Ah.. global warming is the worse thing that ever happened to us besides the great depression. But, YOU getting ready to click post reply can help!!
Recycle: We need to use everything we've got more then once!
Reuse: If you have a waterbottle, use it again when it's emty.
Turn off heater and get bed heaters at night: There is no point in a heater at night if you are already warm! (saves $$)
There is much more to what we can do!

Well said. Global warming is a problem we must all tackle head-on. Recycling and reusing products will also help in the long run by reducing the burden on landfills, thus helping flora and fauna for instance. I am interested to see what everyone's opinion is on this matter, lets get ths thread rolling!

It seems to me we need to get some young blood into this guild. Most of the users are inactive. Hopefully my plan works to revive this guild.

 Quest Thread/1k shop!Help me get to my first prom!It's funny because lately on the news everyone's talkin' about no re using water bottles [plastic] and such x] Well, I ain't ever got sick from one so I plan on using my water bottles until they are destroyed! scream xd

The dvd 11th Hour about global warming has many good ideas on what to do for the Earth. Everyone should watch this movie. It's narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio.

I've seen the movie, it's an alright documentry.
From the university level of education, I became well-versed and convinced of the inevitable dangers of global warming.
I'm thinking I should move this topic to the Political/Philosophy subforum. It's seems to be better suited there. One question for everyone: do you use the subforums or noticed them? They're basically more specialized forums for chat, take a look and perhaps post a thing or two.

It's already in affect. I think it's funny how people all of a sudden take action now.
To me, the damage is done and I don't think we can save the world anymore.
I'll stay green though.

I think it's important that we as people are aware of it and do something about it like you just stated, but I think the most influential factors are the companies.
If the companies were more 'green,' I think the problem would be a lot closer to being solved.
But companies are 'going green' nowadays, which is great.

However, it's kind of bad because you can get all sorts of bacteria to grow on just a water bottle. And if more than one person is using it there is a harmful risk of infection. I would just suggest buying the plastic water bottles found at the store and use those rather than empty/used water bottles.

we can recyle and use less water when washing dishes or ourselfs haha and dnt let the water run when ur not using it and also dnt burn things outsise that makes black smoke cuz black smoke its rly bad for us and i hardly use paper if so i use same peice until its full and we should use rice paper yeah and then we can stop cutting and burning down trees and killing the animals too that live there its there home not ours they were here first..i dnt use a hair dryer anymore cuz it uses to much electric i let my hair air dry now and only take 5 min showers too =] oh and u know what we should all do we should use CANDLES instead of electric like back in the day thats great idea u know for like light thats all i dnt use my light in my room anymore i use candles now and guess wat only 3 candles lit up and my whole room is light =]
