A world in trouble called out for heroes. It got a handful of kids. Nice going, world. The children know nothing, but the natives all seem to know exactly what needs to be done to save the world. Bio: Ryu is a very quiet boy. While shy at first he manages to draw in those around him causing him to have a wide variety of friends. He''s very innocent yet a little manipulative... never failing to use his ''puppy eyes'' to get what he wants. He loves reading and writing stories mainly in the fantasy genre, especially those dealing with dragons. His friends and family believe him to be... slightly (please note the heavy sarcasm) obsessed. His parents own and take of a small shrine and tea shop and are trying to train him to take over since he will one day being the eldest child. He has a younger sister and brother both who also help run things.. bu neither are expected to take over one day. While he enjoys his parents work... he much rather write. His parents don''t have a problem with this however they DO believe he spends too much time focused on fantasy and not enough in reality. Ryu however down''t mind and wishes to meet a real dragon one day... even if everyone does say they don''t exist.

Bio: Psyche lives with her aunt who adopted her after both her parents died, her father in an accident and her mother right after she was born. She loves her aunt and the occult shop she helps her run. Selling all kinds of items and (if you make an appointment) doing readings for people (though that's only her aunts job). She does her own reading for friends and her aunt and is quite gifted in the field. She has quite a few tattoos and henna done on her. While physically small she has a temper and can get quite physical if provoked. She tries not to let her temper get the best of her keeping a calm aura most of the time. Shes very in touch with the earth and a sworn vegetarian, only making an exception for fish. She has few friends being mostly ignored or teased by her classmates who like to call her ''weird girl'' or ''satan worshiper''.... and those are the times her calm aura is tested. usually she is able to ignore the taunts and the friends she does have help her not to listen. She doesn''t trust easily (people at least) but once you have it, it''s unbreakable.

Bio: Demetri lives in an urban area with his siblings (4 brothers, 3 sisters). His parents are usually never home... too busy traveling for one reason or another. Both parents came from rich backgrounds are are deep in the business world presently... though he has no clue what it is they actually DO. His siblings pretty much raised him... luckily hes only the second youngest. While his older sisters all coo and mother-hen him to death, his older brothers have been trying to make him a man... causing him to be a bit of a flirt. His parents have hope of him being an attorney but his concern is more towards the environment... wanting to been a biologist or botanist... but settling for environmental law so everyone is happy... in a way. He wont make as much money as his parents would like him too but he gets to work in a field he can believe in... something most of his older siblings never got a chance to do. He''s friendly to everyone and has a large ''fan'' following but not many true friends... not that he minds. He's only truly happy when he's in his garden.... or with his dog, Hemp. Yes that's his name... Demetri named the puppy that when he received it as a gift from his parents for his birthday... but they didn't bother to show up. So out of spite he named the dog the worst name that could be associated with the family... at the time that was Hemp.

Bio: Keeley lives in her family's dojo with her grandfather, parents, 5 uncles and 3 aunts. They all specialize and have a Mastery in a different kind of swordsmanship and/or fighting style. being the only child living with all these adults, Keeley has almost mastered all their teachings and is known as the best upcoming Kendo Champion, despite her age. She enjoys all her family teachings her yet her favorites are Kendo (taught by her grandfather) and archery (taught by one of her uncles). She loves being outdoors and involved in sports when in school. She is well known not only for her Kendo and fighting skills but also for being on almost every team that interests her at school... resulting in her getting injuries often much to her parents displeasure. They would rather her focus on Kendo and become a famous champion. While she enjoys all the attention she gets she refuses to let Kendo dictate her life as their are so many other things she enjoys doing along side Kendo... she can't give them up just for a title. Due to her busy schedule she has no time for friends... even her teammates know not to try to include her in social activities because she's always busy with the dojo. This doesn't bother her as shes never had friends so its hard to miss what you've never experienced... her family and the dojo are all she needs.

Bio: Suchiru has never stayed in one spot for very long. His father and uncle (his fathers twin brother) were always traveling to new sites being archeologist/geologists. His mother has died several years ago due to cancer and his uncle had decided to move in with them to help father and son cope with the loss. About a month ago while in Egypt the supports at the site they were working at collapsed. Suchiru watched horrified as the whole things collapsed crushing half the crew under the heavy boulders.... both his father and uncle had been in that area. Now he's been sent to live with a brother he never knew existed from a relationship his father had before he married Suchiru's mother. He doesn't know how to open up to this stranger and neither does his brother. They spend their days awkwardly avoiding each other... only coming together for meals. Suchiru only has his father and uncles journals and a collection of rock samples left.. due to heavy compensation costs from the tragedy. He treasures them and looking at the items are the only comfort he gets now... despite all this his goal is to become a archeologist/geologist just like them... and continue what they were trying to do with their work. He spends his free time digging in the ground and studying rocks that he finds. He hasn't bothered making friends.. too used to the lifestyle of never being around others long enough to make any... and now he has no interest in it.

Bio:Milan grew up in a wealthy family. Raised and primed to be a model just like her mother she found herself constantly made up to look older. Not allowed to act her age she took solace in swimming. After the initial lessons in the proper posture for a "lady" to swim, she was more or less left alone in the water. Most of the photo shoots her mother dragged her too were either close to a pool or near the ocean. When the chlorine started to turn her blond hair green, Milan's mother through all kinds of fits, until a director said it was a vision and it made her completely unique. With the swimming giving her a noticeable look that made her famous, and keeping her fit Milan's mother doesn't much mind anymore. It doesn't matter either way to the woman that swimming made her daughter happy. Milan is VERY famous modeling, pool scenes, and now foresty ones as well, and does some acting, usually in older roles then she is, and has been in a few public service announcements played in school about drinking and drugs. She's 14 years old.

Bio: Zane is the class brainiac. With thick glasses, choppy brown hair, and bright green eyes, he blends in easily with many other common things. Perhaps that's why he's so into entomology...bugs can be plain or pretty and still have a big impact. You can find him out during recesses under trees with his bug-vac and magnifying glass, studying any specimen he can find. Zane's only passion is for bugs...which gets him some attention from the bullies at school. Poor Zane's been beat up on more than one occasion and has taken to just avoiding the normal routes home from school to avoid the hurt sessions.

When Dove was born, her hair had been a soft gray fuzz. Her mother had gone into labor suddenly in the bird house at the Zoo. There had been no time to get her to a hospital, they had pulled her into the back, into the medical room the vets used. At first, the feared she was still born. She would not cry, would not open her eyes, then one of the birds called and she screamed in response.
Over the years, Dove's parents told her the story over and over again, and it only heightened her love for birds. She studied birds, kept a bird feeder outside. Her parents offered to get her a pet bird, but the thought of caging a creature so clearly meant to be free, horrified her. She would take in injured birds, but as soon as they could fly free, she let them go.
Dove has a big heart and a gentle soul, but she's also fairly fragile emotionally, and physically. She was in an accident as a young child and almost lost use of her legs. Years later, she still attends physical therapy, and cannot walk or stand for long periods of time. She wears tall boots to cover the scars. Dove is the type of girl you just want to protect, to cuddle, and usually she'll let you. Unless a bird needs her help, or is just.. nearby... being pretty.

Bio: Lucia DeThalia is the Mafia Princess. Her father is the big boss of a group of mobsters in New York, while her mother is a happy fashion designer for some of the top companies in the United States. Lucia, called CiCi by her family and a few close friends, is very spoiled and used to getting what she wants. She's even managed to snag a spot at an acting school thanks to some persuasion of the board from her father. Lucia isn't ugly by any means, clear olive skin, silky black hair, and all the right curves in all the right places make her a sight to behold. The only problem that Lucia has is getting a spot in any school production. Everyone seems to notice a Veronica Hastings instead of her. She's been made an understudy for Veronica for the last three shows, and you can almost see the lightning arc between the girls when they're together for any short amount of time. In her spare time, Lucia likes to take walks, usually during thunderstorms. The lightning and thunder have a way of calling to her and calming her. It's like the lightning strikes out at all those she can't.
