With a loud snap, the main lights in the mansion suddenly shut off, plunging everything into blackness. Slowly, the emergency lights flicked on, small bulbs at the bases of the walls that emitted a dull glow, enough so that you didn't walk right into a wall, but not enough to be useful beyond that.
Low shuffling sounds could be heard from the shadows, like someone walking, but dragging their feet as they did so. A faint aroma of death was in the air, almost imperceptable, but it was there.
Okay, here's the deal:
Some of the teachers have been zombified (Cyclops, Storm, Jean, Wolverine, and Emma Frost). They are the main zombies, and will begin infecting people. When someone is "defeated", "killed", whatever, they are dragged off by the zombie horde, and a zombie version of them appears. The goal is to stay alive as long as possible, and avoid getting zombified. Try not to get your comrades killed, as you have a much better chance of survival if you're in groups.
That's about it, so get out there, and start bustin' some zombies!
Oh, and try not to blow up the mansion.

"What the?" Markus said irritated as the lights went out and the emergency lights flicered on. "What gives here?" He poked his head out of his room and saw someone shambling down the hall. "Hey? what's going on here?"

{Finally, someone posted! Now's my chance to be badass!}
The form shuffling down the hall turns to stare at Markus with it's soulless, staring eyes. It emits a low moan, and turns towards him, it's feet dragging across the ground. With a sudden burst of speed, it lunges at him, arms outstretched, an animal snarl escaping it's lips.
Suddenly, it stops mid-stride, as if it has hit something. With the unmistakable sound of a blade through flesh, the thing that had just lunged towards Markus splits cleanly in two from the waist up, and falls to the floor, a dark puddle forming underneath it. Morgan stands behind where the creature fell, his blade soaked in it's blood.
"Do not let those things near you. I've already seen them take two students," he said gruffly.

"Ggggrrreeeaaattt...." He said. "Just what I needed a trip through the nightmare house...." He reached in and tossed Morgan a towel. "Dry off..." He formed one of his arms into a blade. "So now what? We go find everyone else and bail out of this place?"

Rachael sighed as she soaked in the tub. After a long day she just deeded to relax. *Bzzerp* The lights died. gonk "Aaaaaahhhhhh come on!!!" crying "Why me!" She sat up and pulled the plug in the drain. "So much for relaxing...." She heard shuffling outside the door. "Occupied!" She called out. Thankfully she locked the door.

Thump. Thump. Thump. A dull beating sounded on the door of the bathroom that Racheal happened to be in. Suddenly it stopped, as though whatever was thumping on the door had found new prey. It shuffled off in the direction of an orange flame that was glowing in the darkness. "Mruhhhh..." it moaned, dragging it's feet forward.
"What the- Gah!!" Raze cried out, as the thing lunged out, and attempted to take a bite out of his arm. It was met with a flaming punch to the jaw, which burned part of it away, and knocked the rest of it off, in flaming bits on the floor. "********!! What the ********-?!" he exclaimed, in a stream of profanity that was quite uncommon for him. Low gurgling sounds poured forth from the thing's throat; since it now longer had a jaw, it was difficult for it to make moaning noises. "Back the ******** off!!" Raze cried, lighting up his other hand, and swinging another flaming punch at the thing's head. A dull thunk was heard, as Raze's hand actually penetrated the skull, crushing part of the grey matter inside. The thing collapsed onto the ground, a smouldering hole in the side of it's head. "********!! What the flying ******** is going on here?!" he shouted, as he flicked bits of brain off of his hand. The rest of it was incinerated by the fire, but he still stood there, trying to rub the lingering feeling of zombie brain off his hand.

=.= "Alright already...." She caght a wif of the air. "Gross...what died?" She heard the sound of fighting in the hallway. Standing in her towel she frowned. "What is going on out there...geez....I haven't been in here all that long yet....." She started to get dressed.

"There're zombies out here! Let me in, I need to save my brain!" He turned around to see another two zombies shambling towards him. "Oh s**t, oh s**t, oh s**t!" he exclaimed, trying to shove the door open. He was down to his last resort. He took a buspass card out of his pocket, slipped it into the crack next to the door, and jostled it around a bit until he finally got the door open. He darted inside, and then quickly slammed the door behind him on the advancing zombies. He leaned his back agains the door, with his eyes closed, and breathed a sigh of relief. He then opened his eyes to find himself staring at a rather scantily-clad Racheal.

Rachael listened to him shout to be let in and just as she had looked up he had let himself into the bathroom. They stared at each other for a good minute before Rachaels face turned red and she threw the first thing that she put her hands on. The bottle of hand soap at him. scream "YOU PERV!! I'M GETTING DRESSED!!!! GET OUT OF HERE!!!!!! THIS IS THE GIRLS BATHROOM USE YOUR OWN!!!!!" She pulled a towel around her and was standing by the tub.

THUNK! The bottle of soap collided with Raze's head, hitting him square in the forehead. "Ow!" he exclaimed as it connected. "OW!!" he added, as the impact knocked his head back against the door. He then fell foreward to land face first on the ground. "Pain... Maybe my brains would have been better off being eaten..." he mumbled, staring into the tile floor.

Looking around for her pants and shirt she glared at him her face still red. "What are you talking about?!" Finding her pants she slipped them on under the towel and then threw the towel over his head and then dove into her shirt. stare "Next time you want a cheap thrill do it when the lights are on...."

"Cheap thrill?! What are you talking about?! There are brain-eating zombies out there! I just punched a hole in the head of one of them!!" Raze exlaimed, his voice slightly muffled from under the towel.
Thump. Thump. ThumpThump. Thump. The dull pounding on the door continued. "Ah, that'll be them now," he said, hopping to his feet, the towel still on his head. He lifted it slightly, enough to see where he was going, and not walk into a wall, and stepped towards the door. He opened it, and was staring face to face with a zombie. "Sorry, but whatever you're selling, I don't want any," he said, slamming the door in the face of the bewildered zombie. "What did I tell you? Brain-eating zombies," he added, turning around to the now-clothed Racheal.

"Zombies?! You're a nut case!" She said throwing her hands in the air. "What idiot beleives in real zombies....." He opened the door. eek "Ummm.......I'd like to re evaluate my possition on the existance of real zombies....." She said in a shocked tone.

"Yeah, I thought you would. You might want to close that," Raze said, slamming the door. "Having your brain chewed on is probably not a pleasant experience."
Then, from outside the door came the sounds of metal slicing through the air, and several wet thunks. Raze opened the door once more to see Morgan standing outside, blade in hand, and standing near the decapitated corpses of the zombies that had been standing in front of the door.

gonk "Why me!" She said tragicly. "I'm to cute to get eaten.....I haven't even had the opertunity to drink myself silly yet....." She sighed. "So..." She said as he opened the door to reveal Morgan. "Goody....you must be having the time of your life Morgan....all that pent up agresion you get to vent out..." wink "So...what happens now?"
