As we all know, Kevin Smith went around to a bunch of colleges, and did Q&A sessions, the highlights of these ended up on the DVD "An Evening with Kevin Smith".

From what I understand, He has been touring recently, and filming for a 2nd Evening with Kevin Smith DVD.

Sounds like these will be Q&A sessions although, I am unsure if they will be part of the DVD, or if they are just misc. appearances. The email, and information on the theatre site were vague, and said little about what to expect. They simply said that Kevin smith would be there, and nothing else. Regardless, Jiyu and I will be attending the February 2nd appearance on Indy here are our seats. We are extremely excited about this, and in the chance that this is a Q&A, we have decided to give you guild members a unique opportunity.

We are accepting submissions for questions for Kevin Smith!

One of us will do what we can to get in line to ask Smith a question. But not just any question, YOUR question.

Starting today, and through to a week or so before the event, we will be asking for submissions from you for questions for Smith. We will pick the top 10, and vote on 1, or 2 questions to ask the man if given the chance.

It may not make it on the DVD, but if we ask your question, you WILL get your answer delivered here, if nowhere else. I plan on trying to record as much of the event as I can (audio) so if that works as I would like it to, you may be able to hear him answer it yourself!

We are extremely excited about this, and we are looking forward to giving you the opportunity to get one of your questions answered.

Don't waste time, submit a question now!

All we ask is that they be serious questions. We want to include you, but we are not making asses of ourselves.

I have one, though not sure if it would be a good one.

He made a fair few good movies and did his stint as a writter for both DC and Marvel. I would like to know what he prefered, writting for comics or making movies.

If you can phrase that into a complete question, as if you were asking it yourself right now, I will gladly add it to the list.

I have a question that I really would like an answer to..

In dogma, he cast alanis as GOD...

Why?

(My main guess, is Alanis looks kinda like his wife)

That one was already asked on the last Evening with Kevin Smith DVD.

I can't remember the exact answer without watching the DVD, but it included but he mentioned how we do a lot of stupid things as humans, so God must be a Canadian because "who else could put up with all out s**t but a canadian"

I hope I didnt totally screw up his answer, but thats one of his DVDs I havent managed to memorize yet, since the whole thing is pretty much quoteworthy.

I have a question, just a little odd notice, but it's been bugging me a little bit.

Clerks main character was named Dante Hicks, in Mallrats, one of the contestants on the game show was named Gil Hicks (( and subsequentially played by Brian )), what are the relationships between these two characters, and if the given storyline is correct, then wouldn't Dante have been able to find out about Julie (( forgive me if the name is wrong, i forget off of the top of my head what the name of the character that died in the pool's name was )) from Gil Hicks given that the two are possibly brothers?

Feel free to correct as neccisary

That sounds a little familiar, I'm not sure if he answered a question similar to that before, I'm going to have to see if I can find out.

But go ahead and try to summarize that into a nice short easy to understand question.
