Description: Pretty much, follow the ref! The ... thing draped on his back/shoulders is supposed to be chainmail, I got lazy. Mane is slicked back if it's not clear. All four legs should have the same armor pieces, it's hard to draw on a sitting pose... >.>;;
The markings on the armor should basically match those on Telemakhos below (Te is supposed to be one of his sons). The monocle can be on the less-visible eye on the lineart if that looks better. I also drew the eye marking by itself for reference.

Powers: Permanent: Aura of Protection - With this power, Sparda can touch an object which already exists and establish a bond of sorts with it. Through this bond, he is able to lend some protective power to the bearer of the object. This power generally manifests as protection from harm - keeping the bearer from serious injury. If the bearer calls upon Sparda, the god himself will speed to the bearer's aid and physically protect him/her for a time.
Temporary: Shield - A temporary barrier or shield that Sparda can erect, to protect a place or object (nothing living). The strength and duration of the barrier depends upon what it is protecting. For example, a barrier placed around a single object would be very strong and could last weeks,a barrier at the mouth of a small cave would be fairly strong and could likely last several days. But a barrier placed around the entirity of a pride's lands would be weaker and only last for hours at most - more likely for minutes.
Mark of Protection - A lesser version of the Aura of Protection, this power is linked to a mark rather than an object. Sparda places a specific mark upon a living being (the mark looks like the one on his shoulder) and is then connected to them for a short time. While this mark is 'active', it grants the creature minor protection from harm, and allows them to call upon Sparda - though he may or may not answer the call. The mark generally fades after a number of days, lasting no more than a week. Such a mark can be constantly 'renewed' but this would have to be done by Sparda himself.

Basically a cosplay of Sparda from the Devil May Cry games~ We have some specifics but you can also totally feel free to play with this one a bit >D Cause that'd be awesome too :3
Wings: Black feathers/bones with purple skin between. The claws on his wings should be a lighter, almost "glowing" purple - like the actual wing color in the "demon form" ref. Same for any other spikes/claws that would be showing with the rest of the edits
Horns: Black fading to red like in "demon form" ref.
Hair color: Silver
Hair style: Swept back from his forehead like in "human form" refs
Eye color: Ice blue

Hair/clothing edits (if any): Hair edits listed above~ For other stuff... pretty much see the Pony ref I've included. He's got a sort of collar/cape - the triangle of lace has a black cravat inside of it with the amulet in the middle of that. This falls over his chest. The red going down the rest of his chest and stomach is colored onto the body - it's not clothing. Then the armor pieces are held on by black straps. The other black strips down the "front" of each leg are markings. The gold on his back legs is a marking, with black hooves. The red cuffs on his front legs should be cloth, with white hooves beneath. Most of the armor is referenced from the "demon form" ref, and you can add more if you feel like it!
And if any of that makes him into a mutant (like the armor being over spikes or whatever?) you can adjust things so that it's just edits and the like since mutants are not allowed XD;;;;
