Okay, pain excites me. I don't cut myself or any sh-t like that. I like stapling myself, piercing myself, and quite frankly falling off bikes, skateboards, etc. Anyways, my boyfriend says that he doesn't like it when i hurt myself. And one night when i was rather intoxicated I accidentally made an agreement with him. The agreement was that if i hurt myself intentionally, he would do the same thing or something in comparison to himself, but 2 times worse. I told him that wasn't fair because #1- I was intoxicated that night and #2- I like the pain but i don't want him doing it to himself. He said relationships are a two person thing, etc.
So My question is... Is the deal fair or not?

Simply put: No. You weren't of sound body or mind. Fail agreement is fail.

He was concerned about you but it doesn't count if you were drunk. Just try not hurting yourself. Once you don't do it for a month, it's not as hard.

The only time it's fair to ask people for stuff when they're drunk is when it's your parents. twisted

I think it's fair. Even if you're intoxicated you know what you're saying, or at least I do ._. I don't know about you. I'd hurt myself anyway, just not in anyway that my lover could do it twice as bad, and kill themselves. My ex tried to make that deal with me, And then I tried to bite off his n****e.

 How about you look past the agreement and see what you're doing to someone you care about, once you get in a relationship you're no longer a single person, you're a couple. By hurting yourself you're hurting them, take his thoughts and feeling into consideration.

@Shelley: lol Real nice.
@Cammille: If I'm drunk or if I have a second hand high, (because i never personally do drugs. Just around them.) then I;m basically almost out of my mind. For example, the night of the Slipknot concert last January, I got second hand high from all the pot smoke i was breathing in around me. And after the concert i went home and spray painted my limited addition converse, a very crappy paint job. The next morning I woke up, saw my shoes, and was like, "WHOA! WHAT THE F-CK HAPPENED!?" Then my friend told me what I did, cuz he was with me that night. Friggin took video and everything...
@Meganne: I've tried going long periods of time without purposely hurting myself. After it's been awhile and I accidentaly do it, I get a rush of adrenaline.
@Jacob: I can take his thoughts into consideration, but i end up considering it won't really hurt him. And it does eventually. I realized, that I don't really ever learn.
I am a f-cked up individual.

You mean contact high right? When I'm drunk/high/contact high, I know what I'm doing, even when I'm mind-gone drunk. Maybe I'm just weird like that. Wooow. Good job, only time I've had a moment like that is when I was drinking at a friends, then next thing I know its light outside, and I'm laying in a bed covered in vomit. I blacked out and was telling everyone I loved them.

I'm just going to say that I really doubt that you're a masochist. There is no such thing as being a "slight masochist." You either are extreme, or you're not a masochist. Masochists will do ANYTHING to inflict pain upon themselves. Please, educate yourself.

@Shelley: M'kay, so i'm not a masochist. But I still like Pain.
@Cammille: Yes, contact high. I can't remember words when I'm tired. Unfortunately for me, I lose most control easily when I'm intoxicated.

@ Shelley: Oh okay, I looked at that and I'm a Sadist, but not a Masochist. I do enjoy OTHER people giving me pain though =]
