madame, should you really be throwing your title around so loosely...?" He asked calmly. "Though it is a pleasure to meet the new owner of this club. You seem to be running it well." Trystan flexed a smile. When she asked him another question, Trystan narrowed his eyes in the slightest before loosening his look. This woman was smart. Trying to get a name for a name. But whatever made it more fun, he supposed. "Me? Madame, I am but a simple bartender." Trystan smiled loftily. "An Heiress like you should not preoccupy your time fishing for reasons of a meager worker." A c**k of the eyebrow, and interested gleam. Finally the night seemed to look up. The way she stared at him with those silver eyes was almost interesting, but even more so was the woman herself. When he was asked another question, Trystan gave a loose grin. Shaking his head, the man gave the most vague answer. "Not long." He thrummed, glancing up as a woman timidly came up to order a drink. A margarita on the rocks. Humming, Trystan set to work, handing over the drink and watching the girl disappear with a blush before turning back to Dreamer and leaning on the counter once again.
"Where were we?"

Dreamer was quite thrilled internally, he was finally going to play the cat and mouse game; but which character would he play? She of course could play both if she truly wanted to, so he could chose first. She let herself quirk her brow when he looked around them, well well was he looking for someone? Though she returned to that little smile once he brought his eyes back down to meet her silver ones once more. Dreamer didn't want to give away anything, it would ruin the fun. Sliding her gaze from him she looked up to the clock on the wall behind him, she still had plenty of time on her hands it seems. Not that she was getting bored, oh no quite the opposite maybe tonight she'd spend a little more time here just to play with this one. " I would not call that bold. " If she had wanted to be bold she would have done something to catch the attention of the club, if no one noticed then it was a tale unfit to be told. With one hand she grabbed her drink and swirled it around while the other helped her balance herself out as she too leaned towards him on the counter.
Let's see how he reacts to his personal space being invaded.
She was still quite a distance from him, though for some it would have been close enough to make them uneasy and unconsciously move away from her. Throwing her title around loosely? If he didn't know who she was the moment she had stepped into the club there was a big problem, and it did nothing to help the growing irritation she had for the man. Why the hell was he in her club? How annoying. She thought bitterly, all her strength in trying not to show any emotion on her features. If she didn't get answers soon she'd probably end the game and try throttling him across the room. Taking another sip from the drink she took the chance to look around, it was indeed getting much more empty and quiet though she could still hear the rumbling of the dancers and music upstairs. All she wanted before she left was a name, something to glue his face to. Later on he would regret crossing her this way, and as she thought about it she was not coming back to the club; he was going to be permanently going to be out of work for the rest of his life and she'd make sure of it. Though... Something wasn't quite right.
If he knew so little about her how had he known she was a heiress?
Who the hell are you?
" So you haven't worked here for a long time...? I'm sorry I didn't quite catch your name the first time. " She gave him an innocent smile, he hadn't given her his name, and she'd had to ask for it twice. It was odd, she'd never had to ask for something twice. And she almost narrowed her eyes at the challenge. He was getting quite good at evading questions, and people who evaded always had something to hide and people who hide something had guilty written all over their face. She'd studied law, she should know. You either lied to make yourself look good or to conceal something and if he was a simple bartender it wasn't to make himself look better; he wasn't trying to kiss a**. " If you didn't know who I was, how do you know I am a heiress? " That information had only been revealed to certain individuals, some of which were old patrons of the club and had recently stopped coming to the bar. It hadn't been leaked yet into the news that she was a heiress, most people just thought her money had come from her artistic career and the club. Was he a friend of the elderly patrons? " You never told me what happened to Fane... " She took another sip from the drink, her eyes dangerously sharp.
Was the game over so soon?

Smart girl.
Watching the woman, Trystans eyes flashed. At least she was smart, she'd caught some of his slip ups - whether they were on purpose or not. He watched her with the air of someone who just didn't care for titles, and would ignore them with all he had. Silly little thing. He thought to himself, placing his chin in his upturned palm as she replied that she was not what would be called bold. Trystan flashed his eyes with a coy smile. "I see." He said shortly in reply, analyzing the girl as best he could while she moved and balanced herself out. She leaned in towards Trystan, and the hitman could only lift one of his eyebrows in amusement. What was this girl trying to do? If she thought personal space was an issue with him, then she was dead wrong. Trystan was pansexual as hell, and didn't give a damn whether women were up in his face or not. Instead of moving away, or closer, Trystan stayed in one place with a sultry smile to hide the twisting anger in his gut. Trystan sighed internally, wondering just when he would get a chance to shoot this girl. It was true that most of the crowd had moved upstairs, but it was also true that the murder of an Heiress within her own club might prove some difficulty for Trystan to get away clean. How... aggravating.
When she asked for his name, Trystan cocked a smile. She wanted a name. Apparently, for her own ends as well. And Trystan highly doubted those were any good. Shrugging his shoulders up and down in a nonchalant way, Trystan glanced at her and smiled. "Bishop." He said loftily, waving a hand as if it were the equivalent of an unsaid apology. There was no lie in his words, it was true that his middle name was Bishop, and that his cover name was Bishop Lafraunte. It wasn't a troublesome thing to give out a name, especially one that hardly connected to him. The name itself was pretty popular in some places, though he didn't underestimate this girl in the least. He already knew she might suspect him of lying, though when he looked at people without any hesitation and gave away his name as if there wasn't any trouble with it, most people didn't even second guess him. "No, not long at all." He repeated to the first part of her question and glanced up when she asked how he knew she was a heiress. With an airy chuckle, Trystan stood up straight and then leaned against the counter so they were facing each other completely. This woman seemed like she would never give up. That was something Trystan liked at times.
"Love, with that walk, and that talk - those clothes, and that style, what else could you possibly be? I've met Heiresses before, and you seem to fit the looks of one." He paused, glancing her over. 'I've met Heiresses before' truly translated to 'I've shot them down and found no interest in them before.' "On top of that, there have been rumors floating around in the lower district that the new owner of the club was an heiress. I assure you, even if the information is thought to be barely known, chance is that people are already talking about it. Secrecy are a thing of the past." He cocked a grin. Shrugging his shoulders up, Trystan cocked his head to the side. It was true, Private Investigators, spies, hitmen, and the entire world of Organized Crime was made up of information revealed to everyone and anyone involved in the darker side of the Metropolis. When the girl talked about Fane, Trystan had to hold himself back from a grin. Oh Fane, poor Fane. The body wouldn't be found for days if Trystan was lucky. And even then, no one would really care. Just another John Doe, among many. "Madame, I was never asked." He told her fluidly, leaning to the side a bit with a smile. Never answer unless asked, a smart way to go. Revealing too much information could be deadly, revealing too little could be dangerous. "He came down with an illness. Theres been a virus going around these districts lately - I do hope you've heard of them?" A lie mixed with the truth - Drente was rotting, and because of that, illnesses and disgusting viruses were going around. To hear about one was like hearing about the weather.
Hardly important.

She narrowed her eyes just a bit in a challenging manner, this certainly proved that he wasn't your regular employee, or maybe he wasn't at all. No one would hit on their boss if they had half a brain, much less not move if their boss was this close. Alarm bells were jingling in her mind, but she wanted to know more; needed to know more. She wanted something to tick him off, something that would make him twist in anger and let loose whatever he was hiding. So without another moments hesitation she leaned in closer, leaving maybe a few inches in between them. This was probably why she hadn't chosen to marry back home, teasing was always nice and here the rules weren't as conservative as the one's she had been used to. Tilting her head ever so slightly she stared back, though her eye's weren't playful, in fact they had quite the menacing air about them. Her gut feeling was telling her to back off and leave him alone, to stop and just go dance upstairs and have fun. But then there was him and breaking all those rules, rules she of so carefully followed usually; that was what was pulling her in and she needed to make her point and leave. Snap back to reality Dreamer. She told herself, though she wasn't listening.
Feeling like a teenager again, she wouldn't be listening to anyone.
" So mister Bishop how long have you been bar tending? " She would keep her flirtatious tone on a low key and try to stay professional; even though right now the image they were portraying was all but professional. Not one form the media was allowed inside unless she authorized it, and only the managers watched the tapes from the camera's in the club; and so far the manager had been fired. She almost cringed when he called her love, pet names had never stuck to her, she'd never dated and didn't like any of the nicknames lovers gave each other; though it was probably because she didn't understand the feeling at all. Not only that but if the lower district knew she was a heiress and the nobles didn't... Well it almost made her burst out laughing, though the dealings that went down there weren't exactly things she'd would normally find herself the gossip of. This was quite troubling news, and what was one of her employee's with knowledge about the lower districts, if she remembered correctly, her workers were all middle class. She licked her bottom lip and then bit it, she`d found a hitch in what he was saying.
Her anger reaching it`s boiling point she grabbed onto his collar, of course not like an angry man who wanted to brawl with him but gently. A few seconds later Dreamer had yanked him forward with quite a force, though instead of their lips meeting she tilted her head back the other way so that her breath would meet his other ear. With his face over her shoulder she revealed her wings, they were grey and certainly not made of feathers, instead it looked like the wings were fog. Pressing her lips to his ear she murmured. " At first I didn't notice, but you underestimated me quite a bit. " Her tone of voice low and deadly, then she released him altogether, almost shoving him back across the bar; her wings gone just as quickly as she'd revealed them. As she through a lock of hair over her shoulder a womans hand wrapped around her hips and tugged her to the side slightly as another woman appeared. With the horns and the tail anyone would have taken the woman for the devils daughter, and indeed with the stunning looks the woman carried it was impossible to determine what she was exactly. " You're late. " Her voice having a soft lustfulness as she got extreamly close to Dreamer, who had a lazy smile on. " I appologize Natasha, something required my attention. " Natasha as the woman was dubbed turned her gaze to 'Bishop'. " The young men are not fun Dreamer, come plenty men and woman upstairs that are our ages. " She was tugging at Dreamer by the hips slightly, which if Dreamer hadn't known the woman since she'd enter the city would of gotten thrown out of her club. Though she soon followed Natasha's tuggs away from the bar, not before glancing back at 'Bishop'.
" I want you out of my establishment before I come back down. You're fired. " Dreamer ungrappled Natasha's grip from her waist so that they could lock arms, unlike Natasha who's sexuality was towards woman; Dreamer certainly did not float that boat. And then she turned her back to him and let Natasha lead her upstairs to the loud music and the smashing of sweaty bodies.

Snapping his eyes up as the woman tried to get close to him, Trystan almost growled, but kept it locked away under his calm demeanor. Never show your anger off to your opponents. After all, you've already lost if you're too caught up in attacking based on aggravation. Flashing his eyes as he watched her for any change, Trystan thrummed in the back of his throat, watching her quietly. She was quite a little devil - no wonder someone wanted her dead. However, there was something keeping Trystan from simply shooting her right then and there. Maybe it was the urge to play with her some more, overpowering the irritation he felt over the girl. Snap out of it, he wanted to say to himself out of aggravation. But at the same time he was quite amused by being so caught up in this little girls game. "Quite a while." He responded to the girl, tilting his head to the side as he watched her carefully. "Ten years to be exact." He thrummed as an afterthought, the words surprisingly holding the truth for once. Flashing his eyes to the girl, he made sure to keep a safe distance, not wanting her to do anything unexpected. Being in a brawl with a woman like this would certainly not be the smartest thing to do at the moment. Trystan sorely wished he hadn't chosen this job as he watched this girl. It had a good pay, but was simply much harder then his regular jobs. On top of that, the woman he had to shoot was someone he wasn't necessarily... inclined to. Trystan sighed. Whatever happened to simple shoot-and-be-done-with-it jobs. He thought irritably in his head.
Only to bite back a snarl when he was grabbed by his collar.
He had to stop himself from bringing out his gun, and wasn't all too surprised to see the girl unveil her wings. "Tsk, tsk, tsk." He said loftily to the girl, even as he was dragged forward. "You really are bold creature aren't you? That'll certainly be your downfall." He brought back his lips into a slight snarl when the woman whispered against his ear. Intimacy wasn't something he was ever inclined to enjoy. The man almost laughed out at her words, and was tempted to bite down on her pearl skin, but instead stayed still until she was done. He didn't want to hurt that pretty face too soon. Snarling, he let himself be pushed away and felt the metal pulse against his thigh. This girl... She was something else. Sighing, he brushed his hands on the rag and laid it down on the counter. Watching her counterpart show up with a slight look of disgust at such an open display of lust, Trystan flickered his eyes up and shook his head, a devilish smile on his face as the woman walked away. Was that it? Just a simple threat? She should have done something more then just display her wings against him. The non human blood in his veins pulsed with a violent rage that made him cringe. This was what drove him forward with violent murders. After all, his family wasn't into organized crime just because they wanted to be.
Sighing, Trystan exited from behind the bar after disposing of his apron and watched the two begin to ascend up the stairs. His options were endless, but the two he was torn between was a messy kill, or a swift clean game. Deciding on the second one, he pursued the woman and stopped her in her tracks with a coy arm wrapped around her shoulder, lightly dragging her away from her female counterpart. Nestling his chin into the crook of her shoulder, Trystan took this time to be the one to whisper into the girls ear. Payback. "I dont believe I was done talking to you." He said in a sultry manner. "Though I can understand if you didn't want to be held up. However, I would have expected more then a simple you're fired from you..." He purred out, lowering his voice between the two of them. His anger was nagging him to destroy this girl, but some part of his mind still wanted to play. "However, those words mean nothing to me - since I never worked for you in the first place." He flashed his eyes dangerously. "I thought you wanted to know who I was - are you giving up so quickly? You might have gotten some interesting information out of me had you played a bit longer. My, my, maybe I was wrong when I thought you were fun to play with." He shrugged his shoulders up and let go of the girl, sidling a bit down the stairs. "If thats all, Dreamer, then I must say farewell." Trystan smiled coyly. "You weren't that entertaining to play with after all."
Striding past her, he smiled venomously and then turned, beginning to disappear into the crowd that lined the second floor of the Papillon.
This game isn't over yet.

Dreamer had taken in everything he had told her, every single little detail that could help her identify him later on; well if he ever decided to spring up some trouble. Whatever he was or had been she'd dealt with the problem quite quickly, if she may say so herself. Not as quickly as she would have liked, considering the scene she'd almost caused, though she knew no one had been looking; no one would look or even know. And as they had continued to play the game, she wasn't quite sure anymore which part who was playing what as a result of them throwing tone's of voice and looks that were quite peculiar. This was part of the reason she hadn't blown Natasha away, her anger was getting the better of her and she didn't want that. Even now, she knew he was watching her carefully, watching her moves and her reactions. If he was trying to piss her off, he'd certainly succeed.
You little...
As soon as Bishop's hand had landed on her shoulder Dreamer had stopped, Natasha had kept going a few more steps until she realized what was happening and turned around; though she wished she never had. Dreamer was giving her a look that could kill, and as far as what Natasha new about Dreamer is that if she was showing how angry she was, whatever business she had with the bartender had better be left untold; so Natasha turned back around and went right upstairs to the dance floor. Her features were permanently set into a scowl until he would stop touching her, yes Dreamer did get quite close to people and yes sometimes on purpose; but when unforeseen strangers that utterly made her angry yet bizarrely attracting did, she turned as cold as ice. She let him tug her, though she made quite the statement to not so mildly push his hand off her shoulder. And now what was with him using such a provocative tone of voice with such dangerous features? If things would have been different, Dreamer would have purred. When he told her he didn't work for the Papillon, her head whipped to face his, bring them both nose to nose. She narrowed her eyes and glared, how dare he! 'Bishop' was treading on dangerous territory, especially as Grand Duchess no one stepped over her things. Her hands formed into fists and she just wanted to hit him or killing him would have been better; anything to physically cause him pain would have made her smile.
Giving up? What a joke.
Who does he think he is!
As she listened to his little speech the more she wanted to wrap her hands around his neck and choke the living life out of him, but she stayed quiet until he finally left. What he had said screamed out trap, but she didn't care. Now she really wanted to know, and everything was adding up now. He hadn't come here just to rial her up a bit, no if he was from the lower regions of town he was here for something much bigger. Should she follow him? No. Was she going to? Yes. he wanted to play tag, she would play tag; if he hadn't wanted her to chase after him he would never have come all the way up here. That daring side was getting the better of her, though maybe she could exchange something for the information? Use it against him later on. All these questions just buzzing around in her head like bee's were irritating her, but she did go after him. Actually, she grabbed onto to a part of his shoulder, dragged and yanked him to a corner of the club where no preying eyes could go and literally pinned him to the wall with her own body. As small and non lethal as she might look, Dreamer did posses a more... Destructive side that no one knew about.
" Now who the ******** are you and why were you here? "
Straight to the point.

The crowd was - as expected - quite large, with bodies sweating and panting against each other like animals in heat. Trystan moved through them like a shadow from years of experience, but he made damn sure that the woman following him would be able to catch up if she chose to do such a thing. Trystan smiled however, already predicting the girls actions. She wasn't that hard to figure out anyways - at least when she was mad. Trystan had to smile to himself. What a weird little thing she was, getting riled over the slightest tease. The crowd purred all around him, bodies brushing against his involuntarily as he counted down the seconds until he was pounced by a rather angry diva. Trystan had an impression that the girl wanted to wrap her hands around his neck and throttle him if given the chance, but was hoping that a similar feeling was enveloping her as well. The intent to kill, but the morbid interest in each other that would further their own ends stopped them from simply mauling each other to death. "Let's see what becomes of this." He said under his breath to himself, a snicker on his lips as a girl batted her eyelashes at him before disappearing into the lively crowd. Once or twice he was greeted with hands on his waist, but he simply brushed them off. He was waiting for much rough contact.
And three, two, one...
"Ah, there you are."
He smiled fluently to himself, his irritation dissolving into morbid entertainment despite the girls aggravating appearance. Allowing himself to be yanked across the room to a corner where no one dared go when other people were there, Trystan bit back a scowl as he was pushed to the wall by the entire girls body. She obviously needed to learn a thing or two about personal bubbles now, didn't she? Ridiculous. Deciding not to struggle at all, Trystan stared blandly back at her when she viciously asked her first blunt question. A thin smile fell onto his lips. What would be the best description? Why yes, he could go with the truth - he had promised her information after all. How would she react? Who knew. Trystan was in it for the interest he held in the girl - the pulse of demonic blood that drew him to the girl in a strange fascination. She was so weird, and it killed him that he couldn't just shoot her then and there. What was stopping him? It was so irritating.... Humming a bit, he tilted his head to the side, his obsidian hair glittering in the strobe lights. The dark room was only barely lit by neon, the dancers making for a perfect cover. "Blunt, baby. Thats a new trait." He said, cocking his head and staring into those angered silver eyes. Leaning down, he brushed his lips against her ear in the most alluring of manners.
"My name is Trystan Bishop Chevalier, Dreamer Josephine Eversong." He smiled. Anyone of high importance in the whole of the capital city knew the name Chevalier. And if they didn't, they were most likely in quite a lot of trouble. After all, the Chevalier Family was basically the equivalent of the kings of the world of Organized Crime. Anyone who threatened them or any of their members were disposed of.... and sometimes in the most gruesome of ways. A smile fell onto Trystans lips. Did this girl know of his family ties? What would her reaction be? If she killed him now, she'd have hell to pay with the rest of his relations. There were much scarier people then Trystan in the world of organized crime, and on top of that, in the Chevalier Family. They were not called true demons for no reason, after all. "I have been sent here to kill you."
Leaning away, Bishop smiled. He could be blunt too. He almost wanted to laugh at such an outcome. Hardly anyone was told who he was before he had killed them, and this provided even more of a problem given the circumstances. And the growing want for Trystan to keep this girl alive to play with a little more. Looking up as a new song pounded through the entirety of the floor, the bass vibrating through the floor, Trystan quirked a bit of a grin and looked back down at Dreamer. "I'd ask for some sort of information in return, because everything has a price, but I already know all that is interesting to know about you." He thrummed a bit and cocked his head to the side a bit again, glancing up with his dangerous steel blue eyes.
"At least your club has good choice in music." He thrummed for her to hear. "Care to dance?" He teased, waiting for the girl to pounce.
What will you do now, I wonder.

She glared at him as he used another pet name, gritting her teeth she bit her tongue so she could`t tempt herself from yelling and propelling him against another wall. She`d never felt this angry, angry enough to actually want to rip someone to shreds. Though she blamed her parents for this trait, she`d always gotten what she wanted when she wanted and no one had ever uttered a single no in her presence. And just to add to this, she had once decided the rules as judge for her people which only added oil to the fire. No one broke her rules, or meddled with her things, but this man had done both; driving her to the edge and literally throwing her to the sharks. Dreamer needed to calm down, just take a breather and start thinking straight before she did any more rash decisions like following him. Stupid... Her thoughts borderline murderous and well trying to keep herself calm. Through all the madness, she realized that there was something about him pulling her in. This thing is what made her calm down, relax the tension and just listen to what he had to say. When things got ugly, the best way to deal with them was staying calm; another life lessons she`d completely forgotten because of him. In a way, it was like he was blinding her and just trying to get her to cause her own mistakes.
Which was something she certainly did not want.
Her last resolve and by far one of the smartest thing she'd done tonight was shrug the shoulder he was near and move away from him, turning her back to him and just breathing. Though she'd heard what he had said, his name she locked away in her mind; she certainly knew who his family was. Largest crime family there could possibly ever been born, they thrilled for the kill; they were, if she thought about it quite like her race if her people weren't so reserved about killing. Actually if she remembered correctly, she'd been invited to a rare party of their's... Though quite entertaining, she knew they simply were getting a profile of her and this was probably where Trystan had gotten her full name; much to her growing irritation. Though now, killing Trystan would force her to return home and if she was forced back home... She scowled, that was not an option. At her age she would have maybe a few more years before she needed to start a family and that settling down wasn't really something she was keen to; especially with the one nighters she'd been having recently. Crossing her arms she only barely turned to him. " Kill me... Why haven't you done so? " Dreamer guessed it was because they weren't alone, they hadn't been until now.
Dreamer laughed out loud when he said he knew everything about her, though the sound probably didn't make it to him because of the music; one of her favorite songs too. Trystan had been right about one thing, information did come with a price; though what did he want to know? If he thought himself of being all high and mighty because of what he already knew, what information could she give him? " If you know everything about me then, what would you like for this information you have revealed to me? " Her tone of voice loud though sounded uninterested, which she was. If Trystan was a Chevalier, then there was not a better person to keep her secrets; then again... people could always buy him off for the information. She sighed, rubbing her temples. Relax... You should be having fun instead of getting all huffy and puffy with him. She did want to dance, but dance with him? That would just be awkward, especially considering she didn't exactly know where that would go; dancing and drinking with someone that wanted to kill you was not exactly the best route to take. And the one's she did dance, she picked and brought one home and she just couldn't exactly see herself doing that with a killer.
" Dance? You're kidding right? "

Watching as the girl backed off, Trystan almost smiled. Finally a bit of room. Not that he really cared either way - being almost asexual as it was if not for those few insane moments in his life - but it was still nice to see her giving both of them some room. No one wanted to accidentally sink their claws in too soon. And that was bound to happen if either of them let themselves get too carried away. Easing his tense muscles, Trystan stared at the girls back, trying to place what was drawing him to her. The only thing that was making him ease into a not so angry position. This had only ever happened around others in his family, their similar blood traits either attracting like magnets and soothing their absolute need for carnage, or repelling each other to the point that it was dangerous for some of them to be in the same room together. Thankfully, with this girl, it seemed to be a mixture of both, resulting in a horrible need for both destruction, and morbid interest. Relaxing against the wall, Trystan crossed his arms, feeling better now that he wasn't dealing with her in such a close vicinity. Instead of wanting to rip her apart, now he could think clearly as his blood stopped boiling like venom.
Watching for any signs of recognition, Trystan lifted his head a bit, making sure to keep an eye on any unpredictable movements. The girl seemed to be contemplating something - probably to do with his family. Ah, so she'd heard of them? That was good at least, Trystan didn't want this fancy heiress to not know about the people who could easily take down the largest, richest families in the upper district by simply raising a finger. Their only known threats were other large Criminal Families, and even then, they'd been known as top dogs. Listening to the girl speak, he rose an eyebrow, noting that Dreamer was taking this far better then some of the other people who learned of his intentions. Most of them cried, or laughed, or did both at the same time. It was ridiculous in a sense, but Trystan could probably care less. Sighing, Trystan cocked his head and stared at the girl, silver berating steel blue. "I don't feel like it." He said dryly, his face showing absolute boredom as if the question itself were that obvious. "You're interesting - anyways, it's not rational to kill in public." He smiled and shrugged, knowing that the girl had probably already guessed as much. Even if he did however, chances of him being caught were slim to none - no one dared to oppose his family, and Trystan shamelessly used that as an excuse to slip out of most of his offhand situations.
Pushing away from the wall as the music reached a chorus, Trystan grinned to the beat of the bass and put his hands on his hips. Listening to her, he shrugged and made no move to go anywhere. This girl was clever, but was she playful? Ah, that was the question. Even though she'd played a game with him earlier, Trystan wondered whether or not she'd be interested now. His growing irritation was only disrupted by his curiosity to know more about this stranger, but he had to remember to be careful. Getting too involved was certainly not a good idea. His family did not take well to people snooping around, even if they were snooping around in one of the mutt's of the families business. "I've no idea." He responded loftily to her question with a shrug. Trystan's facade was still hanging strong, but he was starting to wear thin on patience as this girl continued to berate him with questions instead of accept his invitations. Chuckling a bit at the question about dancing, Trystan shrugged his shoulders up, looking in dry humor at the girl.
"Why in the world would I ask if I was just kidding?" Trystan said, vaguely interested. Taking a step forward, he swiveled around her like a predator eyeing its prey. "Its alright if you dont want to though - unless its because you aren't quite the dancer. Then that would simply be sad." Now Trystan knew he was pushing buttons, but he was curious as to the results of what would happen if he did. Morbidly curious.
"Should I ask again, my dear Heiress?"

Dreamer breathed, she was thinking now. Her features were set in stone, she was stuck in between decisions; leave or stay and have fun with him. The latter was sounding quite tempting, and she did want to see what would happen. At least she`d calmed down, hopefully he would have calmed down as well; things would go smoothly from now on. What was perturbing about the whole thing is that he apparently didn`t feel like killing her, now that coming from a Chevalier could have been taken two ways. Either as a compliment since he did say she was interesting, she didn`t exactly know what could have possibly made her interesting enough to save her life, except for what species she was from. Or a little frightful that someone else would come and do the job for him, and that was in it`s self was worrisome. Dreamer didn`t exactly want to start a war between their families, both could possibly devastate Vargash if they truly wanted to; that would be horrifying. She turned to him briefly, studying his features to maybe try and determine what was on his mind. Did he want to keep playing? Turning her complete back to him again she smiled.
Dreamer wanted to play.
From the corner of her eye she watched him move and then finally plant himself in front of her, well at least he hadn't grabbed her... Yet. She looked up to meet his gaze, the corner of her lips curling into a sly smile and her eyes glinting playfully. " If I did not dance, I would make for a poor club owner don't you think? " Her brow lifting curiously, she gave him an up and down look judging to see if he would be someone she'd dance with; her eyes stopping on his tie. Slowly she reached out to his neck, not exactly sure how someone like him would react to someone moving to his neck. Gently she undid the tie and threw it to the ground, then she undid the first two buttons of the shirt and took a small step back. " I suggest taking you're shirt out of your pants. " She'd taken a step back to not only looking him over, but because she'd felt intimately uncomfortable taking the tie off of him. The only time she took the time to take an item of clothing off a man, well... It wasn't to go dance. She even averted her eyes from him so that he could do what she'd suggested, not that she didn't want a peak; she just wanted to know if the Chevaliers bodies were as refined and taunt as people said they were. Dreamer wasn't one to refuse her lust side, but for now...
Let's lock it. And she turned her back once more to smile.
" I hope you've danced in a club before, it can get quite... Animalistic. " Turning her head she gave him a teasing smile and extended her hand to grab onto his hand. Gentlly tugging him, she put his hand over her shoulder and brought him to went straight for the dancfloor. Dreamer spotted the usual group of people she dancered with, Natasha already indulging herself inbetween two girls. Dreamer snickered quietly, looking back to see if Trystan was still following behind her; of course he would be, this had been his idea. That's when it clicked in, why was Trystan wasting his time dancing? What was the motive behind this? Almost stopping dead in her tracks, she continued to weave them through the crowd. People already trying to touch and dance with her, but she only did stop and turn once she had found a good spot amist the bodies. I hope he can dance properly. She didn't want to be the only one dancing, if he just stood around she'd feel like a pole dancer and the pole would be Trystan.
