Fai'Mai sat quietly in a grassy field watching the others as they wandered about; the young spirit had no idea where her guide had wandered off to but it had given her time alone to watch people and that was something she enjoyed for some reason.
The bunny-like spirit reached up to the pins in her hair and began to play with them absently after a while of nothing passing by her view.

Sir Anstice wandered about the land before him. The season had changed and flowers began to sprout and blossom. Much kinder weather than when he had first arrived. However with the arrival of spring, came a change he was not ready for. New spirits began to pop up all around and he began to feel forgotten or even worse - different.
However he smiled still, it never faded almost as if it was painted on his face. It seems that he would have to eventually meet these newer spirits and wondered what would come of it. After all... would they view him as different and shun him? He didn't dare wish that to happen... all he wanted was a friend.

The spirit eventually grew bored upon her hill and moved to roam away from it, she still didn't see her guide in sight so she decided that she much be free to roam wherever she wished.
After a while of traveling the female happened upon another spirit; this one was different than she, one of the older ones who had existed before the integration with the elementals.
The girl wasn't sure what to do, she didn't know him, and she had heard that some older spirits were unhappy with the newer ones... Though she didn't recall that her owner told her that it was only the mire spirits.

Sir Anstice's eyes wandered to a rabbit spirit and he couldn't help but freeze in his tracks. A new spirit... One of the ones he hardly knew. Surely such a beauty wouldn't be vicious... Right? A frown began to cross his face until he gathered the courage to walk towards her. He would never know how these new spirits were until he engaged in conversation with them and now was as good as a time than ever. As he approached her, he bowed in respect, "Hello there miss. Lovely day out, no?" He smiled warmly.

Fai'Mai visably relaxed when the other spoke in such a normal way before she offered a timid smile, her tail twitching unconsciously out of the instinct to flee that most bunnies had in what could be danger. "Why yes it is."

Sir Anstice chuckled softly. "What brings you out here? Ah! Where are my manners... I am Sir Anstice, and you are?"

"I am Fai'Mai, and I have no idea why I'm out here you see... My guide wanted to allow me some free time I suppose." She replied, tilting her head slightly at the thought.

"Ah, I see. Well there is nothing wrong than some free time. You never know what things you might stumble upon." Anstice smiled at her. "Ah, would you like to join me for a walk, Miss Fai'Mai?"

"There is nothing wrong with free time, but when its in excess it is wasted time." She stated worriedly before calming down. "Would you really wish for me to?"

Sir Anstice began to feel like the woman didn't wish to walk with him or have his presence around. He didn't blame her as he was a stranger after all. However he didn't let this show as he smiled. "I would love it if you were to join me, but please don't feel pressured to do so."

"Ah, no, its not that, I ... I behave this way with everyone." Fai'Mai lowered her eyes bashfully but shook her head and looked back up. "L-lets go, I don't know where to go to though."

The smile remained on Sir Anstice's lips as he took the maiden's hand and left a soft kiss upon it. Slowly he began to walk forward, looking back to see if Fai'Mai would follow. "We won't roam far, but for now, let's just go where the paths take us? I promise to keep you safe."

Fai'Mai's ears dropped at the kiss; she had no earthly idea what sort of action that was and was suddenly pleased she was only a spirit and could no longer catch germs from others. Hesitantly she began to follow, slower than the other's stride as if trying to match one of his steps with two of hers.
"We are already of the other world, what could possibly harm us?" She asked absently, tilting her head in a curious action.

Sir Anstice chuckled softly. "Although we are of the other world, there is no telling what new dangers there are. I've heard stories from some of the older spirits of evil spirits. I know not if it is true, but surely a lovely lady like yourself would draw them near." And with that he nodded.
The thought never once crossed his mind that it could be seen as flirting, his actions, that is. But was he really? He usually spoke the truth and the fact he was with a lovely lady, he wouldn't deny her beauty and would let it be known. After all, a proper gentleman would let a lady know of their beauty - both inside and out. So far he knew of the outer, but he wished to learn of the inner as well.

Fai'Mai had not considered them flirting, merely odd as the time she had came from it wasn't a normal behavior. The bunny spirit tilted her head in consideration of the new information wondering what these evil spirits were like.
"Oh really? My guide spoke of evil spirits as well; however, my guide told me not to worry as long as I stayed in the fields of the gardens."
