The technician was happy, hapy that all they had to do was lead them to the boss and leave. She was nervous...she didn't even like going near that door..the one that lead to the basement..or rather dungeon..that contained all the dangerous sins. It gave her the willies going even just passed the heavily locked door.
Still she rocked on her heels nervously as she waited for the child to come. She only had to take him there...she reminded herself. And unlock the door...yeah that was it...

Teyr moved more slowly than usual, reluctant to go back to this place. Everything was happening so fast- the boy at the restaurant, Zwei raiding the file cabinet, Bernard explaining about their parents. Teyr knew that Ennea wasn't his real mother. At the same time, he was quite content not knowing who was.
Now that he knew, Teyr was pained by the knowledge. Humility didn't seem like it was supposed to be a bad thing, but Teyr knew that it was what made him always wrong, since Bernard said it was why he always apologized. And Gluttony was even worse! But that's who he was visiting, and he was terrified.
Not quite sure how to comfort the boy, Bernard kept one hand on his shoulder and steered him towards the technician. "Is this where Teyr meets-" he paused, and glanced at the letter in his hand- "Kerylia?" Calling it by its proper name made the experience seem less nervewracking. That it would be difficult was not a question; Bernard expected something visually disturbing, and it was for that reason that he, not Ennea, accompanied Teyr on this trip.

The woman looked up suddenly as she heard the voice she tried to collect herself.
"Ah..yes. I ..i. will be bringing you to the Boss...he will be the one who will take you to him." She murmured sounding a bit frightened, she looked down to the child who was part humility and gluttony..he didn't seem very scary...but he was part of one ofthe scariest demons here.
"T..this way." She stammered as she lead them towards the locked door. With fumbling hands she unlocked the numerous pad locks and other locks and then opened to the door. The door opened to a narrow stairwell that was dimly lit.
"H...he is waiting for you at the bottom..." she said glad that her part of this meeting was soon over.

"The Boss?" Bernard asked, surprised. He had assumed it was just a routine visit. But on second thought, maybe it would be for the best. He had a few things he wanted to say, if given the chance.
Teyr shivered. "Have to go?" he asked, his voice quavering. He hadn't argued on the way there, but now his fear outshone his desire to not cause anyone trouble.
But it was no good. "It'll be fine," Bernard said encouragingly, gently shoving Teyr over to the door. That it was under such guard unnerved even him, but he kept moving. The sooner they arrived, the sooner they could leave.

The stiarwell was dimly lit and rather narrow and long...but once at the bottom a rather tall man stood there his silver hair seemed to nearly glitter I the dimly lit hallway. He wore his usual business attire, his golden eyes locked onto the two as they neared.
He nodded his head in greeting. "Kerylia is this way." He announced as he half turned to lead the two down the hallway.
The entire setting screamed dungeon. All it lacked was the scurrying of rats and torches. They moved past J'her's cell...and then Shar's cell and finally arrived to the gluttons.
The gluttony demon was doing what he did best, eating. Fully engrossed in the spread before him the biggest note was that though there was plenty of regular food in the cell there was also a rather large bull carcuss that was half eaten. He was currently shoving desserts into both mouths.
Vampy paused and allowed the pair to observe the glutton in his element before saying anything.
"A true glutton in his element." He spoke with a vague wave in the direction of the foul creature.

Bernard narrowed his eyes as he saw the man at the bottom of the stairway. The boss, presumably. But it was a bad time for a confrontation, and he decided to save his complaints for later, instead focusing on the garish decor. Maybe that wasn't the best idea, but he wanted to be alert... just in case.
It took every ounce of Teyr's courage not to run away. The hallways looked like something out of a villain's evil lair, and the guy leading them rather looked like the bad guy himself. But if he was a bad guy, Teyr had to be strong. He couldn't wimp out now, no matter how badly he wanted to.
When they finally got there, Teyr simply stared in awe. He'd never seen that much food before! And the guy who was eating it... he gulped nervously. He was torn, unable to watch, but unable to look away.
"I see," Bernard said evenly. What had he been thinking, bringing a child to see this? Even a drop in Teyr's already low level of confidence would have been better. But it was too late for regrets now.

The golden eye'd man only turned his attention back to the glutton and watched as he continued to consume the vast amounts of food in front of him.
"Well? You can ask him anything you want...though weither he will answer is another thing.." He stated after a few moments of drawn out silence.
Through the two way intercom all one could hear was the sound of munching.

There was nothing Teyr could think of to ask. In fact, there was nothing Teyr could think of in general. His mind was blank as he watched, unable to look away, unable to even think beyond the fear that filled him. But alongside that fear, though he didn't feel it yet, was a sense of longing. A part of him wanted to be doing that too, even as it terrified him.
Bernard kept his hands firmly planted on Teyr's shoulders. The scene didn't scare him- he'd seen worse carnage on battlefields, though nothing quite this revolting- but he was angry. "I have a question," he said through gritted teeth. "Why are we here? Why do you see it fit to show this to a child?"

Vampy only smiled faintly at the question that was asked of him. He stood with his hands folding in front of him before shifting his weight slightly from his left foot before replying.
"Doesn't every child deserve to know their origins?" he answered the man's question with his own. He gestured with one hand to the demon before him,
"You could of taken your child to meet his celestial side first, but there is nothing wrong with acknowledging what they are, even the darker parts." He replied calmly. The gluttony demon had continued to scarf down food...not even acknowledging the trio's presence.
