13 Chairs are set apart from each other for the 13 captains, There seems to be enough room between each one for their lieutenants to stand. Towering above them is the stands for the central 46. 45 of its members sit in wait for the captains and Kagaya to arrive, white screens cover their face in fear that their identity's will be discovered. Outside of the building are rows of shinigami waiting to see their captains as well as the one marked for treason. It has been many many years sense the last trial and most of them are witnessing it for the first time. A area with 4 polls sticking out of the ground in marked for Kagaya to stand. This area is set so that his restraints can be connected to the polls allowing extra safty.
A few yards in front of the area is a tall podium for Robert Edwoods to stand while questioning and issuing the sentence to Kagaya. The room is filled with a large amount of pressure not only from the many eyes peering down on them but because of all the riatsu's in one building.

Kagaya walked into the room with some help from Kei and Yukari. He stood in front of four poles and kei fastened his restraints to them. He was forced to stand, his body becoming colder and colder. He couldn't feel anything any longer, his body numb.

She looks at Kagaya. "I'll ask Kira-chan if I can release my Zanpackto to help you warm up. Nothings warmer then a large red and black wolf. Or I could call Suzu in." She whistled and a hyper grey wolf ran in. And sat next to Kagaya. Yukari pat the wolf. "Meet, Suzuran. She helped Tenn with his Kidou training. Don't ask how I found her please." The wolf barked softly and nuzzled Kagaya's hand. [/color]

After Kei fastened the restraints, he gave everyone a bow. "I am sorry, but I cannot attend the hearing. I have matters to attend to." He glanced towards Kagaya. "Good luck. I hope the best for you." Kei turned, and exited the room.

Yukari looks at Kei. "Kei. What are the chances Kagaya will live through this?" She asked so only he could hear her. She knew the chances were very slim. She took the ribbon out of her hair and handed it to the wolf who sat beside Kagaya calmly. It took the ribbon in it's mouth. She would Send Suzu to go get Kuroi for the trial soon. The ribbon had a note tied in saying. -Hi mister no smiles. Trial is starting soon. Your allowed in. So Hurry. Oh And Akino-chan got hurt. Don't worry please.-

Kei stopped walking as he heard Yukari speak to him. "If he can convince them that he did not defect, and it was Aizen who forced him to go, than he may get away without being executed. Kidnapping a captain though... that is quite severe. Right now, all you can do his hope for the best." Kei gave her shoulder a supporting squeeze, than left the room.

Making his way in slowly, looking a little better after his nap in the street, Seto walked over to the chairs and took a seat, looking around the building. He had a feeling things were not going to be easy...but the sentence would not be too severe as to warrant an execution. ~Over 200 years....not by much, but it's been a little longer...back then I was still in my last year at the academy...and now I'm sitting inside as a trial will commense. It's as exciting as it terrifying...~ Leaning forward, he put his hands together, trying to relax a little.

he took the note from suzu, reading it. his eyes narrowed, giving the red irises a predatory look. he wrote down his response.not coming yukari taichou. something doesnt feel right. not sure what, but its enough to bother me. watch edwood. I dont trust him. Im going to keep an eye out here in seireitei. -K.he slipped from his tree branch and jumped to a roof top.*

Yukari got the note back. She had been sitting in her seat. Kei made her feel a bit better. She sighed softly letting Suzu eat the note after She read it. Suzu went and sat by kagaya to keep him a bit warmer and to keep an eye on everything. She looks at Seto. "Tired Seto?" She looked at his expression. "Or just as uneasy as me?"

"Kuroi..." Kei yelled out as he spotted the Fukutaichou. "I am surprised to see you here..." He said as he looked up towards the shinigami. "She is quite stressed, you know."

Walking into see the trial Drake noticed that Kagaya already made his way in and Yukari was also here,Kagaya has even for both gulity and not gultiy to be executed, but past the matter at hand I want to see how this turns out. I have no unearthly idea what has been happening for the past week and a half, being stuck in a chair monitoring the world of the living was making me sleep more, and all because of one espada that has been a pain for weeks Drake said as he yawned. Kagaya as someone watching over him...or something that will get him out of this.

I know kei." he tended to drop titles from names when he was anxious or angry.* akino was attacked and injured, during an attempt on kagayas life. any ordinary assassination would have left it to only kagaya, they wouldnt chase down anyone else without killing their target. somethings going to happen. by the way. kagaya warned me Aizens trying to get the captains and lieutenants alone and seperated. easier to kill. warn the others for me.Im going on ahead." he shunpo'd away.*

Yukari saw Drake. "Hello Drake." She said softly. She looked back to kagaya looking concerned. She didn't bother to hide it. But did after a few moments. And if you must think negativly please keep it to yourself and not say it aloud. Some of us don't wish For Kagaya-kun to die." She usually never used Honnorifics. Only with Akino, kuroi Kira and Kagaya. She used Kun with Kagaya because she more then liked him. She used Chan with Akino and Kira because she saw them as friends. And As for Kuroi she called him Kun or Onii-chan (Might have gotten that mixxed up with big sister) Because she saw him as a older sibling. Although she teased him she respected him greatly.

"Kuroi... You're right, nothing seems right. I am about to go do something, something that.... well, you'll see." Kei stood there and watched Kuroi shunpo away, than he turned and started to head back towards Central 46.
