I think that being a game tester and playing video games for a living would be cool. The problem is that the job searching is way competative. I am way too competative when it comes to video games anyway...

My friend is a games tester and i know i would hate to do what he does. they don't play the game they test it.

I have loads of good ideas for games and whatnot but I just don't have the technical knowhow to be one, sadly. I wouldn't particularly like to be a games tester, but what I would love is to be a writer on a Playstation magazine. As a regular reader of Official Playstation Magazine UK, it looks amazing. Even though the recent PSN24 event looked pretty strenuous. (24 straight hours of playing various PS3 games online)

I wouldn't mind being a tester.....except for the constant repeating of tasks to make the sure the game is proper.

I took courses at a camp last summer with Adobe Mai program, and it's fun and not as difficult as you would think. It's just how serious and how much attention you pay to detail... and a big imagination ofcourse...

Wii sports with my niece at 10 in the morning after 45 hours of no sleep = lolable. I would prefer to be a games journalist rather than a tester too.. Someone I know is a bug tester for games and it is just how full English said.. very boring. As a journalist you play to say how the game plays. Which is alot different from playing to make sure it works..
