.::This is an independant topic, rather then posted in Twilight because of the extended period of time this could potentially consume.::.

During a regular day about the factory region known as Aekea, the peace was terribly disturbed as workers and by-passers alike stood still, and gazed up at the sky. Rough, ominous black clouds were forming rapidly from thin air, and began to circle like the beggining of a tornado.

Naturally, there was terror amongst the wittnesses, running about in fear for their lives.

It was a meere minute or so later, the burst of flames appeared. In a firey display, thin air exploded in the center of the swirling ring of clouds, raining down flames and cinders.

Once the smoke and flames cleared, a previously non-existant collasium(sp?) floated via means unknown. A mighty, enormous stadium of epic historic proportions, that made the roman collasium look like a pitiful sand box. Its structural appearance however, wasn't unlike the roman landmark.

In the center of the massive, long-stretch of battle grounds, stood a single podium, the symbol of a gold medal marked on it.

With a flash of light, a man appeared standing at the top of the podium. With long white robes, laurels(sp?) adorning his head, and pointed elvish ears, he stood near 6''5.

Smirking, he gave a wave of his hand, and a thought was passed out. Invading radio's, speakers, television broadcasts, along with the more mystic means of media transfer, I.E: Telepathy, visions.

"Good evening, beings of Gaia. I, am Gaara, Master of games. I have come, to invite the most powerful of Gaia's beings, to a tournament which will pit each of you against eachother, to see, who is the strongest."

For an unexplained reason, a small stone, marked with a rune appeared before various people, on table tops, in hands and alike.

"YOU are the elites, the ones, that I consider honoured guests. For those of you, which requier insentive...The prizes, will be great, and of un-imaginable value. Come now! And show your talents to the world! Though please, ALL are welcome in my game, if you wish to fight, seek me out."

The transmision then ended.

To start things off, there will be first, the over-all bout. This means, randomly drawing numbers (Via dice roll.) and allocating characters with a partner to fight. Going up through the ladder.

Later, there will be other bouts, with restrictions, such as::

Un-armed.
Magic/power restricted/barred.
Species.
Transformations.

Etc...

With a great deal of enthusiasm, Gaara gave a wave of his hand, and with harsh gushing winds, the dust was tossed about within the arena. He then exposed his open palm to the sky above, despite his already being in the air. He the released a large flare of fiery energy.

The spearing rocket of energy rocketed high into the atmosphere, before exploding with a glorious display of lights that brought a dim glow to Gaia.

"I declare the games, OPEN!"

((Alrighty, as soon as people start showing up, we'll get this a** loaded, and up the hill.))

On the outskirts of Aekea, there was a long trail of disturbed earth, moving in a straight line at a high speed. Once the movement reached the cliff face, that dropped down into Aekea, Kenki blurred into focus, coming to a sharp halt, toes hanging over the edge.

With his old ANBU mask covering his face, his hair swayed in the gentle breeze. He folded his arms about his chest, covered by his raven second skin suit. His customized twin bladed katana hung from his shoulders, the elaborately gold laced hilt looming over his shoulder, as his kodachi sat horizontally over his rump.

He wore three satchel bags on his belt, one under his kodachi, and the other two on his right side. He also carried several small pots that hung from his belt, and a series of small round orbs laced his sides, one line on either side, just below his pecs and abit outward.

In the right light, it was still near impossible to notice the countless lengths of string that was wrapped about his torso, that seemed to wrap around, or be attatched in some way to all of his items.

On his back, he carried a large keg, and with every movement he made, came the sound of liquid sloshing about inside the keg. His crimson samurai gownings however were tied around his waist in the fashion one would tie a jacket by the sleeves.

Staring upward into the heavens, his eyes narrowed at the structure behind his mask. There he stood for a good ten or so minutes, simply staring at the sky, as his hair and tail whipped about gently in the wind.

Should I...I've already temporarily re-joined the ANBU as a favour to my allies in Sound. Will this be going too far?

Your worried about your life, assassin? Or perhaps the lives of those you've sworn to protect in that new village, I cant even recall the name.

Hidden mountain, and no, My life is almost meaningless to me at this point, thats why I guard that village, and the students within. Not to mention teech.

"Ok then."

With that, and after being egged on by Kyubi, he pulled a scroll from the satchel under his kodachi, and bit down on both his thumb prints. After wiping the blood on all of his fingertips, he then made a series of hand seals, incorporating the scroll in each one. He then gripped both ends with his fingers, smudging the blood on the parchment, and held the scroll out as the final seal.

A gust of wind suddenly built up around his feet, disturbing the dust, and he put the scroll away again. Kenki then crouched low, before sprining upward. His feet barely made an inch from the ground, before he vanished.

Moments later, he appeared in the center of the arena, his feet a few inches from the ground. After falling to his feet once more, he gave a sigh, before wiping the blood on his fingers off on his raven insulation suit.

It took him a brief time, though Kenki noticed Corbin's presence behind him, and he slowly turned his masked face to the dark figure. Behind his mask, his left eye narrowed at Corbin, such a monstrous looking being he wasn't used to.

Dripping with a disgusting black sludge, what seemed to be bat wings adorning the head, glowing green eyes and a sadistic and unnatural grin decorated with dangerous fangs. Not to mention what appeared to be five swords.

The feeling his got from the being sent a slight chill down his spine, though his ussual poker attitude concieled the slight fear he had from the naked eye, although he wasn't aware of Corbin's soul sight.

Without turning to look at Dope, Corbin chuckled.

"Well, Roan and Bard should be here any moment, as well as Dagoth, if he has the balls to show up after mouthing off so much."

He then turned his head and smirked down at Dope, as the gunk covering his body peeled away from his body and vanished into the ground.

*Dropping in next to aeita mubi looked over at the other people stood around, when his gaze hit Kenki he had to mentaly restrain himself from drawing ensui. Village of sound anbu member kenki a jinchuuriki here perhaps this mission would be easier than he thought, never would he have dreamed accepting this mission would lead him to one. He grinned and turned to aeita his deep eyes glowing with a small joy.*

So when do we start? Im looking forward to this thank you for the room.
