My guild died, so I'm selling it for 28,000. It comes with 7 sub-forums and 11350g in the guild account.

I just bought a guild the other week! Got it for 10K, it had something like 10 subforums, and 30K in the account! I don't think the guy was really paying attention when he sold it to me...
