Given Name: Nusumu (盜) (?) Elemental Name: not yet! (formerly Wood) Lucidity: unknown
Birthdate: 10-11 Birthplace: Karyasihu
Age: 11 Height: 4' Character: Sneaky Talent: Sneaky Baking (!) Aspiration: Ninja Chef (... you just rock, Wen. XD; <3)
Sun Sign: the Merchant Shrewd, sensible, charismatic, worldly, sometimes greedy. Moon Sign: the Philosophers Sociable, quick-witted, curious, with a complex inner life.
Mother: Nusumu does not remember her. Father: Nusumu does not remember him. Spouse: None, but maybe someday~
Likes: Likes: Being sneaky, pastries/sweets, pretty fabrics, stuffX1743937 Dislikes: Not getting what she wants, being scolded, plans gone awry, bacon Interests: Baking, sneaking, Kirigami, collecting everything she can get her hands on Health issues: Sensitive to loud noises, prone to headaches Romantic inclinations: Gongjin~~~
Important stuff/Personality info:
Nusumu is sneaky. When not around those she cares about, she generally prefers to go unnoticed and watch. She is good at being unobtrusive when she wants to, and even when in plain sight, is observant and notices more than she may appear to. She has a knack for making small objects "disappear" into a sleeve or pocket, though she does this less than she did when she was a child, and usually with unimportant knickknacks. Even she isn't sure if she does it for the item or for the action of taking it, but to her it is necessary to swipe things fairly often, or else she will start to feel rather uncomfortable. A more recent game of hers is replacing things she has taken, though she is less fond of this one.
While she is evasive and cunning when needed, with her friends she is quite straightforward. She is fairly easy to read emotionally, and her actions are usually obvious. When she is thinking about something else, it's actually quite easy to surprise her. While at first Nusumu did not place much importance in friends, she has grown to realize just how much they mean to her, and would go to any lengths to help them. She is not very good at making new friends short of bribery with baked goods, and clings to the ones she has.
While supposedly an adult, Nusumu never quite finished maturing mentally. She thinks of herself as a grown woman, but acts immature frequently, teasing and sulking at her friends. She has a number of attachments (to Sneaky, to her friends, to her stuff) that she cannot quite function without. In addition, Nusumu has developed a strong insecurity; while she does not value her sneaking skills any less, she is beginning to realize how little she knows, and the consequences of this. Afraid that this and her attachments will render her "defective" and useless to those she cares about, she pushes herself even harder to learn new skills. At the present time, she tends to swing between the extremes of "fiercely determined" and "pity party guilt trip."
It should also be noted that Nusumu is hopelessly in love with Gongjin, constantly amazed by his kindness, his intelligence, and admittedly, the fact that he likes her in spite of her faults. While they are both too young to do much about it now, she does have occasional daydreams about a life together... tempered by how Sneaky would react, which is the main reason they are only occasional. If Nusumu had one wish, it might very well be for Sneaky to get along with Gongjin. For now, though, she can only hope... and also hope that she gets to see him more often.

Given Name: Xue (since coming to live with DS, he has been given the surname Satourne, but doesn't really notice- it's more for census papers. XD; ) Elemental Name: not yet! Lucidity: unknown
Birthdate: 10-3 Birthplace: Karyasihu
Age: 6 Height: 3'8" Character: Playful Talent: Does an overactive imagination count? Aspiration: Monster Hunter unknown
Sun Sign: the Merchant Shrewd, sensible, charismatic, worldly, sometimes greedy. Moon Sign: the Water-Bearer Kindly, eccentric, intelligent, flirtatious, not always reliable.
Mother: Xue does not remember her. Father: Xue does not remember him. Siblings: No biological siblings that he is aware of, but two adopted brothers and a small swarm of adopted sisters. ^^; Spouse: Ack! Too young!
Likes: Drawing (especially monsters), playing pretend, being helpful Dislikes: Being alone, scary monsters, heights, yelling Interests: Drawing, cooking, games of all kinds Health issues: None that we are aware of~ Romantic inclinations: None thus far. Xue pretty much loves everybody. XD;
Important stuff/Personality info:
Firstly and foremostly, Xue is friendly. Extremely friendly. He loves just about everyone, and is constantly trying to pull new and old friends alike into games and fun activities. If the people around him don't participate, he becomes sad and discouraged, and will usually take it personally unless an explanation is offered. He is quickly bored, but also easily entertained, because everything soon becomes a game to him. Xue manages to simultaneously treat every situation both seriously, and as though it were a game. It is then a mystery: if Xue treats everything like a game, then are games not serious? They are to him; Xue is quite competitive and plays to win, and while he can sometimes be a sore winner, he is usually a gracious loser and encourages his opponents (all the while pumping up his own self confidence).
Hyper? Does not even begin to describe. 99% of the time he seems to have inexhaustible energy, and always, always, always wants to play. He tends to tire out the people he's with quickly if they aren't prepared for him. He also pelts them with questions, but doesn't always stick around to listen to the answers. His attention span is miniscule, and it seems as though he frequently hops from one subject to another. Unless, of course, the subject is monsters. Xue considers himself an expert on monsters, and will frequently personify ordinary fears (like the dark, or spiders) as monsters. His overactive imagination supports this, so that when he is finished with his explanation he too is convinced that the Falling Monster really exists. Or the Stage Fright Monster. Or even the Clown Monster!
Even when people are busy and *gasp* don't have time to play with him, Xue prefers being in a large group to being alone. Some solitude is alright, but after too much time in his own company, Xue becomes anxious and needs to be with others. If left on his own for too long, his imagination can turn against him, and he will start seeing monsters in every corner, which not even he can banish. This may be one reason that he still sleeps with his brother Karan, even though they are both old enough to have their own rooms.
In addition, Xue is both incredibly dense and frightfully naive. While he is occasionally capable of deep insight, he takes most things at face value. Unless he has a blatant reason not to believe something, chances are he will. It is quite easy to deceive him, a fact he has yet to realize, and has already been hurt more than once by people trying to pull a fast one on him. Then again, the person who fools Xue most often is himself.

Given Name: Tenryuu (腆竜?) Elemental Name: Wood Lucidity: High Lucid
Birthdate: 8-12 T702 Birthplace: Green Shore, Toukoku
Age: 18 Height: 4'10" Character: Brash Talent: Valor Occupation: Dragon Knight
Sun Sign: the Judge Outgoing, magnanimous, concerned with justice and community. Moon Sign: the Spearman Bold, excitable, aggressive, stubborn, dedicated to self-improvement.
Mother: Tenkyuu, Lucid Heaven, who was also once a Dragon Knight Father: Ryouga, Dreaming Earth, now deceased Spouse: --
Likes: Exercise, friendly competition, spicy food Dislikes: Gloomy people, politics, people who cannot keep secrets Interests: Martial arts, the lives of famous tacticians, smithing Health issues: Still tends to get acne now and then Romantic inclinations: Admires young men, but hasn't found the right one yet
Personality info/Important stuff:
[put Wen's info here]
Tenryuu treated life like a game until her father's death. That loss, and its effect on her mother, made her make the conscious decision to become serious. She works hard at what she does and even takes the appearance of a boorish warrior, rather than the intelligent woman she is.
However, Tenryuu may not be as grown up as she thinks she is. She is not always aware of the effect her words have on others, and frequently teases others (notably Setsushi). She overestimates her abilities at times, and is almost always confident in them. Having let her guard down somewhat, she sometimes speaks without thinking and says something she doesn't mean (or at least something she wishes she hadn't said). She likes children and still identifies with them, making her current line of work actually fairly enjoyable for her. She appreciates a good challenge and won't hold back from a fight, unless the purpose is to teach a lesser-skilled opponent. While she enjoys history and other select areas of learning, in general she prefers physical activity.
While her current job is relatively enjoyable, Tenryuu still misses her old work terribly. Not because of any powerful desire to fight, but because there, she was making a difference. Her overall goal is to protect those who cannot protect themselves, but she knows that she cannot be everywhere at once. Because of this, her secret desire is to make some kind of change in the world that benefits those she cannot reach. She is an idealist, but one who is willing to put as much work as necessary into making her ideas reality. It is for this reason, as well as what she has observed from her mother, that Tenryuu tries so hard to remain neutral in the highly polarized court atmosphere. She fears that allying herself anyone, even if it benefits her and her ideas, will make her less effective in the long run.
Tenryuu does like young men, but has not really met any that she fancies yet. The closest would be her mother's former squire, now fellow Dragon Knight, Sir Setsushi. While she cannot say what it is she likes about him, she admires him a great deal. Any romantic interest, however, was effectively ended when she met Fifth Imperial Princess Rika, who is also an admirer of Setsushi. While Tenryuu is still fond of Setsushi in a way different than what she feels for anyone else, she has essentially given up romantic inclinations and keeps her eyes open for someone else. She would like to marry someone much like her father- kindly, supportive, and nurturing. While she has no intention of giving up her livelihood as a Knight, she wants to remain closer to home when she has children of her own, to be supportive, and as such has taken a minor interest in household chores like cooking and sewing.
... tbc, brain died.
