Ideas to make BHG better: Personally, i like the guild the way it is.
There is one though :: subforum improvements, put a little meaning in every subforum. For example :
Nonsense - Talk anything you want.
Recycle Bin - Used threads go. ( crew only )
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do?
Personally, i would pm him about the issue.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do?
Same, i do not want to start an argument in threads, so il pm him.
How are you good at relating with people? I try to go to their level. I will try my best for them to understand me.
Are there members in this guild you dislike? none at the moment.
If so, how do you handle interacting with them? if there is, i would still talk to them like friends.

Past crew experience: I have been a crew member on other accounts of mine. The last time I was one was last year, but I haven't applied to any other applications since then. If I'm not mistaken, I have been made crew twice in my entire lifespan on Gaia. That's been five years.
Amount of time you have to go towards being crew? Afternoons, mostly. I can do better on the weekends definitely. The summer is coming up fast and since I'm going into college, I should have time on my hands.
Are you willing to run contests and help with events? I can help with events. I like helping out. Setting up posts would be my thing mainly.
Do you have any skills making banners and graphics? I SHOULD have Photoshop up and running again sometime soon...so we will go with yes on this one. Okay, this isn't going to happen because Photoshop is dead to me. No graphics from me. ):
Ideas to make BHG better: If I'm honest, I think BHG is wonderful the way it is. (: You have a lot of active members, the crews are fun, and you keep up to date on contests.
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? First PM them and ask them to stop. If it continued, then I think I would report them to the Captain of the guild.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? Again, give them a warning first to stop using so much foul language. If it continues, then report them to the guild Captain.
How are you good at relating with people? I like giving people advice. I may not relate to their problems directly, but I sure do love to try and help up whenever I can.
Are there members in this guild you dislike? Not one. Honest. I love everyone in this guild.

If so, explain why: I was demoted from crew because the guild was being closed. Also, I disappeared from Gaia for a long time. But I've been back for nearly a year almost everyday.

I'ld try and recreate it in a new topic, so it is started. Other members can then instruct me on the futher process of it.

If it was a pure flame that was insulting, then I'ld get a bit annoyed/upset. If it was more... constructive criticism, then I would accept it in good stride. if it was a simple 'I don't like it' I'ld enquirer the reasons to it to try and improve my work for them.
Describe your personality: I'm rather.. bubbly when happy, thought I can be really shy at times, and lurk very well. When I'm a bit more...depressed I tend to be a bit quieter, and will lurk alot more.
I usually tend to be happy if I'm online though XD

If so, explain why:I sort of.. didn't go into the guild for a few months, so I was thrown out *laughs weakly* I go onto neopets once every few months, and at times, I'll spend a whole week, join a guild, and get bored of it again XD
THat doesn't happen with gaia though. Only guilds I was once in and am no longer apart of were one where the whole guild was closed, and I quit the other because, well, they were 'elite' XD
